I cannot say enough about my experience with this company. From the beginning all the way to when my car was ready, was a seamless process. The communication from the office updating me along the way was excellent. The work/craftsmanship is beyond measure. They really do care about the work they do for their clients and you don't feel like just a number. This is what is so unique to small businesses. My car looks better than when I bought it! Thank you Rafael, Enrique & Raffi and the rest of the team. You guys do beautiful work!

Rafael and the team at Precedence Auto Reconditioning did an amazing job repairing my Scion FRS, and after using them, I highly recommend their services! They go above and beyond with their quality of work.A neighbor backed into my car while it was on the street and smashed in the driver side quarter panel. Luckily I was able to get their insurance info so all I had to do was pick a shop. I m pretty picky when it comes to my car so I spent a lot of time on reviews! I had only heard of Precedence briefly though a friend and then from researching reviews online, but decided to bring my car in for evaluation and chose them for the repair.The entire process was smooth, from the evaluation, to start date, to final completion. The team kept me updated throughout and reached out directly with any questions. The finished product was pristine. They used all OEM new parts when replacing the quarter panel and small side window, and the paint matches perfectly. The team even detailed the car after completion and upgraded my old silver lug nuts with black ones to match the rims.I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future if I have any need of it.Services: Full body wash, Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Welding, Auto glass replacement, Car waxing

2014 Laguna Blue Corvette with damaged front bumper possibly in parking lot by truck running over the front. No note was left. Chose Precedence Auto Reconditioning as they are a local shop. Took about a month to get a new O&M bumper and a few days to replace it and repaint it. They worked with my insurance company to get a replacement rather than patching the gouge. Enrique was my contact and he made me feel confident I would like the quality of their work. Went to pick up the car and they had detailed the whole car without an extra charge. Very professional; good communication they keep me updated all the time.They take care my BMW a couple time and they did a fenomenal work on it .I really recommend Precedence nice people and good value.My third time and the car look spectacular like new after a big damage.Thanks very much

I took my BMW 2015 428i after I was rear-ended for repairs and as you know repairing your vehicle after an accident can be incredibly stressful, but the good folks at Precedence Auto Reconditioning made it a breeze. A Tow Truck hit me while I was a stop sign and damaged a number of components in the rear of my vehicle. Precedence Auto spoke with the other driver's insurance and handled everything.Prices: very competitive and reasonable - they have relationships with a lot of dealerships, so they have access to a lot of car parts.Perks: Rafael, the owner is a professional and his team kept in touch with me throughout the entire process and made an unpleasant experience into a great one. My car looks like New.

They did a great job on my 2021 Honda. I was in a rear end accident and the stuff was super friendly and did really a great job on the body work. Amazing and looks never been on an accident at all. Highest quality work, outstanding service, best people in the industry. My car was badly damaged, when I got it back it was as pristine as the day I bought it new, beautiful work. I bought a brand new 2023 Honda CR-V then 1 week later, driving downtown a person ran a red light and demolished the whole front of my vehicle. I talked to Enrique over at Precedence Auto where he assured me this was a easy fix for his crew which was hard to believe after looking at the damages to the car.After agreeing to have my car fixed there, Enrique wasted no time ordering the parts to my car. He did let me know that because the vehicle was so new that parts would be back ordered and could only give me a estimated date of the parts being produced from the manufacturer. He sent me a invoice and estimated time of parts coming directly from manufacturer to ensure me that this process was out of his hands.I had a issue with the other person's insurance for reimbursement of my rental vehicle where they owed me over $5000 dollars in rental money but tried to get away with only giving me $500. Enrique not only help me deal with the insurance company, he also provided all the paperwork and invoices to solidify my owed money from the insurance company.Enrique has gone above and beyond to help me deal with the insurance companies and his team at Precedence Auto made my car come out looking like nothing ever happened to it.Thank you Enrique and everyone over at Precendence Auto for saving me from a huge headache that had me feeling defeated during the process of my vehicle being repaired.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED & BEYOND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

A great experience!..I just had my 2016 Class A Winnebago Waxed and the interior detailed. Rafael and his team did an excellent and professional job. Rafael is very experienced, honest and professional, does not oversell and meets his commitments. These guys did an incredible job both times that I came to them needing collision repair work on my BMW. They took care of everything from dealing with the insurance company, to ordering parts, to even cleaning my car after the repairs were complete. My car probably looks better now than it did before the collision thanks to Precedence Auto!

My 2017 F150 Lariat had peeling and faded clear coat. Rafi and the team completely repaired all the damage, repainted where needed. The paint is perfect! Looks like a new truck. Removed 4 door dings. Replaced my oxidized emblems. Waxed the entire truck, detailed the inside, and adjusted my tire pressure at pickup. Very fair pricing, quick turnaround, easy to communicate with Rafi. Called to get a quote the owner/ manager said to call 30 minutes before coming to meet him to get a estimate. So I did what he said. I get to the business and he is not there. So some other worker helped me. He did not have much information on what to do. He did not seem to want to do the repairs. He took some pictures of some minor repairs needing done and said he would sent a quote. I never received a quote. It has Been 3 days. I have a pickup truck. I think this business does not want to do repairs on trucks probably just fancy cars. I call this business Prestigious Auto Flakes! don't waste your time if you have a truck. I am pretty confident on saying the good reviews for this business are mostly fake look at the dates. There is 20 reviews for 3 months ago and 17 from 4 months ago. Now there is almost no reviews any sooner than 3 months ago. How do you go from 15 to 20 reviews for past months 3 and 4 to nothing for 3 months. This business pays for fake reviews. Paying for fake reviews is a real thing. Don't believe what you see

Came in to get a nismo bumper conversion painted and installed on my 2011 370z. Enrique scheduled me for an appointment and I had my car dropped off and picked up all within the same week. I am very impressed with the work and attention to detail (Enrique worked with me to make sure the bumper was painted exactly the way I wanted, since there are no instructions on the conversion and it is painted multiple colors) and it was done for a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to everyone and I will definitely be back the next time I need anything done with my car.Service: Painting

I had a big scratch on the side of my rv that needed to be repaired. They did an excellent job can t even tell anything happened there! Kept me apprised of the work they were doing and I won t hesitate to use them again, perhaps for rv detailing.

Love, love, love this place! Originally I needed to get some paint work done due to scratches. But then it was so conveinent to also get my windows tinted and my detail. And the customer service is excellent and so hard to find nowadays. Rafael and Enrique run a top notch first class operation. Enrique will do a wonderful job keeping you posted over the phone and in emails and text as to the status of your vehicle when it is in for repair.They are very timely and very clear with their communications and the quality of their auto repairs is exceptional. Overall great experience at Precedence! My BMW was hit in a parking lot and it sustained significant damage to my front end. I am very particular with who I allow to work on my car, so when dealing with the insurance I requested to go through Precedence since my cousin had some work done previously and recommended them.Precedence did not disappoint! Rafael, the owner, was my contact person throughout the entire process. He was great - very attentive and helpful. They dealt entirely with the insurance while remaining in contact with me as to what was going on as well as the arrangements for a rental car while mine was getting worked on. Once all the work was done and I went to pick up my car it exceeded my expectations. Aside from all the body work Rafael and his team detailed the interior and exterior of my car. It looked amazing to say the least. The quality of work as well as the customer service was superb and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Looking for a small Auto Reconditioning shop that focus s on quality NOT quantity? Precedence is where you want to be! Rafael, Rafael JR., Enrique and team will take stellar care of all of your needs! From small ding repairs, full collision repair, wraps, paint protection films, paint correction, window tint to a simple detail of your car these guys can do it all and with a laser focus on quality no matter how small the job! I ve left several of my cars in their hands for many different services with zero concern of having nothing less than FULL satisfaction of what I would return to when I picked it up! Most recently I took our new 2021 Lincoln Aviator in for paint correction and to have Ceramic paint protection coating done. Once again satisfied beyond my expectations! I have no problem admitting that I am an EXTREMELY picky customer when it comes to my vehicles and not once has Precedence let me down on my overall experience and expectations! If your like me than these are the guys you want caring for your car like you would want it cared for! If the star rating went higher than 5 I would rate them as high as possible as businesses like Precedence deserve it! Thank you again Rafael and Enrique for a Rock Solid experience and a quality job! After accidentally backing into my daughter's car at 6 a.m. I spoke with Precedence about our cars.They made the whole process easy... they handled the insurance they just took over and it was so nice not to worry about it... especially since I had no idea about being in an accident.I just picked my car up yesterday and to my surprised they went above and beyond. The car never looked better since the day I bought it used. More shocking is my husband's reaction, he's a perfectionist and he could not believe how wonderful it looked and all theextra work they did to improve the looks that wasn't in my insurance quote.Now my daughter is really excited to get her car in there get it taken care of.Precedence has the sweetest guys... Rafael, his sons and staff are so friendly and professional.Now I can't wait to get my car detailed by Precedence!I met the owner (father of the business/Rafael) while volunteering for a Christian Ministry. Precedence was nothing but professional the entire time. Rafael and his crew took care of me as I was family. I took my car in to get repaired from being sideswiped and I needed a new door. Not only did they get the job done right away they went above and beyond and detailed my car for me. Look at my car now!!! I took my Shelby GTE into Precedence Auto for some Shelby American Warranty Work recently. While there, Rafael Sr, the Owner, asked me if I was interested in having the finish ceramic coated.Before I purchased it brand new, the car had sat out on the dealer lot and had several goobers and water spots. The body needed some "paint correction" and the rear bumper actually needed to be completely repainted. The entire car was then sealed in Stek Formula Quartz Ceramic finish, with two coats total. It is not too overly shinny now but just enough that you can read the dial on my wrist watch clearly when held near by the finish.Precedence Auto provides great quality, on time, in a very professional manner with reasonable prices. Rafael and his staff are true professionals. The insurance company was pressuring them to finish the job, but they stood their ground and informed them that only original equipment parts were to be used and it takes time to get them. These guys did a fabulous job on the body work and when it was done......they detailed the complete car! Two things you look for in a contractor: honesty and quality of work. These guys deliver on both! Would highly recommend Rafael, Junior and their team!
