Omar has excellent customer skills. He was very accommodating and willing to compromise when I was considering selling my car. The service was spectacular and very timely. The whole process took less than 45 minutes. I would highly recommend anyone who is considering selling their vehicle to REV Automotive.

Omar & his associates at REV Automotive provided me with the HIGHEST level of courtesy & professionalism while working with me to purchase my vehicle - a very old, very high mileage, very dinged up RAV4 (2008) - in addition to far exceeding my expectations with regard to the price I was offered.I spoke with Omar several times on the phone before deciding to go there to have my vehicle appraised. He was always very positive, friendly, & helpful - answered all my questions & provided information without ANY pressure at all. I even set an appt then had to call back to reschedule - his response was always a very cheerful & genuine "No Problem" every step of the way.I had gone to Carmax first to get a "baseline" offer for my vehicle (thinking they would make me a fair offer, being a big, nationwide company). Omar's offer was almost double! In under 30 minutes, he had evaluated my vehicle, explained his offer, answered all my questions, completed the paperwork, handed me a check & arranged a ride home.This was such a fast, fair, pleasant & easy experience, that exceeded my expectations across the board, if I ever need to sell a vehicle again - Omar will be my first & only call.I would encourage anyone looking to sell their vehicle (especially if it's old/high mileage) to do yourself a kindness by skipping Carmax & choosing the VIP Five-Star experience provided by Omar & his associates at REV AUTOMOTIVE.Thank You!

Omar and his team provided excellent customer service and great professionalism. There was no hassle when selling my vehicle. From the time Omar gave me a call, I got a really good feeling from these guys. Very friendly and profession while keeping the whole process very casual and no pressure. We settled on a fair deal for both of us on the phone, and that was it. A quick 30 minutes with them to sign a couple things and we were done, car sold. REV Automotive did a wonderful job in selling my vehicle. It was a no stress process. They arranged someone to come out and perform the evaluation and took pictures. When the vehicle was sold they arranged to come out to my house and pick up the vehicle and sign papers. Again it was a stress free process. I would definitely recommend REV Automotive to anyone wanted to sell their vehicle. To my everlasting surprise, after having dealt with car agencies who apparently make a standard practice of undervaluing your car, I came across REV Automotive. Omar and Paul were honest and forthright, I obtained a price that with the exception of 1 agency I managed to obtain a price that was $4000 more than the agencies were offering. They were professional and really understood our needs, I cannot recommend them highly enough call Omar or Paul you won t be sorry!

I was contacted by Omar shortly after listing my car for sale. I was unhappy with it and wanted to get it sold. He offered to be able to get me in that day. Have professional pictures taken and get it listed on nationwide auction to highest bidder.Entire experience was seamless took less than an hour and got what I wanted. Thanks again Omar. Highly recommend to contact him if needing a vehicle sold he will find a higher bidder and beat any carmax or dealership that try s to waste your time and buy your car for dirt cheap!Would do business with again if needing another vehicle sold!

I had a car to sell because I was moving. I usually sell my cars on Facebook or Craigslist but on this car I didn't have time to fool with tire kickers and low ballers. I got several quotes on line, including from True Car. Omar contacted me and I met him at his office. He cut me a check for more than the True Car offer and Paul gave me a ride home. Best experience I've ever had selling a car. I was treated with courtesy and respect.

Excellent experience...I brought in 2 cars, they purchased as agreed. The price was very fair, No problems. I was kind of a pain because I wanted a cashiers check...they accommodated me, no problems. Omar was good to work with. I hope they make a few $$$ on my vehicles. I recommend them and would call on their services in the future.
