Excellent service! I went in for an inspection on some scratches from someone hitting my car. I was promptly helped and instead of inspecting and scheduling a repair he asked if he could buff it out right then. In a matter of minutes the scratches were gone and I was on my way! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing a repair!

Ken and Kat came to my rescue on a day of calamity. My driver side window exploded on the freeway, and then it began to rain. I went in hoping to buy a piece of plastic to keep the rain out. Ken went above and beyond! He quickly and professionally got it covered and vacuumed up all of the glass. I highly recommend Ken and Crash Champions Collision Repair. IK can't praise them highly enough.

My car insurance company introduced me to Crash Champions Collision to repair the Honda civic door and lock that was broken by the thieves. They did a perfect job.They gave us an appointment for an estimate and another appointment for repair. They are fast and expert. I highly recommend this place.

I cannot express it enough, stay far away from this place. My car was held there for 41 days for replacing a door and quarter panel after I got hit. Forty. One. Days.They excused themselves on account of the first new door arriving with a dent. It's certainly plausible that this is the case, but I got a text confirming that all the necessary parts (including the door that was reordered) were ready 16 days before I got the car back. The initial estimate was two weeks for ordering parts and completing repairs. How was it held for 16 more days after this?!! They never even called me to arrange pickup or inform me the repairs were completed.The front-end staff were all friendly enough, until it came time to answer their phones! Over the 10 times I called I never got a single answer or a callback when I left a message. The number for the store was even incorrectly listed on their website. Then I came to find out they're under new management as of a week ago, and suddenly somebody started answering the phones! Weird!I really can't emphasize it enough, this place doesn't deserve your business currently.Service: Body & Trim

Our insurance company Geico, recommended this body shop. Our SUV needed parts replaced, hood fixed, windshield replaced and the front end painted. They did a great job! Since day one when I came in there the two lovely ladies helped me. They were friendly and professional. I did have too go back home and come back but that wasn t their fault. We are very satisfied with the work they did. How everything went and customer service. I would go back and do recommend this place.Service: Body & Trim

These guys did a fantastic job. I was in a minor accident earlier this week that did some pretty severe damage to my rear bumper and trunk. While i had the car at the shop I also asked them to look into repairing a really bad dent in my door, that i had been told would require a body shop.They not only finished all of the work on my car 5 full days ahead of schedule, but the repairs are perfect. The car looks brand new. They also fixed a second, less noticeable dent in my door without charging me extra. They were courteous, polite and very helpful all the way through. they stayed in close contact giving me frequent updates. I worked with Paul directly throughout the process and he was a really stand up guy. He even stayed a few minutes after closing so I could come pick up my car.I cannot recommend this place enough. If I ever need work done on my car again this will be where I go.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Everyone there is awesome. I just picked up my 2018 Mazda CX-5 today, and there was literally no sign of a dent ever being on the passenger quarter panel. They kept in great contact with me and understanding when I couldn't pick up the car for a couple of days because I was sick with COVID. I've worked with this location a few times, and they've always been fantastic. Thank you, guys, for taking good care of my car and me :)

Some greasy guy said he works for Dent Kings could remove my door/body dings and he only managed to flake off my paint. @ the end he said I just didn t have any gas money to get home, his brother wouldn t pick him up? How Pathetic he kept on grabbing his crotch He did not want to use his business and attempted to fix it in a parking lot. Sometimes you want to help people and find out, you should just mind your own life Because Trash is everywhere!! I will not post his name in case he mite have legal issues, currently or pending.Adam Sterio OopsI hope you rethink your life.

Our insurance company referred us to this , The staff inside were very cordial except for the last time we went, we were told we could bring our car in on a a Friday. I called and left a voicemail because they were closed letting them know we would take that date and when we went in they said they do not check their voicemails and there was not another date for a good month and a half to two months out. It was a constant waiting game with this company. I would not go back. We are going to a new company that has been more than helpful and already has our car being repaired. I don t like to give bad reviews but I had a really bad experience here.

Staff was great! Very professional. I took my car in , they explained the process and an estimate on how long it was going to take which it was faster than they had originally told me. They called the car rental for me which I appreciate since I ve never had to take my car in for more than 1 day. Received updates and calls which are very much appreciated. I got my car back and noticed that they had cleaned it! I was not expecting that. So thank you! I would totally recommend this place.

Wasted so much time trying to go through this place because of insurance recommendations. They had me come in to inspect the vehicle and get a quote. I scheduled a morning to have the work done. The morning before I am supposed to bring the vehicle in they call me and tell me that they won't be able to get to it until next week. I try and reschedule and I tell them whatever time you can actually start working on it since it is a 2 hour job and it is my work truck. They told me they won't preorder parts and that it would be "torn down" that day and fixed later. I cancelled service with them after wasting a bunch of time to find out they don't handle business professionally.Service: Body & Trim

This place was fantastic! My truck was done early and they cleaned it inside and out. The work was done by true professionals. Paint match is great. No body or mechanical issues after I picked up my truck. The women in the office are awesome! They keep you up to date with an app, texts and emails. They genuinely listen to you about any issues you have with repairs. Would definitely recommend.

My 17 year old daughter was hit in rear quarter panel so she took it here for an estimate. They took pictures and that s it. I told him a few people have told me it s totaled because of where it was hit. He says, it sounds to me like you just want it totaled very sarcastically. I said, no, but I do want it safe to drive for my daughter. My insurance company contacts me and offers $2200 to fix. I have contacted a couple of other body shops and they have told me you cannot give an estimate by pictures you have to get in there get underneath it and inspect it first to know if it is totaled or not. I didn t appreciate the sarcasm nor the let s just rig it and fix it. Obviously, you don t know the whole damage unless you tear it apart and inspect. Do you really think I would WANT my daughters car totaled when it s almost paid off and only 50,000 miles on it just to go get another $30,000 in debt? Sarcasm doesn t sit well with me, especially when the sarcasm really doesn t make much sense. Common sense folks.

I brought my truck to Service Kings Collision and Repair to have a damaged front passenger door fixed. The dent was fixed and then paint within a day. They did a great job on the repair and were extremely professional throughout the process. After completing the repair, the manager noticed there was a large amount of double sided tape stuck to the back of my tailgate where an emblem used to be. The manager didn't hesitate to have the tape removed and cleaned. I appreciate the quick and professional work displayed by this business and will be using them for future repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

It took a very, very long time for them to get the parts needed to fix my Mom's car.It wasn't until she called looking for parts herself did she get it back after 6 months, it was such a hassle. No, I wouldn't recommend them!

Tom was very helpful, informative from the beginning to the end of my service. I was in an accident that caused damage to my bumper and left rear fender. Other than getting my car in and out less than a day, he went above and beyond to buffer a few scratches I had on my car door prior to the accident. Even my neighbors commented on how good my car looked after the repairs. Another neighbor thought I came home with another brand new car! Thank you Tom and everyone at Service King for an amazing job on the repairs and for fitting my car into your busy schedule! I appreciate you all!

I would recommend this shop! They fix my car absolutely perfect! they say it will take a week but i got my car back just in 3 days! Shoutout to Halley who help me in front! Anyways, Thanks to all people working there and for repairing my car. Keep up the good work!

I was quoted a fair amount and told it would take about 3-10 days to fix my car antennae that had been knocked off my car. 5 business days later I called to check up on my car and was told it was done, except they didn't have my antennae in. Apparently they ordered the wrong one and had to order the right one. I was told I could just pick my car up and once they got it in they would throw it on and it would take an hour. I paid my $500 deductible and went on my way. The customer service has been absolutely phenomenal so far. The phenomenal customer service disappeared after I paid.My car was clean, the scuffs were gone, and all was well except, well no antennae. So I drove home thinking this was almost done. A week later I call back because I haven't heard anything. They told me it would be coming in soon. A few days later I call back and check again. They told me the part had been ordered but it would take 4 weeks for the part to come in. Covid.4 weeks go by I haven't heard anything. It's now been a month since my car was supposed to be finished. I called in the morning, Marcy was unable to figure out what's going on, told me she'd check with her parts manager and call me back. The day goes by. I call back at 5pm. They were too busy and they forgot to call me back. The wrong part was ordered again. They sent it back and ordered another one. At this point I'm getting irritated. What kind of a collision center can't figure out what part to order a 2019 Honda Fit? It's not a wildly unpopular car. It's not an old special car. It's a fairly new, run of the mill vehicle.I ask if there's any one else I can speak with because honestly, the answer was not good enough for me. Enter Beth. Beth has been a joy to work with so I was quite surprised when she basically told me there was no timeframe she could tell me when my antennae would be fixed. They told me they don't get a tracking number. I find this exceptionally hard to believe. But sure. It could be in a week. It could be in a month. Who knows. Covid. I understand backordered parts. The problem though, is THEY KEEP ORDERING THE WRONG PART! I was then told it was an error in their database. And this has never happened before. I am told that they are just going to keep trying to order this part but they can't be held responsible that they dont know which part is the right part and the timeline of me getting my car fixed is whenever. To add insult to injury, she further then told me "if you think you can do a better job you're more than welcome to order the part yourself." So, my insurance and I pay them $1200 and they want their customer to do their work for them. Last I checked I don't work at Service King. If I could fix this myself I wouldn't have paid them to do it.So. At this point in writing. I may never get the antennae for the car. But as per Beth "as long as we keep trying it's not a breech of contract" and there is nothing I can do unless I want to eat the cost and take my car elsewhere to spend more money on something I was supposed to have already paid for.Service: Body & Trim

Believe it or not, I had to have collision repairs 3 times on my 2 cars within a 2 month period. My Service Advisor Justin was awesome. The cars looked brand new after they repaired the damage. The price was reasonable and they finished sooner than anticipated each time.

First impressions matter. I had another shop already lined up. My insurance company said you guys are their preference, so I called as a comparison. Elizabeth who answered extended to me exceptional customer service, and won my business. Start to finish working with Service King Collision Roseville has been a wise choice. Highly Recommended !!!

It wasn't until she hung up. Then I had towed my car to Roseville and SHE told me they were full? I've been going to this shop for 4yrs they had all men and they knew me?I didn't say anything to her, but can you give me an Address?Please.I had to pay to have it towed down town D st. I will never do business with her again. With an Attitude like She has,Real Eary type of response!I even call Corporate office to get some satisfaction they said they would talk to DM ?

Consistent incorrect timelines and lack regard for my time. USAA recommended this location. The original timeline I was given for my vehicle repair was 3 days. I dropped off my vehicle on a monday morning and only once I had turned it in did they update the timeline to a week. I was told I could expect it to be ready for pickup friday afternoon, but that I would receive a call that day with an update. I get no call and around 2pm I reach out for an update. They tell me repairs are not complete and they don't even have all the parts but they might have it done that day. I was told to call back the next day. I call back saturday and wait on hold for 30 minutes. I am then told the part has still not arrived and the new estimated date of completion is the next monday. I call corporate to complain about the missed timelines and lack of communication and I am told they will get back to me in 24-48 "business hours", whatever that means. I refuse and insist on lodging a complaint with a supervisor. I am then left on hold for an additional 50 mins. Tired of waiting I hung up, called back, and was promptly hung up on. Called back a third time and spoke with Mark in Chicago. He told me he would funnel the appropriate feedback to the District Manager, and that I would receive an update monday. This company is NOT reputable, NOT reliable, and NOT professional.Update: After receiving my vehicle 3 days later than I was told I found that the front quarter panel was incorrectly fitted and rubs against the door. I now need to take my vehicle to a different shop to have them correct the terrible job this shop did. When I pointed this out to Frank the mechanic he tried to tell me that it was like that before the accident. It wasn't. Liars.
