Sam Bakken our service advisor was wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. I have had to come in for service a few times and he has been amazing to work with every time.

EV, Mustang Mach-E, service takes longer than ICE vehicles due to the lack of bays and technicians capable of servicing them. Since the service was warranty related, I was provided an EV rental. My service manager listened to my list of concerns and addressed them. Apparently Ford has not figured out how to save and reinstate the settings in the software when serviced, as I had to redo most of my settings in the OS. Otherwise pleased with the service, even though it took 3 weeks. I will continue using them for my service needs.

Always appreciate John Green and his Service. John always goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of on our F250. Also appreciate the help from Sami, another one of the service writers at Future Ford who covered for John whenever needed. My experiences with Future Ford both in sales and service are always the very best!

it s cool having the newest and shiniest car in the church parking lot Choose the automobile with all the options they ll make it work it s been my personal experience that future Ford delivers on time and as promised future Ford of Roseville in my opinion is the cherry of the dealers in the Great Roseville Auto Mall.

Darryl was overall difficult to work with. His communication was poor. I had a larger service job and day 1 they didn t even work on my vehicle. I was told this when I reached out after day 1. He supplied a rental car. That was kind and did help. The next 2 days I had to reach out about the status. I didn t feel like a valued customer.

Took my mustang in for service. Service advisor Johnny Rodriguez was efficient and professional when he reviewed past service history where some service had already been done so he saved me a bit of money. Service was done in the time mentioned. I'll be a returning customer to Future Ford of Roseville.

Typically the service has always been great. The last time, not today, I took my car in for some major repairs, they returned my car filthy. Black grease on the car door (inside), seat, steering wheel, floor board, Not Good! But that was the first time that happened so I might think it could have been a new hire, sorry new guy/girl. Also there was a hole poked in my leather seats like a key punch. But, today Michael came to my house and completed the recall work in less than 15 minutes. He was on time, polite and very professional. I've always enjoyed working with future ford, but their prices do make me go to ASR.

Calling Roseville Future Ford since December 2023 for a recall notice I received. I placed over 12 calls and never received a response back for an appointment, until I called the 13th time on 3/12/24 & Don answered the phone & set up an appointment for the NEXT DAY AND had the service tech. Come to my place of employment to fix it. Thank you Don for taking care of this , if only you had answered the first or 2nd time I had called, I would have not been so frustrated.Also, the service tech Mike was Awesome! He sent me a text to let me know he was on his way and also sent me a text when he arrived to the parking lot to meet me. He fixed my car and was very professional, friendly and excellent customer service. Between Don & Mike, the only reason for 5 star review, otherwise, a big fat 0! !

We moved to Roseville about 6 years ago. After we moved, I sold my other car and purchased a Lincoln MKC. As a result, I began to come to Future Lincoln and met Jason, the Best Service Advisor I have met in my years as a Car owner.Jason is not only knowledgeable of cars he comes from the old school of providing the Best Service i have ever received from any other Auto Dealer. I have No Problem providing a 5 Star rating for both Jason and Future Lincoln

They say it s the people that makes the company and Ford has done a great job hiring some of their top notch Service Managers, one especially named John Green. I have been working with John for the last several years and have continued to ask to work with him. It s nice to work with the same person as he knows my vehicle in and out. Mike helped me this time and he was wonderful. I know ford has a rap for breaking, but the customer service makes up for it. There will always be something going wrong with my cars eventually and knowing I will be taken care of well is great.

Eric my service advisor was great, services were performed as promised and on time. Only downside I just had my car washed the day before bringing it in. When I got it back from the service, there was water whitish spots on my windshield and a bit of run off down the sides.

Johnny was great but honestly not sure we ll be back. The cost doubled for less service from our last appointment a year ago. We had the car washed and it came back to us half wet at point we just wanted to leave.

I had a wonderful experience at Future Lincoln of Roseville. I took my car in for an inspection. Darrell was my technician. My appt was at 7:20 and I was out by noon. Darrell took his time explaining results of the inspection and he answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Future Lincoln of Roseville for your car service needs.
