What a shame. This place has so many great reviews so I could have never foreseen having such an infuriating experience. I took my C6 Z06 here to have the rear tires replaced. They chipped/scratched BOTH rear wheels in four different locations (OEM ZR1 wheels, about $1000/ea if you can find them). They admitted to fault verbally and promised me they would take care of me. They were pushing pretty hard for me to sign the work order, which didn t note anywhere that there was damage sustained to the wheels. I asked them to add verbiage to the work order acknowledging the damage to the wheels, including some sort of admission of fault and commitment to fixing/replacing the wheels. They then started backpedaling hard saying there s no way I can prove they damaged my wheels, right after admitting to fault. Tells me they had no intention of doing the right thing. I have photos of the wheels before they went to the shop (included in this review). Also the damage to the wheel is not typical curb rash. It s a singular chip where maybe a pry bar was used or something. Just sickening how car people could be so negligent working on a beautiful example of a C6Z.

Dan and Bob were amazing! Helped walk me through the issue with my car that actually was caused by a Hyundai dealership. Fair price and TOP notch customer service. Highly recommend them for any car needs. They specialize in tires, wheels and brakes. They are in the Roseville Rocklin area. Thanks for helping a lady out guys!

Customer service was great, the two people I spoke to were kind and very knowledgeable. When I called and requested a quote, they quoted me $664 for tires. I told them that sounded great and proceeded scheduling an appointment to have the tires ordered and installed.Upon check out, the price was $140 more than what I was originally quoted for.When I inquired about it, the person said that they charge an additional $140 for install. I explained how that was not disclosed in the original quote.The rep stated that some customers just want the tires ordered not installed. However, I specifically had them do both. I explained how it was a bit frustrating as I wasn t prepared to pay more than I was quoted for and that I could ve gone to another place and ordered better tires for $800 with installation included. No credit or refund was offered. I really value customer service and they were kind and patient, however, I would not recommend them due to their misquoted, and deceptive pricing.

My sons wheel had a crack and I tried to find the wheel online and had no luck with his brand and size. His Gorman gifted him his car and I know she got the wheels from Sacramento area so I came across this shop and the owner Raman was so helpful and fast and bam found me my wheel and I m from north bay and had it delivered 2 hrs away the very next day! I will definitely be doing business for all my cars wheels with him from now on. Great customer service and fast and courteous! Thank you!

Cory and team provided excellent customer service! I had brought my AR Stelvio Qv in for lowering spring installation and alignment. It took a couple of times to get the alignment dialed in due to the complicated suspension of my vehicle. They were excellent in communicating extra time was needed so they could ensure the measurements were within specs. I will definitely bring our other vehicles here when services are needed. Thanks again!

Great experience all around! My husband's car needed a new set of tires, so I called to inquire about brands, pricing, and installation. Bob was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I called on Monday afternoon, and they had all 4 tires ordered and ready to install within 24 hours and were done within an hour of dropping the car off. Bob did an excellent job taking care of us. The tires he recommended are reliable and name brand without breaking the bank, and he was very thorough with his follow-through to let me know when the tires arrived and when our car was ready. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quick and quality service!

Bob was a lot of help dealing with all of my confusion with when to drop my car off and how long it will take and what not. Great place for anything you need done to your car. Only question i have is what brand of oil they use? I didn t ask while i was there.

All I needed was a one okay-good quality used tire. I ve been calling around looking for the best available price for the quality of a USED tire they had to offer, after comparing and contrasting offers, I got in touch with redline and they offered me a high quality tire for under $60! Where as other shops were giving me horrible quality used tires for the same price or more of what I paid here.They are truthful and will put in the extra work and time if needed.They were super nice, and I was in and out, even though there were many other cars, we got out of there within 15 minutes !I highly encourage everyone to come for services.Will definitely be coming back.

Got my vehicle aligned here, customer and car service was great. After the alignment my steering wheel was a little crooked, they let me bring it in the next day and took care of it; super helpful people at the desk willing to make it right quickly.

Adeel at Redline was able to locate a set of tires which most places didn't even stock and have them ready for installation same day. Plus their price was the most affordable. They did great work.

Thanks Redline for bailing me out on Saturday. I was half way through a brake job and one lug nut was broken. The guys fixed it, finished installing new power stop rotors and pads. I decided to get new tires too since they had a great deal with free alignment. Looks and feels great, thank you

The guys at Redline are great and trustworthy! The general manager Keith was incredibly helpful today and was able to get the tires I needed to their shop within 2 hours of me calling. Everywhere else around us said it would take up to 7 days.The service crew was really fast once I got there and had my car done within an half hour.Great pricing and customer service. I had a great experience here last week! I had a flat tire that wasn t repairable . I had gone to another Big Name tire store where they told me I needed to replace not only the flat but the other tires that still had 25k left on the warranty . Plus they said it would be 5 days until the tires would be available. A friend recommended Red Line and they were able to locate a tire that was an exact match to the other 19 tires and had it installed that day . I strongly suggest you START your search for tires and great customer service here !

I had a great experience at redline tire. The manager and Raman, the owner were extremely helpful in getting me a lift kit and rim/tire setup for my f150. It was fast turnaround and I am happy with the service. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Redline Tire Co! I have been going to Redline since 2009 back when they opened. I cannot say enough about how awesome every experience has been! What I like about Redline is they treat me like family. No doubt my needs & my experience are a higher priority to them than making the sale. Plus, I never have to worry about them trying to sell me on a job that I don t need. They always take the time to listen to me and then in turn give me an honest inspection and review of my car and indicate upcoming service needs but never sell me on something I don t need at that time. I have had them work on a variety of items and I mean a variety! Tires (A few sets), wheels, brakes, suspension, alignment (Custom alignment on a low & flush Honda), oil changes, lubricants, battery, Suspension (Control arms, ball joints, tie rods), etc like I said a variety! Every time, great service & great prices too easy on the pocket book. Serious appreciation for the Team at Redline!

Recently moved to the area and needed a place to take my truck. They were quick, efficient and thorough. Got my truck in and out in a day for a 100k tuneup. They also do suspension work like lifts and levels.

Red line took care of me.I installed a front end kit myself and brought in my 300 to be aligned and oil change. They pointed out a few of my install errors and corrected them without going overboard on extra charges.I recommend RedLine Tiers to anyone looking for honest service at good prices.

Redline was recommended to me after a terrible experience at another tire company. The care and customer service I received from them was phenominal! They are so honest and efficient, I didn't have to worry about being sold something I didn't need. Everything that was done to my car was explained in great detail. Their prices are so reasonable, I have recommended them to my entire family. I will definitely be back in the future, I've found my tire shop!

I have used Redline Tire for over 3 years. They are honest people who put the customer first. Redline replaced two tires, did an alignment and replaced struts on our Toyota. The handling is fantastic and the ride is perfectly smooth. We price shopped before the job was done and saved about $200 by using Redline. I highly recommend them.

I have had several great experiences at Redline Tire. The guys are all responsive and respectful. It is obvious that they really care about their customers and what's best for them. There aren't many businesses like this around anymore. This is a local, small-town, mom-and-pop store with excellent service, great prices, and the personal touch that is hard to find anymore.I've bought several sets of tires from Redline Tires each time they've been able to get the tires on-site, installed, and car out the door in the same amount of time as other local tires stores (often faster) and for less money.The staff is excellent, friendly, and personable willing to help solve your needs, and not just focused on the sale. It's clear they are striving for long-term customers, not just a one-time sale.Once a customer, I promise you'll be back.Great business. I highly recommend.

Today was my first time at Redline Tire, I checked it out because I had a tire that was leaking and I heard they were honest and had great customer service. They lived up to their great reviews, I had a great experience there and will definitely be going back. Quick, efficient and affordable!
