Great customer service, from the service side to the parts side every time I come to this store everyone is always helpful and nice store is always clean. They got my bike done fast and efficiently. No issues at all great communication from Tobias told him my needs and gave me a lot of great options and got me taken care of. I will be going back for sure for all my service needs

We searched everywhere in Northern California for UTV for our property to clear snow in the winter. We came across this spot in Roseville and wow did we strike gold!! We learned more about what we were looking for than we could imagine! We worked with James and Matt and received stellar service. Their knowledge was extremely impressive and they were very professional. James was able to help us narrow our search and build the perfect vehicle for our needs! The entire experience from start to finish was better than I could have expected. Everything was explained so well, the purchase was flawless and we received the best hospitality!! James M. is one of the best sales managers/consultants I've worked with, and I myself work in sales. He assisted me in purchasing my new 2023 Honda Rebel 500 ABS. Choosing Roseville Honda Motorsports was a no brainer. They have always took care of me there and treated me and my family with great care and respect. James, the sales rep was absolutely phenomenal. Knowledgeable on product and makes the experience fun and painless. It all started with a phone call to see if they had the bike I was looking for and he was immediately on it. Found my bike and set it aside for me. I came in the next day to buy and we were both very excited. I was in and out of the store very fast too, paperwork was a breeze.Thank you James for the top notch service and all who helped me out while I was there. I locally could not find the motorcycle I was looking for. The model was in high demand. I called Roseville Honda and spoke with James Montgomery. He worked to find the exact model I wanted and kept me constantly updated. Once the bike arrived, he made the sales transaction extremely smooth and quick, making sure everything was in order for my out-of-state purchase. Because it was a simple cash sale, I was in and out of the door with the motorcycle in probably less than ten minutes. If you're looking for great dealer to buy a Honda product from, I can't recommend them enough. Thank you James!

I ve never written a negative review in my entire life, but Roseville Honda Motorsports service department is absolutely a joke. I recently had repairs done at their shop, and when paying over $500 just for labor, you'd expect the job to be done correctly. However, they fell significantly short of providing proper service. My repair was done by Charles Ferguson. My handlebar was damaged, so they installed a new one but did so incorrectly; it's unbalanced. The manager, Phill, was extremely unresponsive, and his attitude when he did respond was condescending and disrespectful. I'm unsure if it's because I appear younger, due to my race, or if that's just how he treats all customers - which would be wrong in any case. This was my first experience with this kind of treatment in customer service. They consistently failed to deliver by the promised date, with responses always delayed past the date the manager told me. Even without major issues like engine problems, it still took them three weeks. This was the worst customer service experience ever, resulting in so much time and money, and it forced me to reinstall a part myself. They even attempted to double-charge me for a part, which makes me question their intent to rip off customers. How is that different from those scammers exploiting people in need of genuine help and service? On a positive note, their employee, Wayne, was nice, kind, and very helpful to customers, unlike his manager. The part department was genuinely helpful too.Having worked in a customer service department before, I understand the importance of communication. If you're not communicative, at least deliver a good product or service. Doing the bare minimum, like just installing and contacting customers for delayed updates, won't satisfy customers. Great experience at Roseville Honda Motorsports. Worked exclusively with JP aka John Paul Hartel. Deciding to make to change from another style of riding to a Honda CB500X. He had me come up and sit on the specific model and answered a ton of questions. By the time I decided to go for it the last model in store sold. JP was able to find 1 last model in SoCal and I put down a deposit. Then he was able to get the bike to the store and ready for pickup a few weeks early. Picked it up last Saturday and I m loving it. Not only did he go over thoroughly the bike operation and features but even checked in with me later to made sure I got home okay. First class service.

Jp is an amazing salesperson, me, and my friend went into buy a Grom had absolutely no problems getting financing going. he was very well spoken and well mannered and able to joke, him and their service technician both made my girlfriend feel involved, even though she was not going to buy a bike.

Myself and a few friends recently purchased some CRF 300L dual sports from here and worked with JP in sales. He was great to work with and made sure that we all got exactly what we were looking for. He made the buying process a pleasure.Once we purchased our bikes Marc in the parts department took care of us and made sure we had all the safety equipment needed to get out and start riding. I went in there not really knowing the right questions to ask, going in strictly on an inquiry basis because I want to start riding. Marc was extremely helpful in helping me find a jacket that fit well, and was affordable and was willing to go above and beyond to try to find a pair of riding shoes. I'm very grateful to the team here at Honda, and look forward to going back.

Came in today for new bars for my motorcycle for more of an upright ride. Josh (cool dude) turned me towards some risers. After some diligent checking on his part, I purchased the risers. I got home, installed them. They fit perfectly and did exactly what I wanted. I went on an hour long ride and it was such a big difference I had a stupid grin on my face. Thanks Josh! Desirae was hilarious at the register.

The nicest guys in there! JP stuck it out all day with the 3 of us getting 2 Honda Groms and a little dirt bike for the 4 year old. Even helped us get a Grom in the bed of my Tacoma to take home. If you re thinking about getting one for Christmas make sure you hit up JP!!

I called three different places to get a scooter for my wife. The first person didn't bother to reach out, not a single call back. Second place confirmed to call back in 45 mins, again same result as the first. Then I called Roseville Honda my thrid pick. Not only did they have what I wanted, they got it ready for me within the hour. And all this was done over the phone.James the salesmen was super nice and friendly. What I like the most was he was honest and he gave me a break. He even helped me load and tie down my scooter.The wait wasn't long, the only issue for me was the check machine didn't take my check. I had to run to the bank get cash. It wasn't too bad, nor was it their fault. Some banks allow it some don't.They have a huge selection of products, you won't be disappointed. And of course, if they don't have what your need, they can always get it.If you want to save time call before going there. And know what you are looking for.5 cause this place is awesome. I definitely recommend this place.
