The Salesman Armaan was awesome, friendly, and went above and beyond for us. We. could not have asked for better. The finance team was also pretty awesome in getting me the best deal. The next time I'm in need of a car this will be the first place I go!

I had a really great experience with Nick as my salesman. He was incredibly helpful, and sent me in the right direction of my new car! As a first time buyer I am super excited to have had his help. He was incredibly informational and directed us to Kenny who was great as well helping us close out our deal. Overall great customer service from the both of them.

I had a fantastic experience today at Nissan Roseville. Nick was friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know. Apparently there are 2 Nick's, mine was the one with the beard. Johnny also helped get my paperwork done faster than they could prepare the car. Both gentlemen had great personalities and my experience was perfect. They also helped me celebrate my birthday with a song-and-dance!!!2021 Kicks

Karl G. was incredibly communicative, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process of replacing my AC unit. He kept me updated with calls and texts, and when the part was damaged in shipping he set me up with a lovely rental while they kept my Leaf in the shop. The entire process was very quick considering the fact that they had to re-order a back ordered part. My car smells great now (there was mold due to the leak) and the air is up and running just in time for warmer weather! Karl s customer service went well and beyond what normally is called for, and I would highly recommend him and the team at Future Nissan to anyone looking to get their Nissan taken care of in a quick and efficient manner.

Jeff Jones was my service advisor and provided professional service that was quick and easy. His communication was perfect and gave me updates. I went in and had questions about my vehicle and helped me every step of the way with my service appointment and I would highly recommend him if you go in. The service department over all is friendly, clean, and very quick and professional with their work.Wish I could give more than 5 stars.THANK YOU JEFF!

I am so impressed with your shop. The oil change took only 1 1/2 hours. In the past (at a Chevy dealership) I'd have had to wait 4 to 5 hours. I didn't know auto work could go so smoothly. Thank you for a quick and easy experience. See you in six months.

Our experience buying with Future Nissan of Roseville was enjoyable and memorable. Our agent (Jordan) was so nice and honest to the point of making us feel comfortable and without any kind of pressure to stay and make a deal when we were on a time frame. Partly because of Jordan's personality and his patience, my wife and I followed up with him the next day to proceed with our purchase of a new vehicle. The other staff we connected with was Andrey (Manager) and Jeremy (Finance) whom also was very friendly and helpful without pressure making the total buying experience easy and carefree. I would recommend others to Future Nissan. And on a high note, my wife and I are pleased with our new vehicle (2023 Rogue SV Premium Package).

Excellent experience. I called to get my truck in due to a check engine light coming on during my commute. They scheduled a 1 pm appointment, and had me out by 2:30 pm with a complete diagnosis. I was given an explanation of the issue, along with a visual diagram. Left happy and reassured. Thank you Nissan. I felt valued...

I had a wonderful service. Rep. Wilde. He was very professional, friendly and thorough. He worked with me at getting the most essential things done first on my car. Then he schedule a lyft driver to take me home and pick me up since my car would be there for about 4 hours. I'll be back again just like I have been for the last 20 years

Shane and Jordan are the best at Nissan! The both go above and beyond to help me with whatever I need. Jordan helped me find the perfect car for me was honest and upfront the whole time. He listened and treated me like family. Whenever I go to Nissan for maintenance I was make sure to say hello to him. Shane is super friendly and always checks in with me if it is taking longer than normal and does everything in his power to make sure I m comfortable and happy when I leave. Definitely the best place to get a car that I have experienced.

SHAF continues to be the BEST I didn t even have an appt and he got me in to service my car and showed amazing customer service per usual. Literally all the staff here are super amazing and are the reason why I will keep coming back to service my vehicle here at Nissan of Roseville I live closer to Nissan Elk Grove and will never step foot in that place due to the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Powered car had a problem with the power stopped and we could not drive the car. I asked the service department worker by the name of Curtis and ask if you might should consider getting a new alternator he just basically said there was nothing wrong with it. Unfortunately a day and a half later the same thing happened to a wonderful Nissan dealership in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Today right away said that it was the alternator and with him few hours at a new alternator financials and sent us on our way

Isaiah G. was great with NO B.S. while showing Dylan the ropes of salesmanship. He conducted himself with professionalism and a sense of humor; all business while making sure we were both looking to suit the needs of myself and my 1st time buyer son. He did so well at making us feel comfortable that we bought TWO cars from him on the same day!Both of the finance guys we dealt with; Kenny and Jeremy, were also on it. They made the purchase smooth, seamless, and comfortable. I was visibly shaken by the experience I had brought the car in with the understanding that they were problems in the engine and was worried that the costs would be prohibitive. I was assured by Shane and Kurt. The managers working with me that they have me and that I need not be concerned. The best technical people they have will examine the auto. Make that arrange for me to get a ride home. And I got a call a few hours later that they had examined the car and the engine and found that everything was in order and that I could come and pick it up. The stress was gone and it was a pleasant outstanding experience.

I always take my truck to this Nissan dealer because it is where I live and also because of Noel. The service person that takes very good care of my truck never had a problem ever and it is fast and efficient. he has been my service person for at least three years he always does an excellent job

Had a great experience with Jeff Jones(Service Dept) & Jordan Hijjawi(NightTime Sales). I had an issue with my car that was scary and they made sure to communicate effectively and often so that I understood everything. My car is all fixed and they solidified a perception of competency and trustworthiness. I highly recommend coming here for your vehicles needs and sales. You'll have an excellent team on your side.

Your service advisor, Trevor Lee is absolutely amazing to work with and in fact we drive well over 30 mins to work with Trevor as our advisor even thou we have a closer Nissan dealer. We have the utmost trust in Trevor s knowledge, ability to be explain any issues or concerns to be in detail and to not try to rip us off, as many advisors will/ do.We are always very impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge that Trevor displays as our advisor. He was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with detailed information.Trevor also kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure to communicate recommendations/ issues that were found during the service. We definitely believe he genuinely cares about our vehicle and wanted to ensure that it was in the best possible condition, taking extra consideration of our safetyOverall, I had a great experience working with my Nissan service advisor and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of maintenance or repairs for their vehicle.
