I've been taking my 2019 F250 here for four years now. My service writer's have always been very helpful however the QC for the shop work is horrible at best. Out of 9 services, I believe only once my DEF was full. Last week I picked up my truck and found: near empty DEF, all the glove box contents on my passenger seat, footprints from the mechanic all over the top of my front bumper, deep scratched on the driver front hub from the wheel getting dragged over it and lastly DEF residue on my running board after they drove it back to fill the tank. Someone needs to address the quality of work that leaves the shop as these trucks aren't cheap! I'm still waiting to hear back from my service writer about the hub scratches.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

I'm going to report a serious issue with my recent service at this location. After an basic oil change, I discovered a leak in my gas tank. Right after I picked up the vehicle i noticed a gasoline smell, I thought it was from the shop and it will go away in a while, but it got worse and worse, until it started leaking severely. This is unacceptable and a major safety hazard. Every time i bring it for basic service, i am getting some other issues, like this one.

For the past two years, I had the pleasure of getting my Class C motor home serviced by Future Ford Fleet Service of Roseville. My service advisor Mike L. has done a wonderful job of helping me maintain the motor and chassis of my Super Duty 450 engine. Mike does an excellent job of recognizing and recommending what needs to be done to keep my motorhome in top, safe, traveling condition. I highly recommend this location for your maintenance of a Ford powered motorhome. Thanks Joe Mazzuca

2022 Newmar R V, noticed a fuild leak back rear inside tire. What I thought was brake fuild turned out to be rear end fuild.. they fixed it and I'm on the road again.Great job.It's a New RV and they returned it just as clean inside and out as the way I dropped it off.Thanks guys

Worst shop ever! I had my turbo replaced and now I have exhuast coming in through air conditioning vent. I took it to a muffler shop and they told me to take it back to ford. They say they are not sure what it is, so they are denying me a rental car, and I must find my own way home. I am stranded basically due to them not doing the job right in the first place. I had them look at my ac and they said they fixed it, but it is still not right. It is still hissing.They also scratched the front of my truck when replacing the turbo. I sent them a picture when they asked for a referral, and I never got a response back. This place does shotty work, and doesn't care about the customer or how they treat your vehicle. When they are at fault, and you complain, you are now the enemy. It would be nice if they would have just given me great customer service. It is so hard to get that these days. They would rather make you feel bad, leave you stranded at their business, and then deny they did bad work or made a mistake. I have dealt with a few of them and they all seem to make you feel like your an idiot, or you don't know what your talking about. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, unless you like getting treated poorly, want your vehicle scratched, and for them to not do the work right the first time. You will have to come back time after time, and beg them to fix their shotty work. Every interaction with them has been horrible. I wish I had never trusted them with my truck in the first place.

I have been using Future Fleet Center for service on my 2016 RV with Ford chassis for 5 years.They have never once disappointed me. I don't know any thing more I could say.

Drew offered great customer service and communication. I was having it worked on (or lack of work) at the Reno Ford Fleet Center and ended up towing it to Future Ford and what took Reno 4 months to not complete, Future Ford did the job in a couple weeks (new engine). Thanks!

Tony's Team did a great job! He has great communication and returned our vehicle earlier than expected. I was working out of town when my rental truck started having some issues. It was Friday midday so I wasn t very hopeful it would get done in time for me to get to SoCal by Monday. Robin Anderson and Michael Liotine worked their magic and had me up and running in just a couple hours. They were very helpful in getting me back on the road! Awesome and friendly service!

My recently purchased truck was taken to the fleet center for repair of a rear differential by Future Ford of Roseville. Someone damaged my door, hit it on something and chipped the paint. Rather than owning their mistake they "repaired" it without my consent with either a paint pen or white out. I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB & the BAR in regards to their negligence. I want to ensure nobody else's vehicles are damaged by this shop. Extremely unprofessional and I'm extremely disappointed.

I had an issue with my Ford F350. DEF injector was stuck. We were in Reno and no Ford dealer would look at it. They said 2 month before they could get to it. I called Future Ford fleet service and they got me right in. Anthony was great service was top notch.

I had some mystery issue with my 2006 Ford E 350, and these guys went above and beyond to help me out. From my service adviser Tony, to all the other advisers and mechanics I spoke with there, it was top-notch service from start to finish, and I'm still surprised by how little they charged me for all the work they did. Thank you, Tony and crew!

Rude and argumentative customer service. The two guys we spoke with in the service department (Mike and some other guy) were more concerned with being "right" than confirming our appointment time, or rescheduling if there was a problem with the original appointment. We frequent this place, but will be going elsewhere from now on. There was no reason for it to be such a hassle to confirm/reschedule an appointment. If you can't do something that simple without verbally attacking a customer, I don't know what to tell you.

Please see my final post!Took my 2012 RV in for a possible exhaust leak. The service representative that I worked with was knowledgeable but as it turns out they were unable to complete the repair, a repair that was estimated at $1,200! I contacted an internet company whose task is to locate hard to find RV parts. I was told that they spoke directly with Ford and the part was unavailable, nationwide and was unsure when a part would be available. I contacted a local muffler repair shop with an estimate for $300 to fabricate and install a new part. I contacted the service rep and requested that they reassemble the parts and I would pick up my coach. I received an invoice for $398 which according to the service rep was for 2.6 hours of labor! Amazing! Never ever again will I take anything to a dealer.The local muffler shop completed the work beyond my expectations for $300.Update: After thinking about the situation for a couple of days, I decided to contact the service manager with Future Ford Fleet Services. I explained the situation expressing that I thought the charges were unfair. I did agree with the initial meeting with the service rep that $175 was fair to determine the cause of the exhaust leak but not $398 for no services rendered. The service manager agreed and has offered to reimburse the difference of $221! A fair deal, thank you!I will update this review again upon receiving the reimbursement.Update: today I received my refund of $221. I would like to thank Future Ford for considering my situation and will do business with them again!Thanks again!

Was a great place to take my fleet vehicle that I got from them to be serviced, several days ago I had an issue with a tire that they put on the vehicle, I was informed they were too busy and to take it somewhere else. Today I called regarding getting the oil changed and I was told they could get me in over a month from now or to go elsewhere. Great service, sure glad that none of my personal vehicles are Fords...

I showed up a few minutes before they opened and was taken in for some warranty work. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Will work to fit you in ASAP if you are on the road and have problems. Emergency parking in front has 110 AC if you must wait in your RV.I trust and like these guys which is rare for repair shops. Also, both Sacramento Truck Repair and Camping World RV Repair referred me to them. To my mind that shows a high level of peer respect.

Came to pick up a car. Found at the back lot with a dead battery and buried 3 deep. Was told we had to unbury the car ourselves and then to jump the car ourselves. Future Ford fleet services totally lacks in any customer service

Went in for warranty work. Problem quickly diagnosed and corrected. Service manager James was very helpful and answered serveral other questions I had about the warranty.
