My front bumper needed to get replaced and I was recommended this place. It's a great choice for repairs. The office was clean, organized, and decorated for the holidays. The staff were friendly and helpful. They communicated well throughout the repair and rental process. My car was fixed very quickly. I have no complaints!

Exceptional service start to finish. I ve been several repair shops over the years and this was by far the best experience. Very much appreciate the professionalism and excellence of customer service as well as the repair itself. This will be my go to shop if I unfortunately need repairs on vehicles in the future Shout out to Sabrina at the reception desk and Kyle my service advisor. Great work you guys thank you.

Fix Auto Roseville is amazing.They did everything to make this as easy as possible for me. I'm not young and they treated me with respect, not like so many companies who view seniors as dolts.They fixed my car beautifully, the process was seemless.I highly recommend them.

Fix auto Roseville was amazing! I highly recommend this Body Shop 5 Stars.I backed up and damaged the rear bumper and side panel. I got a number of quotes and they came in with the best quote - exceptionally detailed. They made the whole process seamless and easy, from the start, quote to communicating with my insurance and car rental, very friendly, professional, efficient, and quick. They took my car immediately and gave me an excellent time line for its return, Nick was my contact and he did a great job on communicating via email, text and calling to keep me updated. The finished product was excellent, perfection I am so happy with the result. You all are appreciated. Thanks, to Nick and his team for the great customer service.

During the storm, my gate fell on my car and left a big dent as well as scratches. They also had to fix my air compressor. They did an outstanding job on my vehicle. I own a dodge challenger and they made it look like it was right off the showroom floor.

I made an appointment and they had come in the next day for an estimate. They called the next day and had me bring our car for the repair. The car was done when promised an it turned out perfect. Fix auto was amazing! My car had been hit in a parking lot when I wasn t even nearby. They made it easy to get a rental through enterprise as well as made the whole process go very quickly. I dropped off on Monday and was able to pick it up by Friday. it went seamless and didn t disrupt my busy work week too much. Great job and super great job with communication and the finished product. You all are appreciated. Thanks, Josh & team for the great customer service

The best service I've ever gotten. I don t even know what more could be improved - everything is top notch: promised time, transparency, quality, friendliness, location, cleanliness of the facility, literally everything. I was lucky to find these guys through my insurance company. This is the perfect example of how any auto service is supposed to work.

Sabrina is the greatest. She is kind, and pleasant to work with. She has the upmost disposition and willing to accommodate your various schedules. She had all my paperwork accurately completed prior to my arrival. She made the process quick and easy. Nick, was also a gem to work with. He was able to see the complexity of the damage. His expertise to examine the damage was commendable. The shadowing from the overcast skies was working against him, he kept examining until he found the extensive damage/dent. He was very thorough in explaining the estimate and the work that would be done to the vehicle. He explained the complexity of the job, the possible delays. The autobody shop did an EXCELLENT job. You'd never know my car was damaged and repainted. It was perfect. I really appreciate getting my car cleaned, inside and out. These folks, ALL TAKE PRIDE in their jobs. I won't take my vehicles any bur here at the Roseville location. Thank you all for a job well done !! Thank you....thank you !!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Scheduling was a breeze with their flexible appt times. We have nothing but good things to say about Nick. He provided us with clear updates, realistic time-frames and was incredibly nice throughout the entire process. My car was in the shop for 3 weeks and it came back basically a brand new vehicle. I needed some work done on my bumper. They gave me a clear quote and expected time frame for the repair. I dropped my car off Wednesday late and they had it done that Friday afternoon which was a day ahead of schedule. They went above and beyond to take care of my car and even touched up a few other marks on my hood for me. The complimentary wash and vacuum made my car feel like new when I picked it up. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. They even offered to check my rental in at the end of the day so I didn't have to bother with it which was super convenient! I really hope I don't need a body shop any time soon, but if I do, I will absolutely be taking my car back to Fix Auto.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Fix auto was amazing!!!!! Great staff :) they fixed my car so quick and made sure it was clean and even detailed the inside! I was very happy with the service. I had a rental car and drove it to pick up my car once it was ready . They took the rental off my hands and advised they would return it for me!! Made my life sooooo easy!
