Had a very confusing and complicated issue with my fuel injectors and fuel ratio sensors with a mazdaspeed3. These guys were awesome and super compensating with my issues, gave us updates every day and easily could have made more money off the service but were very kind and we did not have to pay anything more that we should have; took incredible amounts of responsibility and were very helpful and patient with my problematic a** car! Thank you guys so much and would recommend for anything auto related!!

Don't go here if you have only one vehicle or alternate transportation. We're new to the area and were looking for a reliable shop for car maintenance. John's sent us a flyer, but told us we would have to drop off the car and pick it up at the end of the day.. Doesn't work for us. They claim ""WE FIX EVERYTHING!" ---but that doesn't seem to apply to service...

Quick story... We came up for smog but our check engine light was on. We brought the car to John's and they were able to diagnose the problem, get rid of the lights, and get us all ready to pass smog. The best part is that they're honest. They didn't try to gouge us. They tried some easy fixes, and only when they determined that more was needed, did they do more. Also, they were good about communicating with me throughout the process (even texting me as requested). Job well done. Highly recommended!

These guys are legit.Kenny answered the phone and was patient to answer all my questions. They do honest work and took me in last min. Quick professional service for a reasonable price! They have my business and I've recommended them to family and friends! Thanks guys!

We dropped off our car for a timing belt tensioner issue. Unfortunately there was more to it, but the guys took care of it and had us back on the road quick! These guys are great and Justin made our life easy! We appreciate the work they do.

Great honest repair shop. I took my old car in because it was making noises. They kept it for a day, checked on it, and said they couldn't replicate the issue. They offered to keep it longer and keep trying, but I decided to just take it home and see how things go.The thing I'm impressed with is that they kept the car the whole day and didn't charge me for the inspection. A lot of other shops would charge just for that, or would start diagnosing issues that maybe aren't there. I will definitely go back.

I can't begin to express the level of professionalism and attentiveness John's Auto Care provides. Absolutely wonderful service from the moment I inquired online about the work needed to be done on my car. Prices are fair, and reasonable, and worth the dollar. Very nice guys at the counter, Justin rocks!

Didn t have the best experience here. Brought my car in to get a diagnostic for 175. They found no resolution or problem with my car, but still charged me the amount. They also charged an extra $80 just to see why my trunk was no longer opening. They did figure out why that wasn t working, but wanted to replace a whole part for an extra $180. Mind you, they don t put any of the diagnostic price towards fixing your car. I ended up taking it to a different shop to get everything fixed and they said the trunk just needed one wire fixed This place just seemed very over priced and not very helpful at all. Wouldn t go back.

Had a random check engine light coming on that the Chevy dealer could not isolate, I need my truck reliable as it is used for work! It was a very invasive repair (cab had to come off) but the crew at John's Auto Care took care of it and have not had an issue since.

I had a few issues with my car that came to $1666. For the amount of work needed to fix it, they had it done the next day. They were on top of it. I appreciate that.

Found this place when my gfs serpentine belt snapped around the corner. They towed her car over free of charge and got her sorted for a fair price. Came in today for a service for my car and was given a good price and got my car in and out same day. Great customer service from Sean.

They took my car right away, thought I was getting away with just oil change. But no, they were so thorough checking all pertinent areas. I ended up needing water pump replaced. I am pleased my $ went to their business I appreciated their honesty and customer service equally. I will be referring John's Auto to those needing their services happily. Thank you again guys it was more that I thought I was gna be spending but I'm so glad my $ went to them, they saved me tons. Merry Xmas

My son and I replaced the spark plugs in my SUV, when we were putting everything back together, we broke one of the bolts that hold the intake to the engine block (I know... I know... obviously my mistake for not using a torque wrench). I went to John's Auto Care to have the broken bolt removed and replaced. Sean was super helpful, he gave me an estimate for the service and made an appointment for me. When I went to my appointment, Sean was ready to take my car immediately. My car was ready the same day and the final price was even less than quoted. I want to send a big shout-out to Sean for his excellent customer service.This was my first time going to John's, but for any future needs, this is now my first option. I highly recommend John's Auto Care.

TLDR: Kind and welcoming employees, fast service, fair prices.I had my first visit to John's today after seeing a price for an oil change that I couldn't believe. My appointment was scheduled at 3, but I showed up an hour early worried about traffic. They welcomed me in and informed me that I could be checked in closer to the appointment time. I went out front to wait by my car and read a bit, no more than 3 minutes later, the same employee that welcomed me in walked outside after talking to one of their coworkers, and they figured they could get me checked in in a few moments and get started sooner if the 2 o'clock didn't show. They didn't show, and my car was done and ready before 3pm.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

These guys are outstanding. Justin took care of me and was very knowledgeable and willing to help. I will always use them for my car repairs! Great service and price! Most importantly, honest. They are able to fix a 2018 Mitsubishi PHEV electric Al heater mechanism with ease. Take your Hybrid vehicle there with no worries. Thank you.

A few days ago I call these guys for a estimate to change my catalytic converter they can't give me a price over the phone but tell me bring the car in they'll diagnose it for $175 and give me an exact price even though I know my bank 2 cat is clogged. Decided to just put the job on hold for now since it's a costly repair. I called these guys back a few days later to take advantage of the oil change coupon they mailed me for my other car and all the sudden they're booked out two weeks and don't have time to do an oil change. Apparently they don't want to waste their time on oil changes but they were available right away when they saw a opportunity to charge me for a $175 "diagnostic" and an expensive cat. repair plus who knows what else. These guys are just trying to make a big buck off you and will most likely try to upsell you any way they can.Service: Oil change

I needed a pre-purchase inspection and Sean was able to organize and take care of everything in an efficient and timely manner even though I was not able to be there in person. He gave a thorough and detailed list along with some great advice. Thank you so much! 10/10 would recommend.

This was my first time taking my car to John's and was super happy with their customer service and professionalism. They took care of what I requested, let me know which items were still good, which were needing attention soon, and that which needed immediate attention. I know most places do this, especially the dealership, but never did I feel as though I was being pressured into a repair or being up-sold on something. And the final price was great, as I was expecting it to be higher.

Can't say enough good things about these guys! I've used them a number of times for my two cars and have always had a great experience. They are honest, and do quality repair work. The last two times I've taken my car to them, they have diagnosed the issue and it was not mechanical so there was no work for them to do, and they didn't charge me anything for the diagnostic. NO CHARGE! Can you believe that? Anyway, I refer all my friends and family to them because I trust them.

Went to 2 shops before this place . Both places lied to me and did repairs not needed . These guys found the actual problem the first time which was melted wires by the way which any mech should have been able to immediately identify. It's so nice to have found an actual shop with actual mechs . I will not go anywhere else . Also Jordan who helped me was friendly and highly professionally I felt like a valued customer the whole time . Great customer service and price! I brought in an 04' Dodge Ram diesel truck for service on a Friday Evening. Monday morning, they called and provided a detailed description of what was wrong, how much the repairs were going to cost and a time estimate on repairs. Upon picking up the truck the cost was less than quoted due to value of the new parts (I'm sure many shops would not have adjusted). I chose John's because of the proximity to my residence, many star reviews and to support a local business.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection

I took my car here to have my AC looked at as it was acting up on me, just in time for the summer heat waves. They were able to squeeze me in and get my car looked at right away. They were very thorough, professional and did not try to find problems that weren't there or add on extra costs. This is definitely a trustworthy place to bring your car and I will for sure be bringing mine back to them in the future when needed.Thank you for the great customer service! My husband had his oil changed at John's,they were very contentious. Made sure the oil was filled exactly to the full line. All other shops usually over filled, paid no attention. We will take our cars to John's Auto Care for now on.

I drove to John s auto shop 201 Derek in Roseville after some wonderful person told me I had no brake lights!!! I got there at 11:50 am they were referred by O Rielly s auto store on foothills. I told him my situation and he said we are all going to lunch now, can you come back 1:15-2 o clock. I told him I really didn t want to drive without brake lights. (I m 68 a little scared) I didn t say that. I m sure it showed. He just shrugged his shoulders. I went to my car in tears. Googled auto shops and drove to Justin s auto care. They changed them out in 10 minutes.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Worst experience of my life. Ripped me and my little sister off for $550 to "clean some valves and change a spark plug." They knew I needed my car fixed ASAP before a road trip, and used that to their convenience. My car was brought back to me in the exact same shape I gave it to them in with no explanation. They willingly took my money knowing they couldn't figure out the issue themselves. Incompetent. Turns out this place is known for their theft. Truly disgusting tactic for people experiencing financial hardship from this pandemic. Anyone looking to get their car repaired here please take heed and do not give this "business" your money.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I'm a car guy, but with all the modern computer things that can happen, when I am in over my head, John's is the place I take our cars. They are fair about pricing, knowledgeable, and they had me back on the road in one day.I'd been referred to them by another happy customer and boy am I glad I asked about them.There was an ignition issue on my work truck that I couldn't figure out with all the scan tools and multi-meters I could plug in; they diagnosed it in an hour and had me back on the road the same day.They also took care of the more involved maintenance issues that I didn't want to tackle at home.I highly recommend them.
