My wife and I have been bringing our cars here for years since opening. My parents have bought several cars from them and use them everytime for years. Demitrio is as honest as can be. He always looks out for us.

Moved from LA to Roseville almost 2 years ago and OT Repair was recommended. Demitrio is professional and reasonable with the prices. I have been there twice both for different car problems and he repaired and in both times I expected a higher bill but by my surprise it was reasonable. Demetrio worked very hard on my car and found the culprit to my hybrid battery issues. Called around to see if he could find parts that are no longer made. He somehow got the codes and gave the code to me so that I could have a hybrid battery installed. He went above and beyond to help me figure this out and also met me where I was at to change my tire! Otherwise I would have waited two hours for a tow truck. He is genuinely kind and I trust him with my car. He was referred to me by another type of mechanic. My daughter also used him and loved his thoroughness. Prices are fair and he comes through on his promises. Great communication. 5 stars.Joanne C.

Really honest mechanics and the cost is always fair. It was a relief to find an honest mechanic, and they actually informed me that a past mechanic had put recycled brakes on my car (I had suspected shady business dealings). My wife and I have been loyal customers for 3 years now and are incredibly happy with all of the work that OT has performed.

This review is LONG overdue. Demetri has worked on my car for a couple of years now. 08 Charger. Prices are great and the quality of their work is unquestionable. Seriously, best bang for the buck and reliable.My buddy has a Dually, 78 Chevy that needed ALOT of work done. I suggested he bring the truck here. Demetri and his boys got it done again. Since that visit that truck has made multiple trips across country towing huge loads and several shorter ones towing boats and what not.I can't say enough about these guys, give them a chance and let them earn your business too.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Double charged me their $130 diagnostic fee, I paid $260 to get told they cannot fix my car. Was not provided any diagnostic information....they even have the audacity to charge me storage fees-- ummm...what?? It's my fault it took YOU a few weeks to NOT work on my car?? This place is a joke! And scam. They'll try and overcharge for unperformed services. True corrupt business owner I don't know how they've maintained their business but it won't be long until they go out of business in this economy.Service: Vehicle Inspection

After calling around and talking to other a auto mechanic services this place is by far the cheapest and then work was done efficiently and quickly and all work was called in and done and verified with me first before any repairs were done I would highly recommend them to anybody I will be coming back

Awesome place to take your vehicle in and fixing the issue. Brought my car here several times and had it fixed within a good amount of time! Problem Solved! OT and his team were very friendly and helpful. Even with my last issue on the car, called up the shop and they told me to bring it in that same day! Honest and straight forward! Great prices and defiantly worth taking your car for any reason!

OT had my car done in a timely manner and did a great job. He fixed a couple of things on my car, and they are both working great. I could have not asked for better pricing or service. I strongly recommend OT Cars Repair!

Demetri is the best! Worked on my 2004 Corvette, did things the dealer couldn't figure out. Great labor charges, doesn't mark up parts (I checked). Listened to my knowledge of my car (as a woman, that knows her baby), picked up my car detailed and running like she was brand new! Thank you OT, my go to for all 4 of our vehicles!! 5 star all the way!

OT is very reliable. My car started leaking coolant; tried the local county mechanic, but they never showed despite giving a 3 hr. promise. One call to OT and he's there and working. Definitely my preferred mechanic.

Best mechanics EVER! My wife recently took our car to O.T. cars Repairs and I can't tell you how pleased I was with the service. They replaced the part at a VERY reasonable price and even gave my wife a simple suggestion as to how our car could run better in this hot weather. They also knew that we were going to be going on a long trip and so they topped off all of our fluids at no charge. I will be telling EVERYONE about O.T. cars Repairs and will be taking my cars there from now on! Well done, boys! Well done!

Best car repair! Highly recommend. If you have anything with your car.The mechanics there are extremely helpful especially johnathon! He helped me find the problem and fixed it very quickly. I found a truck from this dealer at a reasonable price. The day I went up to see the truck they increased the price by $2,500 and added a camper shell. They claimed it was a typo on the phone but when I arrived they claimed they were 2 separate trucks and the other one had been sold the day before. When I was taking a test drive I asked about the cracked mirror being fixed and salesman named Nathan responded with well would you like a whole new truck while I m at it? It s a used a car lot the trucks are as is .They refused to negotiate on the price at all. I placed a holding deposit of $500 on the truck. We asked if the deposit was refundable and the primary salesman named Matt simply nodded vaguely and said nothing else. I decided not to buy the truck and called them the following business day to get my deposit back and Matt told us over the phone that the deposit was non refundable and that they had told us this which was false. The mileage listed online was 170,000 miles but the odometer said 179,000.

I chose O. T based on a recommendation and was pleasantly surprised. They replaced my break shoes and the work was done on time and on budget and far more competitive than the main dealer. Mathew was professional throughout my buying of a 03 dodge Cummins. Very helpful about the motor specs and was not pushy one bit which made the buying experience easy. I would definitely go back to purchase another diesel. They specialize in diesels and are very reputable! Thanks again guys

Long story short: I brought $2,000 with me to OTs to have my head gasket replaced (my last mechanic had told me it needed to be done). Not only did OTs tell me that my head gasket was fine they found the actual issue my old mechanic had missed and fixed it for less than $50 labor (plus parts).Ladies and Gentlemen!! I present to you... An honest Mechanic!!!!!!!!This is my shop now, it should be yours too.

Been coming here for about 4 years now and as long as they are there this is where I will continue to come for all my repairs Dimitri is the shop manager has great customer service called me with prices problem anything he saw that could give me a problem down the road but never have I felt that I was being pressured into buying anything that wasn't needed at the time. I highly recommend OT Cars.

I know OT for long time.I take my car and my wifes car to OTs shop everytime when we need something to be fixed and we are very thankfull for the professional service his team perform.Is not that easy to find somebody who does not just a good job at resonable price but you can also trust.We recomand OT Cars

The WORST mechanic that is in town i took my car there since JUNE and they just call me this month letting me know that they could not fix what they suppose to, they charged me for nothing. One star its a lot for them. Please don't take you car here.
