I bought a used Toyota Corolla from my friend and his cousin. The cousin had just gotten brand new Goodyear tires in Elk Grove. Unfortunately, the Elk Grove location closed. I had heard that the guarantee with lifetime rotation and balance was still valid at other Goodyear locations. When I went to this Roseville location, the woman at the desk said that they are a franchise, and that technically I would have to go to a Goodyear owned location to get the guarantee honored. But she said that she would be happy to honor the guarantee at her location anyway. They did the rotation and balance, found no problems and did not charge me a dime. That is some great customer service. I gave her a $20 bill and asked her to please have a sandwich on me.

My RV was disabled 500 miles from home. I had a very frustrating experience at finding a shop that was willing to work on it. I located this shop online and not feeling very positive by this point I called them. Annie answered and listened to my concerns. She asked Mike the manager if it would be something they would work on. He said yes. I was able to get it towed in the following day. I arrived around 3pm. Mike' techs diagnosed and repaired my RV within a couple of hours at a reasonable price. I am very grateful for Mike, Annie and the rest of the crew for all their efforts on my behalf.

Mike the owner is a good man. I came into get my tire fixed, unfortunately, the rim was broken, so they couldn t fix it. However, Mike referred me to Kwicksilver, which took care of the problem. The con of owning a nice car generally means expensive repairs. Mike saved me $$$. Honesty and customer empathy are the best form of customer service.

I called for an oil change on a Wednesday for a Friday 8 AM appointment. Got in and out by 9. Mike , manager/ owner has been swamped with work! Trying to run the front desk and out in the garage working , all at the same time til his receptionist got there at 9. I thought he was doing a great job. Waiting area is small but clean with a restroom, coffee, and water. Have been there a few time before and have been satisfied.

I have never had such a good experience as I have here. Micheal and Fred were exceptional in their service working and educating me every step of the way. It is tough to describe the comfortable feeling and confidence I had in their team. Their prices were impossible to beat and I shop everything before buying. Ended up giving me better tires for the same price as the ones I ordered because they were out of stock and said they didn't want me driving on bad tires this time of year. Do yourself and your family a favor and stop getting work done anywhere else.

Love coming here. Staff explains everything so I can understand. Office is realistic about the wait times. Waiting can be extreme sometimes but results are definitely worth it

Stay away! They will make you wait hours just to change a tire just to not release it to you. They will not care if you have to spend extra money even though all warranties are paid and nothing online gives you the right information . Poor service overall and customer service is rude. Would not recommend

So were traveling from utah and had some car issues and were stuck in this area stranded and these guys helped us right away, without even saying we were gonna use them they were willing to lend a hand and save us and they were so generous that we ended up just staying here and they jumped on my truck and got it fixed faster than the time they told us and they were very hospitable and friendly. Highly recommended, great service, fast services and very nice familh friendly shop.

What a wonderful customer service. The owner, Fred (I believe that's his name), was super nice and helpful. He honored an oil change coupon that seemed ambiguous. I'm very happy and will be returning to this Good Year location to service my car from this point onward

Great deal on new tires for my vehicle. Fred gave us a terrific deal and the service was completed in a timely manner while we ate lunch at the coffee shop next door. We've been using Goodyear 7 Day Tires in Roseville for years and always get excellent customer service.

I waited way too long to get tires and I didn't have a whole lot of cash. I called around to a few places, and Fred was the best. I explained my budget and he gave me a bunch of options and patiently helped me decide on the best fit. I got out of there with better tires than I expected, and they have a customer for life!

I stopped to get air in my tires as my low tire light had come on. They were very accommodating and filed up my tires right away. Very friendly and nice.

Needed my oil changed so I went to the SpeeDee oil change down the street and they said they didn't do Porsches and recommended I call the dealership. The dealership wouldn't be able to get me in for almost three weeks. On a whim I pulled in and checked if this Goodyear location could change my oil and sure enough they did and it was all done the same day and it was half the price of the dealership. Michael was very friendly and helpful. There's some stores in the parking lot that you can visit to kill time.

I take all my cars here from my Mercedes to the customized G35 for any type of mechanic issues. Their mechanics are well trained especially Memo I can always rely him to figure out whatever problem I'm having.Highly recommend this shop go see Aaron or Fred they will take care of you.

Great deal on oil changes, no upcharge BS. As of 3/22 its only 40$for 5 qt.Manager is a good dude. Honest.

I have been a customer for years, but because of a recent experience, I will never go back. I was appalled at Fred s temper and negative comments about an employee in front of a customer ( me). His employee, Mike, had already left for the day, but that didn t stop Fred from exploding at something Mike did.that he didn t like. Fred ranted about how Mike was wrong and he was going to let him know. Maybe Mike was wrong, but he needed to handle it privately. What Fred did was disrespectful and mean. He is a bully and I hope Mike gets a job with Firestone. He isn t appreciated at Goodyear.

Worst service ever!!!! Took my car in to have it looked at for a leak. They looked at the car and gave me me a quote.. I agreed the the price $269.40. Then I get a call later stating that now they have found other issues with my water pump and they want another $400+ to fix it. I said no just finish the work I agreed to. Then AFTER I said I didn't want the extra work the guy there Aaron said that he would not release my car to me because I didn't get the water pump fixed! That the BAR would not allow him to give me my car.. When I called BAR myself they said that's what "SHADY" companies do to get more money out of you and I should submit a complaint and inform them my car was being held hostage. Which i did! Then he calles me back and says thay they are goong to allow him to give me MY car back.. I informed i knew that already because i called them and made a fromal complaint to which he responded "well i made a complaint about you too." Seriously who did you complain to about your client, is there a client board i didnt know about?!Overall he was rude and very disrespectful! Which is disappointing because Fred was very nice and professional and I expected that same from everyone. I will never step foot in Goodyear again!Then when a coworker and i went to pick up the car and my co-worker called Aaron out on the flat out lies he told over the phone he threatened him and said to meet him outside after work. He should not work with the public

Without a doubt best tire shop in town possibly the entire state! Mike and his team are extremely knowledgeable, efficient and very reasonable on cost! Highly recommend!

This is my 2nd time i have gone to this business. My 2nd visit was terrible.had 4 tires replaced and the mechanic broke the tpms censor on my car.for some reason when i got the car back the back seat was folded down and everything from my trunk was thrown all over the back seat of my car and was left there.the mechanic also tried to ptessure me into bying new roters. I said i was going to replace them my self and he got moody and said im not a professional and shouldnt do any work on my car. I felt insulted thinking. Is it because im a girl? Then upon getting my keys back i didnt like that my sensor was brokwn by them but they wouldnt guve my keys back ubless i singed a form. There was no previous inspection form signed just at the end. Basically. You are better off not doing business with this location. A first time may be good. But a returning service they will not care and do what ever to make Quick buck!

Aaron is a staple of the company. Was fantastic. Also has very beautiful eyes. He didn't speak to me like I was stupid such is common when ppl assume you know 0 about cars. :) I will come back here.

Fred and Manuel are great and very helpful. All the staff is very knowledgeable and let you know what's going on with the car. I have been coming here for about 6 yrs now and bring all my cars here and highly recommend them.

Very courteous. Explained the work that needed to be done and also took me home/brought me back, so I wouldn't have to wait at the shop longer. Great service and I will recommend to others.

7 Day Goodyear may make promises that they will stand by their parts which they install on cars however, they ONLY warrant for a period of 90 days.I had two (2) CV axles replaced last year and within one (1) year the rubber boots had torn themselves due to the thinness of the rubber material breaking down.They use the cheapest parts and do not tell the customer the name of the part's manufacturer thereby hobbling the customer so one cannot go directly to the manufacturer for the warranty issues within the 90 day warranty period or afterwards.I went to small claims court on the CV axle issue and the judge Pro Tem adjudicated and declared that the CV axles were mine. Since they were adjudicated that they were entirely mine, I then went to VISA customer service and related to them with the CV axle problem and warranty issues. It was investigated by them and my credit funds were returned back into my account.I give them one (1) star rating because I have to in order to register this complaint.When Bob the former owner ran this company HE ran it well. No Bob, no business here.
