Not detailed enough with their repairs. Did not fix the dent and scratch completely in the back right quarter panel. Tail light did not have condensation even after the accident, but it does now, and they tried to get me to take it that way.

The staff was very communicative, friendly, and gave me updates about my car's status during the process. In addition, they were very patient and understanding of my situation! I would come back again-this is a great shop!

The service I received at Caliber was top notch.From the drop off to pickup they made the process really easy. I appreciated the updates I received While my car was being repaired. I was so impressed by my experience at Caliber Collision! Sharlene was my service advisor and she was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. She gave me quotes the same day and made sure I was aware of any email communications she had with my insurance. She regularly updated me on the progress of my car repair and inspired my complete trust! Ragan at the front desk and Matt on a phone call were so kind and reassuring too. Great work Sharlene and team!!

We had a wonderful experience with Caliber at this specific location next to the Cattlemen s Restaurant. The help we received from Cameron was top-notch. Really outstanding! It was absolutely wonderful to be treated with such care and also being greeted by the management, JR Cardoza(sp?) which made us feel like VIPs. The front desk staff was easy to work with and everyone was very friendly. Also, this SUV s paint is a complicated pearl white base, with blues, and silvers painted on two different types of materials, (metal for the lift gate and polymer for the bumper) and the bodywork and paint are both flawless. There is 100% chance I would return if any of my vehicles need bodywork. Thank you!Service: Painting

My new tundra was keyed. After working with insurance and taking it to Caliber it was an easy process. They did a great job at repainting. They even polished the truck and detailed the inside. Great customer service and shop crew.

My car was hit in a parking lot, seemingly not too much damage - though it ended up being worse than initially expected.My insurance company GEICO works closely with Caliber Collision, so after checking out their reviews online, I decided to use them. Added bonus that this location is so close to my house. I m extremely happy I decided to have my car repaired here. .Super professional in every way - customer service, great communication and updates (text and phone calls). This particular location specializes in high end cars, as the car is a Mercedes Benz CLS 550, I wanted the work to be beyond excellent. It was.Also, a special shout to my service rep Cameron, who seems like a great guy his communication was fantastic- explaining the process, keeping me updated, answering questions, explaining all the steps of their repair process all top notch.I d not hesitate to take my car here again if needed, and I d highly recommend them if you need top notch repair and service.I m so happy my car is looking good as new!

From the time we took our vehicle in for an estimate, until the work was completed we were impressed with Caliber. The work was completed on the day they said it would be done! They arranged for the rented loaner vehicle to be returned after the job was completed. The detail job they performed on the inside and outside was a very nice finish to an experience that started out with an upsetting crunch!!!Our consultant did a fantastic job of keeping us updated with the progress during the repairs.Thanks to all involved. Cooper and his team did a great job repairing my Sequoia that was rear ended. The whole process took about a month, when I dropped off the vehicle I was told it would be ready on 11-28-23, which is exactly the day I picked it up. The work done was amazing and it looked like nothing had ever happened to it.

Cameron Knopp was my contact person at Caliber Collision-Roseville-Taylor Rd. and shortly after my car was towed into Caliber, he called me and introduced himself. He proceeded to tell me what to expect, when I would receive the estimate for the repairs and the approximate completion date.Throughout the repair process, Cameron kept me up to date.When I picked up the car, I could not tell that it had been damaged. It had been restored to brand new condition which they had promised it would be.

They did an absolutely amazing job on my sons Nissan. Communication was amazing! They always sent me text and updated me with the progress of the car. They also finished waaaaay ahead of schedule! I ll definitely be back. But I hope I don t have to go back but if i do .

I was recently involved in a hit and run accident and needed repairs to my Mercedes. When I arrived for my initial appointment, Casey came out right away. There was no wait time at all! We then proceeded to look at the damage. Casey was very thorough. I received my estimate before the end of the day and work began on my baby. I was updated about every issue, even the change in the estimate after staff noticed problems not readily visible. I was always kept informed about the progression of the repairs and was pleasantly surprisedwhen they finished early! My baby looks better than new and he again drives like a dream!! Thank you so much to all of the staff at Caliber Collision! They are the best!!

I been there for my Mercedes they fix twice but still need work they didn t clean properly even i had requested to clean driver side door glass has paint sprayed. Call many times asked for responsabele person never got any reply.

I had door and side panel damage on my vehicle due to scraping a rock retaining wall. Caliber in Roseville was very easy to use for the repairs. I was able to bring the car in within the week for an estimate and within another week for repairs. I was kept informed by text with every step and never had to call for a status. Brian was amazing and definitely made the experience easier. The repairs looks fabulous (new door, side panel repair and paint). I would recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
