Steven in Parts Dept. answered on first ring, had the vintage Honda part in stock, and was very helpful. He queued me up for tire service on other side of store, but it was very disappointing. Service help preoccupied for 30 minutes with one customer doing research on computer. Never acknowledged me for a simpke tire drop-off, so I walked 30 min later. 5 star for parts. 1 star for Service.

Came here a while ago, I just didn't want to leave a review until I figured out the actual problem with my bike. I brought my bike in with electrical issues, it had an issue with my turn indicators not coming on. They said their guy cleaned up the contacts for the switch, and it worked for about two days. I'll have to find the bill but it was around 300 or 400...... just to clean some wire connections?!?! Anyways, money and of course covid kept me from tearing my bike apart and I don't know what connections their guy cleaned but there was all kinds of gunk in the switch, after actually cleaning it out and putting it together did my indicators start acting normal. So much for service, I'm not even a mechanic and I can fix things better.

Came in for an appointment at 11:30 still waiting @3:30(4hrs) called at 2:30 when they said it would be done! Hadn't even gone in the garage yet!!!

Great parts department for newer stuff. Not very good for vintage.
