Outstanding customer service and quality work. The staff at Genesis Roseville location were very professional, informative and responsive to our questions and emails. I had window tinting and paint protection on my 2024 Tesla 3. All the work done was awesome! Highly recommend!!

I been with Genesis since 2020, and they ve done all my cars. My recent model X looked phenomenal. Their service and their work says it all.I would prefer the morning appointments, so you can get your car in the afternoonish depending on the car of course.Overall Genesis in my opinion hands down the best place for car tinting. I highly recommend it.

Genesis Tint is one of those places you go to for a service and leave knowing that it will be the place you are going to go to for that service from now on.I went to get both my front windows tinted with the heat resistant tint. Outstanding prompt and friendly customer service to match the quality product and craftsmanship of the shop crew. Thanks again Genesis Crew! I ll be sure to be sending people your way.

The staff at Genesis Roseville are friendly, courteous, and professional. It was nice to see that they have light meters to test your windows to ensure matching tint all around vs just guessing. They did a great job with the installation of the window tint and in a timely manner. I appreciate Sid & the staff taking care of me. I will definitely go back to get more work done. This is definitely the best place to get your vehicle windows tinted. They were able to fit me in to an appointment on short notice. Best of all, they are open on Saturdays. Sid called me back promptly when I inquired online with their information portal. He and I discussed all the options for my particular car. They took excellent care of my new car and kept me updated on its progress throughout the day. They even stayed later than their hours of operation to make sure it was done to their high standards. I am 100% satisfied. Highly recommend. I had mine done in Roseville. But they also have a store in Elk Grove. Guaranteed for life.MichaelUpdate 2.23- Still is fantastic. No bubbling. Perfect since day one.

My husband and I have had three of our cars done here with paint protective film. They are professional, prompt, and great with communication. The paint protective film really is worth the investment for how our cars look long term. Definitely will continue to use them.

Highly recommend! It s been a while since I customized my vehicles so I was out of the loop but after shopping and cost comparing several other highly rated companies for PPF & tint I m really glad I went with Sid and Team.From the speed, professionalism and thoroughness of the initial quote to the ongoing responsiveness and presentation at the Roseville location, I was convinced you get what you pay for. Sid worked with me on the budget I set and patiently answered every question I had until I was ready. He really made me feel valued.And the bottom line is, the work is top notch. High quality edge to edge tint and PPF. Can t even tell I have PPF it s that good. Definitely going back for my wife s car and referring everyone I can! Thanks Sid!

I came into Genesis to tint my Model 3 back in early 2020. They did a great job and were able to do a single piece of ceramic film on that rear window which many shops at the time were unable to do. I recently took delivery of a 2022 and I'll be booking an appointment soon to have them take care of those windows as well. On point with their customer service.I have taken 3 vehicles there, and they stand by their lifetime warranty. I also had a protective paint film put on my vehicle, and they did a quality job. I wish I would have wrapped the whole thing.

I got an appointment fairly quickly. I arrived on time and was helped promptly. The lady at the front desk was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My windows were tinted in about 5 hours and my Tesla 3 was ready for pickup. Super happy with the business, the service, and the quality of work. Highly recommend.

Yarlenny has the best customer service. She took the time to explain thoroughly and answer all questions. The techs finished the job promptly. From small talk with Lenny while I waited for the car, I gathered that the boss takes care of his people & the team cares to keep customers happy, so I trust them to care for my car. I ve gotten random compliments on my tint. Lots of family have had their cars tinted here and we re all satisfied customers.

Sid was fantastic to work with. I got an appointment for window tinting within 3-days. Sid thoroughly explained the process. He answer questions with responses that were easily understood. It s easy to see Sid knows his product and believes in it. My tinting work was great. I am considering getting the Paint Protection Film applied as well.I would highly recommend Genesis Window Tinting for any car detailing needs.

Great place to get a variety of services done. Their is a reason why their ratings are so good. Sid the owner has amazing customer services stills that make you feel welcomed and important. You can tell how serious he takes every job by his professionalism. He takes the time to explain everything to you to help you understand how everything works. Fast professional service done at a great price.

Fantastic and professional customer service. I've been here a few times to my have my windows tinted and have new tint added to my vehicle. I've sent friends and family here because the quality of work that is done. They use high quality film that will last for years and won't fade or turn purple. Ceramic film is amazing.Will be a returning customer for a long time

Experience was great. Ceramic tint looks great on my Model Y. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to have your windows tinted on your Tesla. Coming back soon to get PPF installed.

I have used these guys at least 10 times for different cars and they have done an excellent job each time. I recommend Genesis to all my friends and family. My mom just took her brand new Mercedes CLS550 to them and she is extremely happy as well. Fair price, quality materials and excellent service...

Just had Genesis Window Tinting in Roseville install paint protection film (clear bra) on my 2011 Camry. They did 1/3 of the hood...front bumper/grille...front facing part of fenders...back of mirrors and door handle cups. And let me say, they did an excellent job. You can't even see the protection anywhere, except the fine edge on the hood in the the right light at the right angle.As another plus, they give a 10 year guarantee and free removal if you ever want it removed. They are very professional and Lenny in the office is a sweetheart to deal with. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for paint protection. =)

Bought a brand new car and I wanted quality detailed work done. Took a chance with a Groupon deal and I was so incredibly unhappy with the sloppy work. These guys took care of everything and I have the first experience as comparison to say Genesis seriously did an amazing job. See Wahid at the Roseville location. If you want EXTREMELY clean, detailed work, check them out.

VJ was great. He walked me through the various options, told me the pros and cons of each product, and allowed me to select what worked for me without any pressure. The prices were very competitive. Most importantly, he was able to accommodate my hectic schedule, and made sure everything was perfect before I left. I recommend Genesis without hesitation.

It's really good the lady there is really nice and gave me a little deal for taking off the panels and rear wiper. Tint was in really good condition. Just one little thing would be great if they remodeled the shop just for tinting because they don't do 90% of what they say on the banners.

Second time I have gotten my tint done at genesis, first time at this location and it was just as good of an experience as their other location in Elk Grove. Highly recommend anyone looking for a quality tinting job to check these guys out! 10/10 service

These guys tinting my Mustang s windows about 5 years ago. The quality was so good, it looked like the glass itself was darker. 5 years later and they still look exactly like they did when they were brand new. Getting a new vehicle next year and I m for sure taking it here to get the windows tinted.
