Nick and the technicians went WAY above and beyond our expectations. I felt so much better after they made all the adjustments and did a thorough inspection on my mom's car. Thank you so much Nick. You guys are awesome!

David and his crew were top notch. We were able to get our GMC Acadia in and out in a very reasonable time. They not only figured out but fixed the issue I was having with my transmission. Also, they were able to do a full report of issue I need to fix and give a quote for them to do them. Great team and shop! Will be back!

Went in to have them check out my brakes and complete an oil change. The staff member that helped me was extremely friendly and made sure to discuss in detail everything they reviewed and saw and was more than fair with work done. 10 out of 10 recommend.

David and Nick provided excellent customer service. They're friendly and very helpful. I was very satisfied with the service performed on my car. I would definitely recommend Midas on Harding St. In Roseville. The price was very fair also.

I wish I can give the 6 stars. They have been so honest and treat me like a VIP. Being a female and knowing that some mechanics take advantage of over how little females don't know about cars, and take advantage and raise the price on them. I NEVER felt that way at this place. I have been coming here many years. Nick at the front desk is amazing!! They do there best and are the best!!

This place is awesome! Even thought I got less than stellar news about my car s problems (which obviously isn t Midas fault) I was very grateful to come away feeling informed and not pressured. I will definitely come here for any repair needs and am already recommending to family and friends!

These guys are awesome, they got me an awesome set of tires, theyre super friendly and always let me know what else should be fixed if anything needs to be done, and theyre quick and super affordable. Nick is super awesome and is the most helpful person ive ever had to deal with when going to a mechanic. I wont take my car anywhere else!

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Nick and his team at Midas Touch, and I must say, their level of professionalism and ethics truly stood out. They re honest and not just there for the money. Their excellent communication with customers and genuine care for their clients' needs set them apart. What impressed me even more was their willingness to go the extra mile by sending someone to the store to find specific car parts for me. This level of service goes above and beyond and that s why I m going to this store now vs the other one in Roseville.

I want to give a SPECIAL thanks to Nick and David Higgins for taking Extremely good care of my Lexus RX350. My Alternator went out while i was driving.I had my car towed to the Midas Roseville store. They were able to fix the alternator and radiator while I was visiting from out of state. They were able to do a full service, oil change within a 24 hour time frame. My car is running great and I feel safe again! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!

Disappointed and left feeling unsafe, I brought my car in to the Roseville Midas location because the location on Greenback didn t do the work correctly. They let me know what it was and fixed it. They assured me I was in good hands and since I have a extended warranty a lot of it has been covered BUT About 2-3 weeks later I m back in the shop for the same oil leak they fixed 2 weeks later I m back in for a gas leak- apparently my Fuel pump went out, 2 weeks later I m on the freeway and have to pull over on the highway because I feel plastic flapping around. I look underneath and see that they didn t screw in the cover on the bottom of my car and it s completed cracked now, No I didn t hit anything and no it wasn t like that before.Don t bring your car here unless you want to be a frequent Flyer and be put in situations as dangerous as my car leaking gas and oil.At this point I feel it s intentional to keep customers coming back there s no reason I should be seeing them every 2 weeks on the dot.They were very nice and accommodating but now I don t trust them whatsoever. It s too many times too frequently, and honestly I ve only had it about 2 years & my car has never been in worse condition since it s been in their care.

I took my Genesis to midas for a severe engine malfunction... The service was outstanding for all the hoops the owner and my technician had to go through to make sure I got back a 100% Job well done, I applaud them. I don't think the general customer understands what these guys have to go through for warranty covered work. After a nightmare of a work order I dumped on them, I got back a car that I truly love and it is now better then ever.. without dropping a huge review let's jus say I personally won't be taking my car anywhere else from now on. Spoke to David after having some dash light indicators come on he told me to bring it right in. Brought it in they checked everything out, checked all air pressures in tires & made sure they were corrected from last place I took it too (won't go there again) even replaced a fuse I didn't know about. David and his team really went above and beyond on short notice. Now I can feel comfortable having my daughter take my car on a trip to LT this weekend. :)

If you re looking for a good place to take your vehicle look, no further, David is the man and he will educate you on what s going on with your vehicle. I bought a car for my son and had him run a diagnostics on. Needless to say, there was a lot of issues with this vehicle, and I had to take him back to the dealer for a refund. At the end of the day he didn t charge me for the diagnostic check which I really appreciate it because I had to pay $250 restocking fee on top of canceling my auto insurance so I was out of pocket about $800.00 you know I will get all my business when it comes to my vehicles and I ll spread the word to as well. twice, two completely different times, i have taken my car here for a repair and then within a day another "unrelated" symptom has come up and ive had to come back and pay for a new service. i may sound like a conspiracy loon but either theyre really bad at fixing issues the first time, or they sabotage your car on purpose to get more money from you.

David is the most trustworthy mechanic I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He KNOWS his stuff & breaks it down so I'm able to understand what's happening with my car & the best way to fix it, even if it isn't through his shop! I've taken my last 2 cars to him for everything under the sun & I will not go anywhere else. David goes the extra mile & knows the meaning of good customer service. The rest of the staff is also great & prompt.

This place is great! I take my car to David s Midas for everything. Dave is so nice he actually drove me home one day when my car was going to take all day to be fixed. So started with the inquiry, I called several shops...... Nick answered and was soooo inviting and answering every question I threw at him. Called a few others, but went back to Midas because he made the difference on the phone. Now day of appointment. Nick greeted me with same professional, calming demeanor! Held to his promise of timeliness to finish the job. Asked about discounts AARP or AAA. He gave me a discount simply because I asked. He said it is about service. Wow impressive!! Thank you Midas for hiring Nick. He is the reason I chose Midas.Service: Wheel alignment

Called for a quote on brakes, and brakes and rotors. Looking for the best deal of course. I've had no problem from all the other competitors except for these guy. He wouldn't give me a quote, he wanted to schedule an appointment for inspection. I think he said for a low cost cuz I heard a 29.99 bargain deal. No, just want quote and then I'll choose where to drive it. What that tells me, they're looking for money not customer service.Sorry, going elsewhere even if you were the cheapest.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! These guys, David and crew, were extremely knowledgeable about the issues I was experiencing with my car. Prior to taking my car to this Midas shop, I took it to two other mechanics who couldn't figure out what the problem was. But, Midas found the issue in no time flat and did an amazing job on the repair. Awesome group of guys they were backed up pretty bad and was out of my appointment time but they got it done before closing and are super nice guys really experienced and inexpensive compared to other tire shops I looked at! 10/10 would recommendService: TiresService: Tires

Called these guys on a Wednesday,and they gave me an appointment for Thursday the next day. When I come in Thursday morning at 8 a.m. they took my car in right away for a oil change. Great customer service!

Dear, David (the manager) if I could give zero stars I would...The service I received was disgusting, I mean I called for basic questions and was belittled and talked down to! He told me " if you would stop talking I would be able to tell you, or since you think you have all the answers then you answer them"...How disgusting for an upper level employee to speak to customers like that. I've been a customer here for years but David, you really made me feel like this review was necessary. Absolutely foul phone etiquette, and a lousy work ethic. I will never offer Midas my patronage again. This has turned me off from any and all midas franchises.On top of that he was attempting to manipulate me because I demanded respect and asked him to speak to me with a less patronizing attitude... AND HE HUNG UP ON METhen when I called back I asked if that was accidental and he said "nope it was intentional"FIND NEW STAFF I am disgusted regret ever giving them my money.The only redeeming quality is the gentleman that first answered the phone. I'm guessing he's just front desk but he was nice and helpful. But David really shocked me with his responses to basic questions. Do better

One of the best experiences of my automotive life. When several other tire companies offered no help. Nick the manager went out of his way to make sure my needs were taken care of SAVING my fishing trip to Michigan. Thank you Midas

Midas located sac ca 16th street owned by Jared, has the worst customer service I ve received yet. To be fair, I went to Midas bc David at the Roseville location was so amazing I assumed that to be true abt all locations smh I assumed the integrity was across the board. When we first arrived (car towed in) Jared was not friendly. Bc the car was towed we stayed. Thursday evening we picked it up for a new tire and an alignment. After realizing no spec sheet was provided, we called they were closed. They were closed fri as well. We go back sat conveniently the printer and alignment computer broke the day they were closed. Jared said he d provide specs Tues I ll be reporting to the BAR and BBB on Mon.Service: Auto tire replacement

I have had both of my vehicles repaired and serviced at this Midas, and have been very happy with the service and the price. The work is done professionally and timely. I have referred many people to this shop, and will continue to do so. Dave is not only the owner, but is a great mechanic, so he understands the business from every side and is able to answer questions about the repairs being made. You can trust this shop!
