I had called a day earlier to have a loaner car available for me when I drop off my car for repairs. I was told there are 2 available and they have one saved for me. When I got there the customer service simple told me there are no loaners available and they can drop me off wherever I want. I asked them I need to talk to the manager and I was told he would call me when he gets in. I never received a call from the manager, even when I asked the second time. The service has gone down at this dealership. It's very disappointing.

Absolutely terrible service. I had my car serviced there, never ran right after. I decided to just trade it in and kept getting a run around on a price. They STILL have my car and I haven't been compensated. Extremely poor communication.

My first experience with Infiniti Roseville and I couldn t be happier. The service staff was responsive to me right away and made me feel comfortable with their approach, no pressure, just informative. They had my service done quickly and even performed a free inspection on my car. They noted that I will need new tires soon and then even washed my car!! The cashiers were both friendly when checking out. I will definitely be back when next time. Thanks everyone!Service: Oil change

The service department is always so helpful when it comes to finding my problems & fixing them! They are always willing to help with anything. I am always in & out when it comes to getting my oil changes. Infiniti Roseville is by far the best dealership I ve stepped into. Service consultant, Vanessa Reyes, was pleasant to speak to, as she answered all my questions and assisted me in the right directions. She was very knowledgeable and left me completely satisfied in the end. Infiniti Roseville values their customers, and Vanessa definitely proved that!

Dylan gave excellent service from the initial phone call to the end of the appointment. He was clear with the steps needing to be taken and what actually happened during the appointment. I went to pay my bill off with the cashier, and she had wonderful service! She had gave a full explanation of my bill, and made it very easily to understand my payment information. Wonderful service by her!

If you re looking for a service department that will truly treat you like family and have your best interest in mind, look no further! I ve taking my car to 4 different dealerships until I found John and his team! My car is out of warranty and a lot of my cost are out of pocket however I trust this team!
