Brian was absolutely fabulous as a service writer. To our family he provides more than great service, he creates the best experience a customer could have in a stressful situation. We brought our truck in, unaware of what was wrong with the vehicle, and we left with peace of mind that our truck will be reliable for the ranch. Brian shows great respect to his customers, always listens, and makes sure that his customers are taken care of. Brian is a valuable asset to Roseville Chevrolet, he indeed has customers coming back for life!

WOW!! I cannot believe the deal I just got from these awesome people at Roseville Chevrolet. After I had some issues with an order from GM falling through, I had to turn to Camaro inventory out there. I could have waited a couple more weeks searching other options to find a closer match to exactly what I wanted but the deal and warranties here at Roseville Chevrolet I couldn't refuse and are unmatched anywhere else. I'm glad to be part of the Roseville Chevrolet family. Chris, Isaiah, Ben, Jesus, and even the Florida man Ross were the coolest group of people I could possibly have been blessed with for the experience of buying my first dream car. Had the best experience at Roseville Chevy. The sales representative wasn t just trying to get me in any car he helped me get into the vehicle I was comfortable and could afford. He was willing to work with me didn t rush me got me a payment I was comfortable and was very patient he even came in on his day off to help me. I will refer anyone to go get a vehicle from Roseville Chevy.

My husband and i recieved Excellent customer service at Roseville Chevrolet the sales staff was very engaging and friendly. Our sales advisor Jevan was very knowledgeable.! Brandon in Finance was very professional and provided all the information we needed, He answered all of our questions and we felt very confident with our decision. Thank you Brandon and Jevan for giving us great pricing on the vehicle we purchased and our trade was very fair. We said goodbye to our 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe and Hello to a 2022 Chevrolet Suburban. i highly recommend this business because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles.

Twice now I ve brought my two Chevy vehicles in for expensive repairs only to find out that they are covered under the warranty even though I bought them both from Carmax. This saved me over $1500. Ed has been a big help every time I go in for service. Maybe I spend a couple extra dollars there, but the peace of mind outweighs the minor cost, and if you factor in the $1500 in warranty work that I didn t even know was covered, I ve saved a ton of money by going direct to the dealership!

I had a very pleasant experience buying from Roseville Chevrolet. My wife and I arrived late in the evening found the truck I was interested in, I felt no pressure to buy or hurry my purchase. Everyone was very helpful and polite. Gary was very attentive to what I needed the truck for and was extremely helpful though the whole process. I would definitely make another purchase from him

Terell (our salesman) was GREAT! Very personable and answered all our questions. Worked for us with the sales manager to get a deal that was good/ fair for everyone. The finance department was also nice with no pressure to buy additional items.The only down side to the entire process was that it took over 3 hours to complete a rather simple transaction. This needs to be worked on!!

I have a 20 year old Corvette that needed some work and they were able to source the parts for me and got the car trouble fixed and working perfectly for me. Lee was very honest, upfront, and straight with me through the sale. He did what he could to make the experience a pleasant one. The process was fairly easy, and straight forward. The price of the vehicle was competitive and within comparitive prices. The team was straight forward and if i didn't want an option they didn't keep trying to push it. Overall I would look for a vehicle there again.

Ed I have been working with you for years and I ve always had great service. You re efficient, helpful and just overall great guy. I will be return because of you. Your assistant Melissa is not so much. She was very confusing when calling to get the quote or the price of my car I don t ever want her to help me again. That s the only reason why I am taking away a point. my car overall is good I do have to bring it back. I think there s a leaf that s blowing so I ll be making a appointment for that to be fixed.

Came in for an oil change. Service rep called me to tell me shocks in the rear were leaking all over and needed to be replaced. I asked him how long it would take to replace those. He responded by saying "oh, we can't do that today". I told him ok, and that I would come back and get my car and discuss pricing and what it needs when I got there. Once I arrived, he quickly pushed me over to the cashier desk to check out, never mentioned a thing about my shocks, never gave me an estimate...it was so strange. I am now worried and confused if I even need new shocks. Customer service was extremely lacking. He also said he would put in a coupon I had at home and forgot to bring in. Never did. Noticed he said he would but didn't once I got home. Super disappointed with my experience yesterday.

I would have given a Five for not being totally forthgiven in disclosures of what needs attention or known issues with the vehicle prior to the sell of the vehicle.As for my experience with Christian it's a five star. Very pleasant and easy to communicate with.As for the Finance office, I came out confused, very fast to collect down payment, but not totally clear on purchased warranty items included?I'm still in the dark with whom do I pay my monthly payment. I tried to reach out to Ally Finace and they say they don't have my information nor the vehicle Vin number?Ok, I assume all the paperwork will eventually catchup. We will see?

I had a great experience with Jacob buying a new euv. He was professional and approachable. He gave me good information about the car based on what I told him I wanted. He figured out which car was the right one for me which really streamlined the process. This is the second Bolt we purchased from Roseville Chevrolet in about 6 months! Jacob didn t waste my time - he listened to me and got me exactly what I wanted. Same with Gary Resnick 6 months ago. They are a great team. In fact, they delivered the car to me out of town. Twice. The car did have a problem (clicking) so they came back, got it fixed, and delivered it again to me (the only reason for 4 stars - the car had to be fixed but is great after 3 weeks). I would definitely recommend working with Jacob and/or Gary to make your purchase experience smooth. They get 5 stars!

Took my Impala in for an oil change. Ed was my contact and he was amazing. He even walked me through how to delete old GPS locations from the memory. Altho, I ended deleting all of them in the end! The appointment was speedy and I sat and enjoyed my complimentary glass of Pepsi!

Great experience getting my car serviced at John L Sullivan Chevrolet. Ed and his team were great from the moment I pulled in to start the process. He kept me informed throughout the process and even texted me to let me know they finished up earlier than expected. Appreciate Ed s high level of service and I definitely will continue to get my Equinox serviced at this dealership.

After finishing a business meeting, I decided to go car shopping. It s been quite some time since I ve purchased a new car, and I m looking for something fun. As a larger individual, I find that many modern cars seem to be spacious yet offer limited interior room, especially in the shoulder area. I was particularly interested in trying out a Corvette; my neighbor recently acquired one, and it s a stunning vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by a group of employees who were busy on their phones a bit unprofessional in my opinion.I requested to sit in a Corvette, but was abruptly asked about my budget. This struck me as irrelevant since my primary concern was comfort, not cost. When a so-called Corvette expert arrived, he insisted that test-sitting was reserved for serious buyers only. This attitude discouraged me, and I decided to leave. It was frustrating because, although I could afford any car in that showroom, I didn t want to endorse a business that seemingly judges customers by their appearance. I was in my wife s newer car and casual attire.

Brian is a very good service advisor who explained clearly what needed to be done to my Bolt when the mysterious dash light came on. After the service tech took my car away I discovered my phone was missing and he went searching for it without success, then I found it in my jacket pocket! Brian is a great guy who I remembered from my previous visits to the parts dept, and will be my go-to-guy when I return for service in the future!

I had a great experience and felt I got a fair price for the used Chevy truck that I fell in love with. I was torn between a ford and a Chevy and now feel like I made a great decision. The truck is beautiful and has all the features I wanted. My sales guy Ivan was great to me, very nice and considerate and went above and beyond for me.

I am so happy that I came here! It was fate. I had originally gone to another dealer, and it was not a good experience. I stopped my Roseville Chevrolet just to see what they had and to not waste a trip all the way out there. I was met by Thomas, who was very nice. We talked about what I was looking for, and he said he didn't have anything just then, but he would take down my info and let me know if something came in. Then Ben came over and showed me a trade-in they had just got. It was perfect! Ben, Austin, and Sherry were amazing. They got me a great interest rate and monthly payment. I'm so happy that I stopped in. Everyone was great.

Austin was great. Very helpful, explained everything in detail, and since this was an unexpected appointment due to a small issue with the vehicle, he got me in very fast (within an hour of calling even though it was a busy day), and they got my vehicle fixed and back to me within a few hours and before the end of the day. It was an outstanding experience.

The Service Dept. at this dealership shows attention to detail and an air of customer service not always found anymore. This is a team that goes out of their way to make sure your concerns are addressed in a way that gives one peace of mind knowing their service or repair will garner your complete satisfaction when driving off. A special shout out to Service Writer Mathew, for his good looking out and his "We'll get it done", also to Service Manager Penny, who always keeps it 100 with your best in mind.
