I ve been coming here for about a year now and they have been fantastic. Very friendly, quick, and with fair prices comparable or less than the big chains. They have never upsold me on anything or pressured me into getting anything I don t need. It s also a huge plus that it s locally owned.

I ve taken our families vehicles here for year. I m so thankful this place is here. I ve never had a single issue with any vehicle repairs. Super honest guys at a reasonable price for repairs. I called Franklin s Family Auto Care to get my car fixed and they were able to schedule me an appointment the same week. I dropped my car off for an estimate and within hours, they called me and let me know how much fixing my car would be. They fixed my car the same day (within 5 hours of me dropping my car off!). Everyone was extremely friendly and the customer service is outstanding! My car is in tip top shape thanks to Franklin s. Highly recommend!

I had somebody recommended this place for my car B service. So I called this place and I called couple of other places and John on the phone. I told him what kind of a car I have what year and what kind of service I need I was told it should be about $333.00 maximum $400. Other two places I called they give me a estimate of $450 and $503 for the same service for my car. So I decided to go to this place because I thought they were the cheapest. John told me it s gonna take a whole day they have no Internet no TV and I had nobody to give me a ride back-and-forth. He recommended Uber I could ve taken a Uber home but it s impossible to take a Uber from my residence since a lot of people have their own cars in my neighborhood and they never call Uber. So I go ahead and made an appointment and plan to stay in that place whole day. I went there for only B service I got the estimate for $560 that s $160 extra on top of what I was told. Also they gonna hold my car all day. When I asked John, why suddenly price went from 400 all the way to 560. He said it s a big car. When I told him I told him what type of car it is both year and all the descriptions he said oh he doesn t know much about cars. It s very frustrating when person gets the wrong estimate I don t mind about $510 extra but $160 extra on top of the estimate I was giving that s a big difference. Appointment was about 30 minutes but since there was other cars I was done around 10:15 am I was thrilled that I didn t have to stay all day there. However, I wasn t happy with the giving me estimate. I really like the guys John and Walter. I really hope next time estimate will be more exact.

Service at Franklin s was wonderful in every way. Communication was fabulous, from my initial call and throughout the process. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and informative. I went to AutoZone first to use there gizmo to get a code for my engine light that was on. Code P2004 Ford Focus 2005. My son and I were going to attempt from a YouTube video we found but we needed more space. Found this gem through a neighborhood survey. Going to be my go to place from now on. Such and effortless and painless experience first time. I highly recommend. Most importantly the staff and customer service was brilliant. I love mom and pop places. Franklin's has been taking care of our cars for years- Toyota and Ford. Whether it is routine maintenance, replacing the tie rod on our Ford Explorer, or the brake booster on our Tacoma, they get it done. Reasonable price, good and honest mechanics. I called Franklin's Auto Care because I was tired of dealing with Dealerships and extremely long wait times to get in. He got me in that day for my emergency and then scheduled the other non-emergency items to fit their schedule. That is quality service. I have been bringing my car to Walter and John for several years. They are honest, timely, and thorough. They have great value pricing as well. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. They explain everything to me and give me options. As a single woman without a lot of car knowledge, I trust the Franklins and what they recommend to me. This was the first time I took my car to Franklin's, having been referred by friends. They were able to get me in the following day and diagnose the noises I told them about and fix them in less than a day at a very reasonable cost.

As usual it was a good experience going to Franklin's for car work. They are always courteous, keep you in the loop of what is going on. And John is a very good people person. I had the oil changed and the cabin filter changed.

Walter and his crew are great! Honesty and experience are two qualities I look for in a place like this and here I found them in abundance!! I hated dealing with service centers at the dealers and after being at Franklins I ll never buy service packages again!! I ll just take my vehicle to these folks!! Cannot be happier with the service I received!!

I can not say enough about all the guys at Franklin's Family Auto. I'm a woman in my 60s and I finally found my place to go. Ive been with them a few year now. They are honest. Great advisors. Showed up from out of town needing 4wd work called them and they were able to get me in right away... service was amazing. All the ppl there were friendly knowledgeable and truly cared about getting me safely back on the road. They even found that my front bearings were bad ,replaced them and serviced my transfer case and topped all my fluids...all for a fraction of what I was prepared and honestly expecting to pay. I'd make them auto shop if they weren't almost 4 hrs away from where I live. Haven't found a mechanic like this since I first started driving

They helped me out in a pinch. Got me in first thing in the morning and out 30 minutes. My head lights were out and I was going out of town that night.Very friendly, knowledgeable, referred by a neighbor and another near by auto shop. EXCELLENT service. My go to for automotive needs.
