I would give 0 stars if I could. The first time I brought the vehicle in, I was told it was ready. It was over an hour before I got to the dealership and was told when I arrived, rather than prior to my arrival, that the engine light was on. (Light was not on when I brought it in). I was told several times that the vehicle was running better than when I brought it in. However, on my way home, the vehicle almost died on me several times in rush hour plus holiday traffic with my 8 month old baby in the car with me. It also would not accelerate. So it was in fact in worse condition than before. I brought my vehicle back in and was told that they would check everything to make sure the problem was found and resolved. I was told it was ready again but the light came back on before I even left the lot. That is when I was told that the light came on before I got there but it went off so they didn t mention it to me and told me it was ready. I left the vehicle again and the day after I picked it up, the engine light came on AGAIN. It was very inconvenient having to take time out of the day and to find a ride each time I was told the vehicle was ready when it wasn t. Also, each time I went in, I was told the vehicle was running better than before. It was not and still isn t running better than before. It sounds and runs much worse than before, the issue was never resolved, and the engine light is still on. When the service advisor followed up, I told him my frustrations and he responded by telling me about how the oil needed to be changed and they had to replace the spark plugs again because of it. But the thing is, even after the oil was changed and the spark plugs replaced again, I still had to bring the vehicle back an additional time and that still did not resolve anything. The dealership failed to fix the problem the vehicle is having and the service manager was informed but never cared to follow up with me.

Really bad experience. I make appointment at 10 am after hour they told me what s problem then I told them ok fix After another hour front desk called me he asked do you wanna fix this problem? ))))) Why I was seating and waiting 2 hours? I thought they start fixing my car . Then front desk said they are busy and he has only 2 hands))) No more here again. But one employee was friendly and professional who inspected my car. I can t believe how they are keeping this business with not professional employees ..

Waited over 15 minutes at service entrance with zero acknowledgement. Tired of listening to music from their salesman' cell phone, I walked inside to see what's wrong. I approached the first service rep standing there (not on phone, not with customer) and he said they're busy and it will take another 2 hours to do oil change, despite having an appointment and waiting 20 minutes at this point. This timeline is absurd compared to other local Nissan dealers; needless to say I canceled my appointment.

The service desk is the worst!!! This is my third Nissan and I had to use Nissan of Roseville in the Automall for some repairs. The service men, yes all men no women,made me cry they were so rude and condescending. I was even told you are lucky you got me because I'm the nicest one here. The guy you're through my center console and glovebox thrashing both looking my insurance. It was exactly where I said it would be, in the sunglass holder. Then I was told I had too much stuff in my car that he had to go through. He found the policy which was nearly in the binder. Never even looked where I told him the cards were. Then I was told how to answer the survey with all 10s. There's even a paper taped to the glass that shows an example of how to answer each survey question so he gets a good review. They fixed nothing! They even sent me away low on oil. Another dealership diagnosed and fixed the problem right away with courtesy. Stay far away from Nissan in the Automall!!

I have never felt better about taking my car in than here. John Pepper was my service technician and he was easily the most helpful person that I have ever had in any automotive customer service position ever. I felt like my concerns were listened to and he took a truly personal approach to dealing with my car problems! I couldn t recommend John or Roseville Nissan more! My service advisor Shane always schedules & handles my service appointments in a friendly & professional manner & always keeps me informed of my vehicles progress & discusses & gives excellent knowledgeable advise when needed. I'm always satisfied with the results of my service appointments & know that I can count on Shane to help me make sound decisions regarding my vehicles service needs.Service: Oil change

I made appointment earliest I could in the morning at 8:00 a.m. didn't end up leaving there until 6:00 p.m. . Everything was extremely slow and didn't seem like they cared too much about the appointment because there were people behind me that were in and out of there way quicker.

Bought the pre owned car .. $5K miles and speaker is gone in 1 year. Paid $425 for the speaker change.. highly disappointed with Nissan car
