This was by far the best experience at a dealership I ve ever had. No pressure, no heavy add on haggling. The vehicle was super clean and has run flawlessly since the purchase. No over pricing. They were super friendly and stayed late to finalize my purchase. Thanks people!

Otis made my day, working with him was great. Bill and Daniel also helped and they were great. Customer service 5/5 and I got my the inspected and it looks great and runs great. Every thing with them was a dream! Everything with Navy Fed, my bank, was a nightmare!!!! Agreed on a price and all came back to the dealer and Navy Fed then lowered the price they would pay for the 70k miles truck so I had to come up with a big down payment last minute.Long story short, I m an Idiot for having Navy Fed, they teach me this all the time! But I d buy another car from here in a heartbeat!

Took my Honda accord to have an oil change and an over all inspection. Car will be going with my daughter to college and wanted it to be fully looked over before she leaves. Was a bit worried about squeaky brakes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great explanation of what they saw and what needed work. It s been a while since we ve had anything other than oil changes so, not surprised at need for filters, etc. Brakes could have waited but I wanted to go ahead and take care of in now. So very thankful for Tony and his team in taking great care of our car and for the great customer service!On a side note, this car was not purchased there but I did sell a call to them and that was also a great experience.Addendum:Had such a great experience that I went back and bought a car for my other child. Gabriel, Franklin and Christian were super knowledgeable and gave us the time and space to look, test drive and offered suggestions without pushing. It took us a few days to figure it what we wanted and I appreciated their patience. Purchase went smoothly and we were able to leave with a car and one happy kid!

Absolutely had a great time, we came from 5 hours away! Talked to Ottis who was very informative about the car that we purchased. Love that they will work with you on the price. Overall great customer service! Would buy from here again. Thank you Franklin and Daniel as well.

Our salesman, Sage was excellent. Gave amazing advice and did not pressure me and my dad at all into a purchase. Sage also gave me a hookup for my band to start a gig, how cool is that???? We love our 2010 civic, can t recommend them enough.

I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!!! Otis made us feel incredibly welcomed and stress free. He promptly responded to my online inquiry, got me in for a test drive, and I'm walking away with a car I'm obsessed with! He was funny, kind, and full of fascinating conversation topics and facts! Love that we got to work with a fellow rock and roll fan, thanks for all the music recommendations, Otis! And Frank was so kind and worked with me, thank you! He was almost as excited for me as I was! Such a pleasure to share the excitement with these lovely gentelmen! Please, do not hesitate to come here. Everything went smoothly, I did 90% of everything over the phone and when i went to finalize the paperwork in person it was A quick and easy done deal.But I left with an almost empty tank of gas. Other than that bill provided great hospitality while i waited.No the car is not wrecked. Pulling out that drive way was embarrassing didnt realize the slope was that steep.eric/bill thanks

Good selection of fun performance cars and other vehicles. I worked with Som and he was so knowledgeable about the product. He was genuinely enthusiastic about cars. This place has a way better vibe than the lots on Fulton. Will be returning here every time I look for a new toy.

Not going to lie, I missed having my car. But when the transmission goes out and place you take it to shops around for a good used one that should be reliable and test drives it twice to be safe, you know you won't have to worry. Got it back and everything I had in it was still there. So I guess what I'm saying is it's a safe place to look after you and your car. Plus David was in full contact with me the entire time about the progress of my. Even gave me his number when I had an issue getting through one time saying "that's not how we operate. Take down my cell just in case." And kept me updated through texts and calls. You're in good hands with these guys.

The Very Best place to Sell your Car! They gave me more than other local dealers. Gabriel was fast, efficient, and great to work with! He gave me more for my car than I could have sold it for and gave me $$$ the same day. He even paid for my Uber to get home. Highly recommend!

Great experience overall! Staff worked hard with my poor credit and tried to make sure I didn't just leave with a car. They helped find a car that met my needs while also taking into consideration my wants. I'll definitely be coming back to trade up or to finance a 2nd one.

Update: less than 30 days and the check engine light is on in the van we purchased. This is actually the second van we have purchased from this company. The first was years ago before the pandemic. We had the same issue and was stuck with a van that couldn t drive. I didn t want to go with this company because they sell faulty cars but since they had what I wanted I figured we would give them a second chance. Now I regret it. We haven t even made the first payment yet and now we are having to deal with this again. Also during the deal, the finance person tried to put an extended warranting after I said we didn t want it so read your contracts carefully. I recommend having a third party check over any vehicles before purchasing.Previous review: Brittany was wonderful!! Very fast, cheerful, good conversation.

I was slightly apprehensive to go into a dealership since I had not been in one since 2012! I walked in and, the owner, Tony Harp along with his sales team greeted me and made me feel at home! No pressure!I met Bill Reed who walked me through the process of test driving, checking the car reports and answering all my questions. Phenomenal service from Bill. Daniel was super busy when I arrived but still took the time to print carfax and give them to me and show me the car I was interested in. I left the car lot to check out other ones and decided the one I viewed with him was the best fit. I gave him a call and he had the car ready for a test drive when I showed up. I drove 2 hours to get to this car place and they did not disappoint. I found my van online using CarGurus and called to get information. I was able to haggle out all the details over the phone and set up an appointment. When I got there the van was waiting for me. It was really easy, the van is in great condition, and there was no pressure. My first sale slip included all of the fancy extras that you would expect from a car dealership, but they had no problem giving me the out the door price I was looking for. It was a really long drive home with my new car, but I would recommend others to go check them out. Otis and Clint and all of the employees are great.

David was awesome! had an 830am appointment ended up getting in about an hour earlier David made sure I got in right away. No problem did not matter I was early gave me a quick diagnostic as far as what the problem was and gave me more than a fair price as far as the solution went. Super fast service in & out! I will definitely be returning for any & all future repair needs great service awesome attitude & attention to detail.

I drove 6.5 hours to purchase a 2015 GMC Sierra from JustBetterCars. It was the best price I can find within 400 miles of SoCal. The sales man Danny, was great and the management staff Franklin and Eric did a great job as well. They worked with me coordinating the sale a few days before, helped me once I arrived and we overcame a few small issues, they did the right thing to help me out. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends, used cars aren t perfect nor is this world but the people there do the right thing.

One of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had! I found the vehicle I wanted on CarGurus, Text the phone number and talked to Bob. He told me he would put my vehicle in the shade until I got there later that day. When I got there sure enough my vehicle was in the shade waiting for me. After my test drive by decided on the vehicle and had a preapproval letter from my credit union. They allowed me to take the car home with me immediately. I came in the next day to finalize paperwork, they spoke with my credit union and it was done! Brandon in finance had me out of there with the fastest car signing I have ever attended. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from these guys everybody that works there is very helpful!

I purchased a truck for my son from Daniel at Justbettercars in Roseville. We emailed about the truck and Daniel emailed me back promptly. When we can in to test drive the truck Daniel knew who we are. The test drive was nice and long so I got great feel for the truck. The truck was in great shape and detailed nicely. Daniel was very helpful during the purchasing experience, the only reason I am not giving 5 stars was there was an issue with printing the contract which was out of Daniel s control. I would definitely recommend Daniel at justbettercars if you are looking for great used vehicle.
