After 2 shops said calibration wasn t necessary and BMW wanted $ 3700.00+tax. I found Exceptional Auto glass. The shop is spotless and the quality is amazing. They handled the insurance claim, did an ADAS calibration and cleaned and vacuumed my car. Thank you Sal and crew. I will do all my auto glass here from now on.

These guys are great. Really calm and professional and polite. They helped me with 2 different vehicles in the last year. They gave me a ride to work after I dropped my car off and picked me up from work to get my car back. They explained the process of contacting my insurance for a newer vehicle and helped me save money. Just a great experience overall.

I had my windshield replaced yesterday and was extremely impressed with the care and customer service offered by Exceptional Auto Glass. They went above and beyond in repairing my window, took care of details I did not expect, offered great communication, and were right on time with what they said! I have previously used a national chain but will not make that mistake again now that I know how great Exceptional Auto Glass is! Thank you for your help!

GREAT, professional experience here. This was my second time here and I d never go to Safelite again if I could help it. Quick, timely service, excellent customer care, and an easy insurance process. In fact, I had forgotten to even go through the claims process, and they helped me in office to do so to save me money on the replacement. Super appreciate it here, and they did a quality job as well as the broken windshield had some complications to it. Repeat customer happy again!!

Great business! Clean, professional, friendly and easy to schedule. They knew how to calibrate my replacement windshield and did so (other auto glass companies have not been able to in the past and I ve had to pay a separate fee to go somewhere else for calibration). I really appreciated the exceptional service.

Have taken my car there three times now and every time I have been impressed and felt like the staff went above and beyond to give the best results, including asking my insurance to replace the glass rather than repair and sending back a glass replacement that had a small smudge I would ve never noticed. Have recommended them to my family and friends

Had a pretty startling experience merging from 65 South to I-80 West when my glass sunroof suddenly cracked and blew out. I picked this business for the location in Roseville and the high customer service ratings. The experience was so top-notch that I would recommend it to people throughout the greater Sacramento region. Exceptional KINDNESS and service these guys helped me beyond reason 4 of the kindest humans I have worked with in a long time. They worked for an hour on my truck and didn t charge me. They unclogged my window drain and sent me on my way.I have used them for several window pits and they are always fair. I highly recommend them for glass repair and more.

The service here was amazing! I took my new RAV4 hybrid in for a windshield replacement after a rock cracked my windshield from top to bottom. They were able to replace it very quickly within 1.5 hours and recalibrate all the sensors these new cars have these days. Everything looks and works like new again. Sal is the man to ask for. Super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The best part is that they are USAA insurance preferred and help you work with your insurance for a good price.

Exceptional service. After a previous glass company took 3 months to an insurance claim and rescheduled to never book the final schedule, Exceptional Auto glass booked my appointment, got my OEM glass in stock in a day and installed it in less than a week. I was given the recommendation to come here by Justin's car wash to fix cracks in my windshield. Before arriving I checked the online reviews that were very good for this business.When I arrived, I found out the bigger crack had spread too much to be repaired. However, the shopSaid they could get me in the next day to replace my windshield. They told me just what I needed to do with my insurance and they handled the rest.The technicians were very personal and professional.In less than 3 hours that next day they had fully finished the windshield replacement and the realignment of my adaptive cruise control.I liked that I was in and out in so little time because time is valuable. I checked on the wait of a 'big name' competitor and they were going to have me wait over a week just for them to look at the vehicle. I'm glad I took the chance with trying this place out.My new windshield looks great, my adaptive cruise control works great, and there were no surprises in the business process.I will recommend this place to friends.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Excellent service. Dropped my fianc�es car off an hour early, and the job was done before 12. Her apt was at 12, and Sal got us done before that!!! Definitely coming back in the future!!! Vents are clean too

Has replaced full windshield as well as roll up window for me. Very well ran business. Will always use for any auto glass issue I have. Sal the business owner has great integrity in my opinion and has many certifications displayed!

This business sets a standard that all businesses should try to provide. The shop was spotless and well organized.The installation crew were amazing to watch, definitely experts in thier field.They promised a 45min installation.But, amazingly I was out the door in 20.The best of the best...Service: Auto windshield replacement

I called at 2:00pm for windshield replacement on my car. Got 4pm appointment same day. Car was ready within 1 hour of dropping. Sal is the best. He worked through my AAA insurance as well. Highly recommend this shop.

I'm a return customer because they take great care of you at Exceptional Auto Glass. They are also preferred vendors for my insurance carrier so even when GEICO tried to steer me toward a competitor, I just had to say I prefer Exceptional to the other. Any time I need windshield service, I'll be back.

Great experience working with Sal. Top notch customer service. They thoroughly walked me through my service and explained the insurance process. They even called to help me process the claim. Highly recommend. Safelite canceled my appt and pushed it another week. Exceptional helped me the very next day.

This is my first time here and the customer service was 5 stars. The front windshield of my 2017 Nissan Altima was replaced and the work look flawless. They made sure I got the same exact windshield for my vehicle. The best part is they guarantee their work and if in the future I get a chip they fix it for free.
