This is the place I will continue to use for any future maintenance. My alternator went out on my work truck and even with a busy schedule they fit me in. They gave me a realistic timeline and a good price. And in the end, they got my truck back to me a day ahead of time. They made these stressful situations a lot more bearable.

Worst place to give your car to, we thought this was going to be a good mechanic, but instead we came back with a car with 14 lights on, previously we had only 2 lights, check engine and oilAlsoThe person who attended us was in a mood, through the keys at us and didn t want to respond to our questions, like he kicked us out.Do not recommend this horrible place

Went into Roseville Auto Care this morning and was greeted by Paul. Being 1 year new to the area, I had some concerns about getting fair and honest treatment. And I'm happy to say that I will definitely being going back.Paul (and team) provided clear and fair diagnostics of the concern. The fees are very fair and competitive while the customer service was informative and delivered in a timely manner.Thank you for appreciating my business.

Had these guys do a laundry list of maintenance and repairs ..had my oil pan gasket and oil pan replaced ,my transmission gasket replaced, my rear main seal replaced, and had my air conditioning system inspected and serviced on a car I purchased a few months back they got all that stuff done right first try in just a couple days! Paul kept me informed on what was being done during entire process I didn t have enough money to get my suspension work done but will be back in the future it s hard to find a trust worthy mechanic these guys are A-1 in my book I ll be back in soon to get my suspension work done thanks Paul and the rest of the guys!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning, Oil change

I was met with the nicest friendliest service. Very professional. The kept me informed calling me at each step to give me an update on the work they were doing. Replaced radiator and timing belt. I thought I needed a head gasket replacement (a lot more $!) but they tested and I only needed a new radiator. Extremely honest. Gave detailed pricing up front. Fair and reasonable prices. Even gave suggestions on repairs we planned to do ourselves. Couple of honest mechanics, hard to find nowadays. Affordable, knowledgeable, and efficient with their diagnosis and repairs. Took my 2006 Silverado in to get some work done on it and was very happy with their work. My truck drives like new now (has 300k miles on it). Had a great experience About 2 years ago working with Paul when I had all the 100,000 mile maintenance performed with more work for less money than a well known business had estimated on my 20 year old suburban. Recently had oil spots showing up in the driveway. Dye test was performed and the Crankshaft shield and manifold gasket leaks were taken care of. I felt comfortable working with Don and will continue doing business with them in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

My check engine light came on over the weekend while I was in town visiting family. I was worried about driving home without having it checked. Although Paul was swamped and it was 100 degrees out, he was kind enough to take a quick look and was willing to squeeze me into his already packed Monday for repairs. He wanted me to have peace of mind and to make sure I felt safe. I was very appreciative that he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. He s an honest mechanic and I highly recommend. Without calling out other businesses (I will say it was a dealership) I got quoted a very high amount to replace my breaks and rotors. I was told I desperately needed them. I decided to hold off and get a second opinion. I brought my car to these fine gentleman and they did an in depth inspection and were honest about the wear on my breaks. Needless to say they saved me a ton of money for the time being and I will be bringing not only my car, but all my family s vehicles here when they need anything. Finally an honest mechanic Paul didn t give up until he found the electrical short killing my battery. He was more than fair with the hours he charged me and his hourly rate is way better than a dealer. Plus you get to actually talk to the mechanic that s going to work on your vehicle, like it used to be. I ll be a faithful customer from now on.Service: Electrical repair

Went to Roseville Auto Care for white smoke coming from under the hood and they diagnosed the problem quickly and it had something to do with a melted plastic fitting near the motor and they quickly fixed it. He also tested the head gaskets to make sure no issues there from the over heating. Very nice and prompt service!! I went to Roseville Auto Care for an oil change and diagnostics for an overall mechanical check on my 2000 Ford 150. My goal was to determine if I should be putting money into or sell it. I wanted to make sure myself and/or the buyer was fully aware of the condition of the truck. Paul's diagnostics was thorough and he promptly provided me with with a list of recommended repairs including prioritizing based on urgency. Paul knowing it would take business from him, said if I knew some one with mechanical ability they could probably perform most the maintenance & repairs. His honesty was key in me deciding to give him everything. He even found a major after he started the work and made me a great deal for the whole package. These guys are the real deal. Most important thing for me when taking a vehicle in for work is trust. I don t want to think I m gonna get ripped off. This won t happen here. My experience with them was amazing. They gave me the entire story on the issues with my truck and walked me through my options, in a honest and professional way. I REALLY appreciate that. Also what they did was fast and done with quality. I recommend them highly and will not hesitate to come back again. Thanks guys.

An unassuming shop where customers are treated with respect. I first tried them out due to word of mouth and was not disappointed. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services unlike my dealership which has tried to get my to replace my still good brakes for the past three years. Paul at Roseville Auto Care is incredibly knowledgeable and honest. I was having issues with what I thought were my breaks, turns out I had just gotten a plastic bag stuck underneath my car. Other shops didn't give my vehicle the proper inspection and gave me quotes of nearly $700 - $1,000. When I brought my car to Paul he promptly and thoroughly inspected my car, took it for a drive, put it on the repair rack and figured out that my breaks were fine. The total cost for this was $0. I cannot recommend Roseville Auto Care enough.

If you need your car serviced this is the place to go! My car s check engine light came on and they were able to diagnose and repair it quickly. I didn t have to wait days to get an appointment. They worked around my schedule which was great. Great service with amazing quality work! Had an oil change, but they also did a complementary inspection. Was told that the front discs had 0 mm pad left and that the rotors had hot spots which couldn't be resurface and had to be replaced. The estimate for the brake job was 4 hundred and something, so the total would be over 5 hundred for this visit. I said no to the brake job and had a complimentary inspection service by Honda. Honda said my brakes are ok.Service: Oil change

Have been taking my 1997 truck to Paul for many years. both he and Miles have always not only been very fair, friendly and professional, they have always repaired my truck. This time they went through the whole truck and repaired all the issues that need to be accomplished. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great mechanic to repair or maintain their vehicle. Please be very cautious if you are a single woman like I am. I went here for an alignment, wanting to support a family-run shop. After that, they told me I needed new shocks and struts and quoted a good price. When I took my vehicle in, they called me back, began talking super fast and doubled the price. They admitted they damaged an axle in my car and demanded I pay $123 for it.When I went to pick up my car, I found the glove box on the floor and all my belongings strewn across the floor and front seat. There was nothing they had not picked through. I have never been treated like that. I got a second opinion from my landlord, a retired mechanic, and learned I never needed new struts in the first place.

Went there a few years ago for a wheel alignment and found out they did all service and engine repairs! I have been going back ever since! Staff is knowledgable and courteous. All my service work is done there, as the quality of work is great and the price is reasonable. Paul is easy to work with and is honest, as he will guide you on what you need. In my opinion finding someone who is, in todays market, honest is the best possible compliment you can give them!

I was going to install new brakes on both axles but upon inspection Paul called me to say the front looks good and he doesn t recommend new ones at this time. That s honesty, integrity, and a commitment to doing what s in the customer s best interest...thanks Paul and team, I ll definitely be back for my next service!
