I brought my car to Les Schwab in Roseville for tire rotations. Brenden K. M. was friendly, profession and helpful. He not only rotated my tires, he also did all the safety checks without me asking. Thank you!

I used to love this place and company. Went in recently for a brake check due to squeaking. They told me I needed front and rear brakes. They failed to review my file prior to giving me a bid. Had they done this, they would have seen that it was their faulty brakes that were well within warranty. Instead, they would have let me spend 500 bucks to fix their error. Not cool. Review your clients file before giving a bid. Unfortunately, I don t trust them now and won t be going back after years.

Set my wife into Les Schwab in Roseville to rotate her tires. Tire light came on before she even got in the driveway, which is about 2 miles away from the place. When I checked the air pressure all four tires for different and under the rating. Took the car back in the next day Asked to speak to manager ended up talking to Nathan, which is an assistant manager the worst service I ve ever encountered. I ll never go back to Les Schwab again ever for any needs. All he could say was they made an honest mistake? It s a tire shop for crying out loud. They can t seem to do their jobs though

We were on our way home from Vacaville,CA, to Reno, NV. We were on the freeway and got a very sudden flat tire on the I-80 eastbound. We were able to get our insurance roadside assistance to come and put our spare donut on, and we were able to get to the Roseville Les Schwab 3 miles away. The tire was not able to be saved, so we had to buy a new tire.We were helped immediately and were back on the road in just under a half hour.We had a great, tire tech and had a friendly staff serve our needs. The price was right on the new tire. We will definitely use Les Schwab for all our tire needs in the future!Thank you so very much.

Stay away!! I had a screw in my tire. Les said tire was ruined and I would need a new one. Then proceeded to tell me that I will likely need four new tires (tires have 8,000 miles) and tried to sell me on the spot. I went home , took out the screw and the tire is perfect! It was an extremely small screw, so they didn t really check. Tire has perfect pressure and holding.Just tried to rip me off.

Got a construction screw on my GMC's rear tire. Went here for a second opinion as Costo Tire is only interested in selling me a pair of tires. These guys are Les Shwab got me back on the road in no time. Keep up the good work guys! You just earned a new client.

Caught a nail in my right front tire. It was near closing time and the staff still took the time to stay an hour after closing to fix it and didn't charge me anything! Great staff!

After careful scrutiny I had these guys install my 4 inch Tuff Country lift and my 18 inch Fuel Beast Wheels. They did an amazing job and beyond my expectations, trimmed anything that was going to be a problem. Beyond that they even painted a fresh coat on my break calipers making the wheels pop even more.If you want your ride set up right, there's only one choice. You can get it done cheaper but it will be done cheaper.You can also get it done right and never have to worry about a problem down the road.Go with Les Schawb Roseville every time and tell them dannyz sent ya.

Very impressed. Came in at store opening with a low trailer tire. Shaun found the leak and patched right away. Great area to connect to internet and work. Shaun even moved my trailer while I was on a conference call. I ll definitely be purchasing my next round of tires here. Great RV/Trailer access too.

AWESOME customer service!!!I came in without an appointment to ask them to check the air in my tires and fill them up on my truck and horse trailer. Well the very nice young man was airing up my tires, I noticed the spare tire on my horse trailer had terrible holes in it and would be unusable. I went into the office with my last two receipts of the tires I purchased for my trailer at Les Schwab. The young lady at the counter looked up my account and warrantied my tire and replace it for free! Thank You Les Schwab, you are the best!

I have a utility trailer that needed the wheel bearings serviced. When I called, Jake was extremely informative over the phone and said he could make time to fit me in same day. When I arrived, he was very friendly and said he would call me when it was done. Turned out my utility trailer was made in Canada and needed special attention. Jake went above and beyond to take care of the problem and keep me informed. I highly recommend Jake and this Les Schwab location.

I'm getting more frustrated by the day with les schwab. I've had a commercial acct since 2003. They screwed me on tire warranty that caused $1800 in damage to my trailer. Now I need to buy 2 semi trailer tires and there is a 3 hour wait. Even though I called yesterday.

I like the looks of the Les Schwab stores. They look clean, organized and ready for business. So, I called them for a front end alignment. The guy on the phone said come in one hour and the charge is $70. I said OK and showed up at 1:00PM as he asked. Upon check in the lady stated whoever I spoke to was wrong in quoting $70 and instead it is $100! I said OK but that is not what I was told an hour ago. I left the care with her and she said it would be the end of the day to get it back! So I shopped in the area and eventually the vehicle was done at 4 PM and the charge was $100. I was OK with the price even though it was way higher than the rep had quoted me and I was hoping it was not a 3 hour wait. At any rate the staff overall was nice, the place is spotless and the quality of work is good. I like the warranty on the service and they just have to tune-up the quotes to jive and tell folks in advance the wait will be X hours.

Great place in the community to have your brakes and tires checked for free! I've even had a flat replaced for free which is great. I recently had them check my brakes and their quote was over $400 more than any other place. It was close to $700 for front brakes alone. I had them done by a mobile mechanic service the same day for under $300 and they came to me. $700 for front brakes because they demand you change out the whole system no matter what is a little much.

Okay, so like most of us I have almost no time to spend getting things done, and catching a screw in my tire today was one of those occasions. Travis, the manager, pulled out all the stops and got me in, taken care of and out quickly so I was able to get to work just in time. Because of Travis, I will bring all my business to Les Schwab. The two females working the front desk would benefit from a customer service course. We came in a little early for an appointment and I already felt like I was doing them a disservice. The customer service needs a lot of work. Just be friendly. We all have a crisis in our life.

I stopped by right at closing this evening for low tires, George was great! Extremely friendly and still assisted me with a smile. I appreciate that he didn't try to convince me to buy any new tires. I will definitely return in another 6 months or so for new tires.

Great place for tires and repairs, Firestone would not fix my tire and turned me away, these guys said no problem and fixed it for free. I will never go anywhere else again. Just went back and needed 2 tires, very fast and reasonable priced.

I cannot praise this business enough. Staff exemplifies courteousness. If you have a low air in any of your tires, you can pull right up to the bay and a staff member will come bounding out to your car and fill your air to proper level. They are the BEST!

This place is big for a tire store. Lots of room. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a clean waiting area.

They have amazing deals on tires that are great for people who are on a budget. But I am just lucky that I went to Les Schwab in Rocklin for my latest service. My first time going to a Les Schwab was in Roseville and they must have did something wrong because my car would hydroplane and the tire pressure monitor system is always malfunctioning now. Go to the Rocklin location.

While driving , suddenly all lights in my dashboard turned on and was sliding suddenly when braking so i drove to le Swab since i just had new tires replaced by them a few weeks ago . Tristan diagnosed without charge and recommended for me to go to the dealer to get the accumulation pump checked per the code he got . He was so informative and truly they were honest . We only go to them for all our tire needs . Tristan is the best . If i own that store , i will promote you to be the manager ! Hope you get a big bonus this Xmas . You deserve it . Thank you Tristan ( from the Asian Lady with a white prius) ! Happy thanksgiving to all of you !

Went in because the Tire Pressure Warning System said one tire was Low. Turned out to be a Nail in the sidewall. Being that we have AWD, we had to replace all four tires, They managed to get us taken care of with Les Schwab style and back on the road. Been a customer since 2003. Thanks for a job well done .

If I could give this location negative stars I would. I literally never leave reviews. This may be a first. Horrible customer service and horrible car service. I showed up at 10:30am for an alignment. They said they had one car ahead of me. My ride picked me up and when I called 2 hours later to check on my car, they again said, there is one car ahead of you. So then I came back about 2 hours after no update or phone call (figured that was more than enough time) and my car was in the same spot. I waited another 45 minutes and decided I was going to find another place to get the alignment. As I was heading outside to do so, an employee ran out to my car to finally get serviced. My car was in the shop for less than 10 minutes. They said they would call me when my car was finished, so I waited after they re-parked my car. After about 20 minutes, I asked the front desk if my car is ready and they said, Oh yeah it s been ready. So finally about 5 hours later, I get on the road and what do I find out my car was NOT aligned. I live in Reno, so when I called to ask for a refund, they just advised me to go to another Les Schwab in Reno to get serviced. I don t appreciate using up my time or money on someone else s mistakes. I will never go back to Les Schwab again.

I had a great experience here! Excellent customer service, very friendly, easy to navigate their website to make an appointment and quick service. Turns out my tire didn't have a slow leak but they still checked everything, filled up all the tires to the correct PSI and rotated them all for free! Would definitely recommend.
