Although it was very busy, everyone was acknowledged as we drove up to get in line. One person was directing the flow of traffic. I knew that I needed an oil change, and the radiator drained and refilled. The young woman who conversed with me was very informative. And when I asked a question that she wasn't sure of, she asked a coworker. I appreciated the attention to customer service care.

Company sent me a dual discount oil change card in mail. Motivated me to keep oil changes current on my 23 year old pick -up truck. Being at local Roseville shop early helped to get through the service in a timely manner. All employees very courteous, and knowledgeable. Clean and well run business.

Highest possible customer service. They welcome you with beverages and the most important is that you don t have to wait 3-4 hours for you car to have an oil change like dealers do. Average wait time would be 25-30 min. After your first visit here, you get a lot of coupons (sometimes 2 coupons per month for any service). I have been changing my oil here for the last 3-4 years and I cannot be more satisfied with the service.

Oil Stop has a classic and honest approach to their service. It is extremely refreshing to have their level of care in a world where there it seems to be less of a priority. Alexander was excellent and gave us a great experience. We were offered cold beverages, and everything was explained. Alexander provided us with his expert observations and let us know about a potential coolant leak. If you are looking for the cheapest oil change...it might be elsewhere...but, the value is best here as you have the confidence of a job well done.

Best experience ever had having my oil changed. They were super efficient, very on the ball and talked to each other through the whole thing. Had somebody underneath my car and underneath my hood I'd recommend them over and over

First, I went to Jiffy Lube where I have been going for a few years and they didn t greet me for about 10 minutes then I sat in my vehicle for another 10 minutes so then I decided that I remember this other place down on Fairway so I decided to give it a shot. I showed up and they greeted me and explained everything that was going to happen and was very informative. Next they gave me the price which I approved and the filter was included. Showed me all the different colors and levels of my fluids told me the prices, but didn t push any added sales pitch. Reset everything on my dashboard. Five star review and now I will go there in the future from now on. Polite kind professional knew what they were doing. Looks like a great place to work.

Pretty amazing business. You never leave your car so you can see exactly what is happening which is peace of mind for me. All the employees are so kind and don't try to upsell you (they give recommendations based on your car and mileage but they don't push it) they also fill your tires with air, unsqueak your doors, and give you a coupon for a free car wash next door . This was a first time oil change by myself in almost 10 years and I was afraid of getting the runaround, but I definitely trust this place

Great place to go for an oil change! I love that you don t need an appointment & in my experience I m able to get in and out pretty quickly. The staff is very friendly and respectful. They will let you know what they recommend you get done on your car, but there is no pressure. I feel like I can trust what they say and they are looking out for me. Best oil change service I ve found.

I came in for an oil change and the gentlemen working were very friendly and ensured they communicated everything. I loved being able to sit in the car while they got it done and that it comes with a free hand wash! Definitely very satisfied with my visit

There service was great, the time it took was a fraction of the time it would take me at other places but I thought the price was rather high. I usually go to Auburn Honda and it was around the same price except I get full service at the dealership including a car wash. I thought it would be comparable to Firestone, maybe $70 but it was $119 for an SUV. That would be my only complaint but I did get a $30 coupon to use on a 2nd vehicle if used within 2-weeks so that was nice. It states that they offer you a beverage while you wait. I saw others getting drinks but I was not offered one, not a big deal to me but I think if this is something they promote they should offer it to all. This was my first time here, overall it was fine and got the job done.

I drive all the way from Maddison and 80 and have all kinds of oil changes around me! This place gives the BEST customer service ever! Steven did the majority of my service. He s super nice, friendly, funny, etc even gave my pup two biscuits. A free car wash is also included! It s worth the drive! Thank you guys! Great job to the manager Felipe! Your workers rock!

Used them for the second time and that's because they were fast and efficient. tThey checked all, and I mean all the points comparing your fluid colors to new ones. It's your call to replace or not. No pressure. Even gave me a coffee while waiting. I'll be back.

There was a line of perhaps 10 cars ahead me when I arrived, but it was National Oil Change Day, and I had a coupon for 25% off! I'll wait in line for that! Three change bays kept the line moving along. The oil change process goes quickly once I moved to the head of the queue. There is a 33 point inspection including lubing the door hinges. Wow! This was a return trip for our pickup with camper. I'll be back. Keep those coupons coming!

I had a great experience here, the technicians worked together so well, they were all friendly, and I left feeling the difference in my car. It was cool to stay in my car the whole time, while they worked on it and showed me how dirty my transmission fluid was. My tires were low too. They took care of everything!

This place doesn t just have the best customer service of any oil change I ve ever gotten, they have some of the best customer service I ve received anywhere, ever.Every last staff member was the epitome of professionalism with every interaction I had. I was floored by how good they were.15/10, will oil change again.

Went in for an $80 oil change. Sat in line behind 3 cars for over an hour. The service guy was great but once pulled into the garage after explaining I didn t want any additional services the woman consistently continued to upcharge and upsell me. I told her no several times and she still tried to upsell over an additional $600 in services. Ridiculous.

Nice people but overpriced for the service. They also try to upsell you on everything regardless of you asking them to stop or telling them you aren t interested. It feels like they are try to shove additional costs at you left and right. I also wasn t planning on leaving a review, but they won t stop emailing me now. After the third email I tried to ignore I m now irritated and decided to share.

Very convenient and I would say fast even though they took the time to explain everything including things like replacing the air filter. I like the Groupon deal too I hope they keep that one going! And the free Carwash of course! Thanks I will be back

Oil change service was performed well, HOWEVER, a $60 oil changed turned to $85 dollars by the time I was done. Granted I had a pickup truck and was informed of a 10 dollar increase in price. However, I was not informed that the oil change disposal fee was NOT included in the final price. I was also charged $4 dollar inspection fee because I had a 4x4 vehicle. I was not informed or given the option to accept or deny this service. And when I got home, I noticed a $1 charitable donation fee that I was also not informed or given the option to accept or deny. I still may have donated if informed on where the charity money was going. I, personally would like to make sure my charity money isn t going into some embezzlement fund and is actually going to a charity.TLDR: Watch out for shady add-on fees and make sure you re not charged for anything you didn t request

Yesterday was my third trip to Oilstop, and as with the other two, I was extremely pleased with the crew! They were professional, handled business very quickly, were very polite, and got the job done in very short order. I will definitely be back, and recommend oil stop to others. Thank you!

I might have given a higher rating except for 2 things. A Basic oil change shouldn t cost $100+ even with synthetic oil. On top of that they do a lot of upselling. They showed me my air filter which didn t look very dirty to me and said we recommend changing it for another $32. Fuel injector cleaner for $19.95 (you can buy for $7 at any local auto parts store). I m going to go back to changing my oil and filter myself. Ridiculously expensive for all their services like transmission fluid changes etc. The people working there were nice enough and my experience wasn t too bad but it did take about an hour of waiting to get serviced.
