Easy to order, but incorrect part was sent. Called the parts department and the person I spoke with said he would send the correct part and a return label for the incorrect part. Received the correct part and label as promised. Very good customer service!

Had regular service and a service campaign (Recall) done today. I had a few minor issues as I was leaving and the dealership jumped right on the issues and corrected them. Im a longtime customer of theirs...they are the best!

Order a part for my car on 11/29/21 got a email on 11/30/21 saying part has shipped with tracking number but no tracking information was available in UPS systemfor 3 days called dealership and found out only label was created package never shipped until the next day after I called and complained and I asked to be shipped overnight since they dropped the ball and they didn't even shipped it overnight so I'm waiting all over again terrible experience.

Beware of online orders with this company. Items are not fully working as described online so be ready to pay 35% restocking fee + shipping if you do not like what you got.

One of the worse experience. It s impossible to get a service scheduled at this location. Reception picks up the phone and transfers to service advisor and it seems like the service advisors are never there.
