I was very disappointed with the service at this facility. I was told to bring my car in at 9am, which I did. At 11:30 I received a call asking what was the service I needed. At 3:30 I called , got a voicemail saying someone would call me back, no one did. After 4 I called again and was told they hadn't gotten to my car yet! Wasted my whole day without a car.Really unprofessional! I definitely do NOT recommend them. They will NEVER get my business again!

Was told I had a blown head gasket by another shop, called around and was told this shop worked on that type of job.They diagnosed my car and found nothing wrong with my car! So happy there wasn't anything wrong and that the shop was very honest about finding nothing.The only upsetting part was getting a called an hr before shop closing telling me my car was done and letting me know shop closes in an hr. With no updates as to what was done etc. when the lady called about the status of my car..but other then that very satisfied with the shop and definitely will bring it back if needed to.

Quality Tune Up at 1700 Douglas Blvd is the only auto shop I will take my 2005 Chevy Tahoe to. I am so happy with all of the services that they have provided over the last almost four years now, that I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! The staff is not only professional, they actually care about their customers. Last year when I was in having work done, Todd actually took the time to let me know that my tires were in critically dangerous condition! He told me to get them looked at before even going home! My Dad and I ended up at the tire store in our area, just in time. I needed all new tires (pictures included). If not for Todd, my family and I might not be here today!! Really!! Their prices are competitive, work is amazing and done early or on time, the staff I have met have all been pleasant and helpful! You'll never need to go anywhere else for automotive work again!

I hate giving bad reviews but my experience with tjis shop deserves it!I got a quote online and an appointment for 8am. I was there on time but the shop wasn't ready. At about 8:15am the person behind the counter showed up. Already they are not prepared to do business. The quote i got was obviously to get me in the door and was off by about $200!I wouldn't give Quality Tune-up my business and stopped by Tillys Automotive. They got me right in and did the job for about $200 less than this place! Truck runs perfect and i have a mechanic i can rely on. This place is waaaay overpriced!

The guy didn't know what to tell me I asked him where to park and he's all right here... And I said what are you going to work on the car right here where can I pull up to the garage for them to work on it he said right here and that was in Somali so what the hell was he referring to

I love this place! I ve been coming here for about 23 years. They re prices are reasonable and they re always honest. Their customer service is awesome!! Last time I was there, I forgot one of my favorite $25 water canteens on the counter. When I returned 7 months later, the front desk person remembered and had kept it for me. She went out of her way! That was so awesome! Thank you!

This shop is steady busy but they are transparent with what they can and can t do and when. I was able to make an appt for later that same day for a smog and used their killer coupon for $30+ off a smog. I can t believe how expensive it is now. They had me in an out in under 20 min.

If I could give a NO star rating I would. I brought my truck into this establishment for a pre-purchase inspection. I am a single female who is not a car mechanic so I needed to find out if I was purchasing a solid vehicle. Today, two days after the purchase the vehicle will not start, it will not turn over at all. When I called to tell this company they told me that it was only a safety inspection and that they do not do any type of diagnostic testing and that I should have known that. I'm sorry, but why would I pay $120.00 for a safety-only inspection? I hope this deters anyone from using this company, they do not stand behind their work at all, and to think this is a Veteran Owned establishment, shame on you...Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Staff is always friendly...I have followed one of their employees for 20 years. He ended up making this Quality his home for quite a while. They have an excellent work ethic and are honest with the information they share with you to make your car run better. I have brought my car and my mom's car here for oil changes and maintenance too. We have moved out of the area but would highly recommend this location to all!

At first impression I thought this place seemed great. They were friendly and welcoming. I came in on Saturday 8/14 for an oil change & tire rotation. Everything was fine with my car on Sunday and I was happy with my experience! Side note, the check off sheet they gave me SPECIFICALLY said I do not have any leaks & all was good. Fast forward to today, Monday, my car was excessively leaking oil so I decided to call them and ask if they could take a look. Again, super friendly & accommodating. I bring in my car and they tell me nothing they did was the issue (aka my car was not leaking from the oil change they did), but that my timing cover gasket was broken & it looked like it s been broken for a while since it was saturated - which is why it's probably leaking." I said okay, they quoted me $700 to fix it. That s a lot out of pocket, especially for something they should ve caught on Saturday? And let s not forget my check off sheet said I had no leaks. The front desk girl gave me a terrible excuse about why it wasn t wrote down on my sheet when I asked her about it. I decided to get it checked by TWO other highly recommended places who said my timing cover gasket was absolutely not broken and that my front crank seal is cracked which is around $150 and not crucial to fix right away. At this point, my car is just magically not leaking oil anymore after Quality checked it. It's just a little confusing and pretty irritating. Not sure what to think about this place anymore.Service: Oil change

I started here for just oil changes in 2014. I love how they check and notify me of other items to consider maintaining. I've come to trust them to be honest. They have an ASE certified worker, in all areas, that assures me of being extremely knowledgeable. I'll be continuing to use this shop well into the future, as long as Don runs the place!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Excellent service! I called near the end of the day and he assured me they would take me for an oil change if I made it straight from work. Not only did they squeeze me in at the end of the day, but the change was quick and efficient and they have a comfortable waiting area with snacks. They were really KIND and FRIENDLY here! Thanks! Unusual customer service re simple oil change for my car few weeks ago.. Brought voucher to shop and they stated its expired. Date hard to read because small print. Anyway tatoo lady stood up and refused to honor, though I'm a repeat customer. She could care less. Go somewhere else, this place is strange. Go somewhere else where your time an business is respected.

I went in for my schedule appointment to have my wife s car serviced. The receptionist was rude by the way said it be an hour and a half before her mechanic could look at it. Her rebuttal to this was you have to check in with me first then the mechanic I ll see you an hour and a half later. I asked her if she agreed with this way of doing business and she said yes. When you have a scheduled appointment that is when your work is scheduled to be done very poor poor service.

This place is top notch!I randomly chose Quality Tune-Up for an oil change about three years ago simply because they're close to my work and had good reviews. I have been absolutely thrilled with their oil change services, repair services, and customer service!Every time I need to come into the shop they've happily answered all my questions and, most importantly for me, charge a reasonable price for their services. Even when I want to go into the shop to see what needs to be fixed and why. They're incredibly accommodating -- they don't have anything to hide like some other shops out there.Their customer service is far superior to any other car service shop I've ever gone to. I grew up around cars and helping fix them, these folks are simply in the service of helping their customers, not overcharging them. If I had my own garage and tool collection I'd work on my car myself, but since I don't have that at my disposal I am going to keep going to Quality Tune-Up for all my car needs as long as possible!Oh, and they have solid internet for customers in the waiting area, along with snacks and drinks :)

Great service and very trust worthy. Prices seem high but we live in a totally different economy now. Candybars are no longer .89 cents guys. They are now 2.00, for a freaking candy bar. Brake job per axle 175.00 with new rotors 350.00 per axle. That's on a basic small SUV. Outstanding Customer service. Lots to do within walking distance while you wait for your car or they will take you home within a 10 mile radius, but flexible. Just can't say enough good about them. They will earn your trust. I get my scheduled maintenance for both cars at Quality Tune. Great service, good coffee, and the techs know what they're doing. The front office people explain everything very thoroughly. I've had brake jobs, oil changes and smog checks done here. I'd recommend them to everyone. Oh, and the price is right.

The person who made my appointment and checked me in was awesome. She answered all my questions, I felt good about using them.My appointment was at 8am, my vehicle was not touched till 9am. Several walk-ins were done and out before staff got to my vehicle.Could have been a perfect visit.

This is my second visit and I received excellent service both times. Each time details were explained to me that helped me make good decisions about needed services.This visit, I was short on time. But they were able to change my oil and rotate my tires in about 30 minutes. I really appreciated the extra effort to help me be on time!

I ve taken both of my cars here for over five years. They have helped out myself (college student that doesn t know a thing about cars) multiple times and have been honest about what is going on and thoroughly explained what the services are that they are doing. All the staff are professional and friendly. Once again, they did a great job. My son car needed major work to the front-end control arm bushing, new belts and a battery the price was more than reasonable, everyone is very nice as always you can trust them, they stand behind their quote. What else can you say it s a great shop

Service was timely. Only gripe I had was the employees kept putting cars in the handicap space. As a former parking officer, misuse of a handicap space really irks me. It's there for a reason! No problems with the work, excellent there.

The Quality Tune Up on Douglas Blvd, in Roseville does great work! When I got there I was personally greeted by the district manager. I was getting an oil change and a tire rotation. He was very friendly and because it was not that busy, he invited me into their shop to see what they were doing! I was happily surprised. I saw everything that the technician was doing and he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I would recommend stopping by if you are in the area and you need an oil change!
