Excellent customer service. I took my car in to Gerber collision & Glass to get an estimate on some damages from a recent accident. They fit me in with an appointment right away and helped me as soon as I got there. They emailed the estimates to my insurance agent within the hour which really helped me get my car insurance claim resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you Gerber collision and glass!

Dissatisfied. 2017 Ford Fusion rear ended with collision damage to the trunk, L&R side panel, L&R upper corner, and visible alignment defects seen from the back (*pictures provided). GGC Kenroy-Roseville, CA became cold towards me & disinterested in my attempts to convey the incompleteness of the repairs. They treated me like my concerns over the incomplete repairs was doing-too-much-&-excessive & demonstrated a demeanor towards me that I should be satisfied with the work they performed & move on. I give them one star for the paint job and a remarkable receptionist who was considerably professional each time GGC called me in to inspect the vehicle.*inside trunk defect not present before until after post-repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
