Took 3 phone calls while customers waited in line for 30 mins, in person customers should be a priority. Common sense. Michael the assistant manager should know better

William at O'Reilly's on Harding Blvd. in Roseville, CA. I cannot thank him enough. He helped me get these new LED lights/with fans that have a 5 yr warranty installed in my 2019 Nissan, Frontier. Thanks again William!

Mohammad was Extremely helpful. I came to the store after my wife gave birth to twins out battery was bad and i wanted to replace it; while another cashier shopped for personal car parts this guy Mohammad helped a few customers then came back to help me and within a matter of seconds my disastrous day was turned into one that i and my family could enjoy. Im not sure why the gentle that i spoke to on the phone doesn t know how to look anything up or why he was more focused on his car parts than helping me get my batter looked at but Mohammad reminded me today what genuine customer service is all about great full for knowledge staff and heroism

I will withhold a 5 star because no matter when You call, they never answer the phone.. I've had them answer once after calling over and over during the day. The guy didn't sound very patient ..I asked about a specific part I was looking for ... He pulled up my truck, then. The part...Told me i had two options to choose from. Went over the warranty, brand, price ....And was trying real hard to get off The phoneThen I said ok wait.. I'll be in to get the pricier option, because of the warranty. he then said. Oh we don't stock it. We have to order it. ...Pause ....I said.ok... How about the cheaper one...we don't carry any of them... we have to order it.So... Why didn't you tell me with out me asking. And trying to get off the phone.I could have wasted a trip if I decided to drive there.... Assuming all while that you have them in stock..... HELLO. no brain cells were working that day.The other hit on them is the terrible tool sets they sell.You only get semi decent quality when you buy a single tool. But that's a crazy expensive way to do it.They don't have basic tools to lend you. Just specialized ones. So that's kinda messed up if you didn't have your tools with you. You are forced to buy the dookie ones.BUT they do get high ranking when you go in person.I had a young guy help me out. He was patient and didn't try to just sell me a bunch of stuff. So maybe like all the other O'Reilly's. It's all depends on the employee.The prices of the fluids are great actually. Always deals on oils and random stuffAlso their battery warranty is great. They just swap them if your battery goes to poop before the warranty expires... And that's a good thing. Batteries are like 200 plus now.Overall. When you do get a good picture experience. . You're happy, butI like AutoZone customer service a lot more l..Update 3-26-24 5:45 pmLousy customer service ... I hear 4 people in the back.... blabbing and complaining about putting things back returns rt . One dude comes out. Is running around like a chicken

Will at the Harding Bl store in Roseville was extremely helpfull and put my new wiper blades on for us and wouldn't take a tip- unbelievable- this is the ONLY auto parts store I always come to first- Will was awesome

I went here to get a few items for my Nissan titan the guys behind the counter were friendly and knowledgeable and they had just what I was looking for so if you need parts for your car, truck or SUV I'm sure they can help you out..

Far and away my favorite Oreillys. The level of expertise is head n shoulders above any other auto parts shop ive been to. And management does an exceptional job with the crew thay works there. Its always my first stop when i need parts because they never let me down

Well kept store. Shady area. Some guys kept coming in and out of the store not buying anything saying they were looking. Looking to steal probably. But the workers kept a good eye on them the entire time.

The best run, staffed and frankly just plain competent parts store i've ever used. Began going there for 25yrs / 20 yrs(as commercial) ago when it was still Kragen. Jimin back has taken great care of me throughout. Over the years I've ordered every special order part you can think of, even gets you dealer only parts too. The only thing they don't do now is machining(other than brakes). As many of us know it is almost impossible to get a good parts guys. Only now, because I moved to the East Coast, that I am willing to share him with you. The rest of the guys rock too.

Aloha ROSEVILLE Residents!! This O'Reilly Auto Store has the AMAZING Brian working there. Great Guy! Went in with lighting problems on UHAUL Trailer as Duncan Vaughn in Visalia UHAUL had hooked up the trailer WRONG!! Brian found the lightning wires BUT NOT ALLOWED TO WIRE! Gave him $10 to do it in back room!Worked PERFECTLY Brian!! This store has amazing personell!! Capt Stan Howard IRS ENROLLED AGENT #73044 MAHALO!!

Order online two front struts for my car, both on website silver color. When come to pick up worker bring one silver one black one, I ask why it is diferent color, worker say it is right parts and go away without any other words. They sell black struts much cheaper, and try to give it to me for higher price. Very rude worker and unprofessional. Drive to norhgate store and they give me both struts in silver color. This location need new manager.

Had the best experience here. Jenn helped me test my battery and spent quality time trying to figure out if I should use my car warranty or buy a new one. She has kind and patient and helped me replace my battery. Couldn t be happier with her customer service skills and appreciated all her help.

Wen you buy something from them and it has a 3 year replacement and it goes bad the next day they made me buy another one befor they would get my replacment and then gave my new battery i took in to get chargd away to some one eals and did nothing about it

This past weekend, late in the day, I visited the Roseville, Harding Blvd, O'Reilly store. Dan was the technician I was fortunate to work with and who went above and beyond to assure my purchase fit on and worked for my car. As is often the case, what should have been a simple purchase required know-how beyond what I had. Dan got it, knew what was needed, and knew what store inventory was needed to make it work. Dan is a professional MacGyver (the world needs MORE) and the best of the best as were the other techs who offered support and good humor! Happy winter holidays and thank you for a great community store.

Love oriellys. These guys(most)are highly knowlegable when it comes to getting me the correct parts at my shop. I hate travelling to buy something just to do a tear down and realize its the wrong part. Not the case with these guys. They verify and then reverify. Extremely happy with these guys.

I received the worst customer experience at this location. I don t expect too much from people but I do expect respect and decency, especially in customer service. Yesterday I came in because my car wasn t starting so I assumed it needed a battery replacement. It was kind of late, around 9pm. The moment I walked into the store the men at the front desk began laughing at me and whispering to each other. I immediately felt uncomfortable and confused, but I continued to ask what I needed and the entire time they were giggling and talking to me like I m stupid. It was clear that I was being made fun of. I felt so confused. It was a middle aged Asian man and young White man in his early twenties (light-long brown hair). This happened Friday October 8 around 9pm. I don t know if it had to do anything with the fact that I m a young woman, but it definitely felt that. Also I should add that they refused to sell me the battery. I told them they didn t have to install it and that my boyfriend could do it for me. They told me that they don t sell batteries that late and that it s company policy. I m positive that this was not true. The men at the counter were just being rude and making a joke out the situation! Horrible experience.

I needed a bolt set to secure my car battery. Michael, the assistant Manager was soo helpful, he knew exactly what I needed and bolted down my battery and totally solved my problem. He provided Excellent Customer Service and I'm very happy customer here!! Thank you Michael!!

I went there because my engine light came on and they offer "free" engine check. The staff was very helpful. They found out it was just a small part I needed to replace and it was very inexpensive. They are extremely helpful and in no time at all I was able to get my mechanic to replace it. Thank you so much.

Helpful very nice worker he order me a V12 battery for my 50 CC Scooter it will be her tomorrow morning Ty I been going there almost every other day to buy Fuses always some one to help me but the first time I did go in the the gelttman standing by young dark man I ask him were the fuses were he look at me pointed his finger ok you would think he would of showed me the way we're they were anyway the was someone helping someone else I asked him he 2as nice enough too say to me I'll be right with you that's was nice anyway I just went out side got my Son-n-law told him about the darker man he came in with me and told him were your fuse the man just made a smart remark the he said let me talk to ?? Only cuz my son in law does a lot of business there and there family owns car lots off Riverside but some nice lady come out we did get a little discount it was very nice I'll still give you a 4 stars ty for the other nice worker

Always great. I always get treated with respect at this location and told about warranties with the product without me even asking. Makailla tonight, was great. Had to get that brand new locking gas cap. You never know if you'll need it. Haters
