From the first phone call to the day I picked up my car - the staff at Caliber Collision were knowledge, efficient and very kind. They took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. They really go above and beyond in making sure you got back on the road safely and that all your service car needs are met. I would definitely be back, should I need to and I would recommend any one else do the same! Reagan-- you were consistently kind and so helpful during every phone call. Sharlene- thank you so much for the phone calls of up-dates and making my car needs a priority! Excellent Customer Service!!! Thanks so much Caliber Collision!! My car looks great!

Caliber Collision was so helpful, friendly and efficient. I never wondered what was happening to my vehicle during repairs and the entire process was a good experience. Hayden and everyone else worked with the highest professionalism. I'll always choose and recommend Caliber in the future.

Caliber got me a new bumper and all the pieces that were broken behind it in a timely manner. They also gave me a lifetime warranty if the paint or clear coat ever chips or peals. Great work Caliber.

Great service from the time I walked in the door. Their service was outstanding. They kept me informed daily and had my car repaired as promised. Completely stress free and my car looks perfect. Highly recommend. I would give them 10 stars if possible

The Caliber Collision team that helped me and my car are top notch! Reagan at front desk is very sweet and professional. She made me feel comfortable after the stress of being rear-ended and I loved how personable she was. Hayden kept me well informed during the repair process and explained everything to me with phone calls. Joe, who initially checked in my car was quite a nice guy. I recommend Caliber Collision for auto repairs as my car was delivered back to me completely looking new and with a lifetime warranty. Thank you guys!

I just had my car repaired at Caliber Collision in Rocklin. What an easy, pleasant experience. Sharlene , my advisor, was knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, kept me updated and went far and above expectations. The car came out like knew.

I had to bring my 4runner here after it was hit by a tree in a storm. It was a long process because of parts being on back order but Sheryl was extremely transparent and kept me up to date and informed on the progress of all my repairs. Having to take your car in for repairs is always the last thing one has to do. But the staff at Calibur Collision were absolutely incredible!!!! Matthew and Amy kept me informed throughout the process with personal phone calls as well as a texting option to notify me of the process and updates. I was also surprised to have my car repaired and available to pick up after 2 days!! Regan was the main receptionist who scheduled me for all my appointments and she is wonderful!!! I feel like I made a new best friend! Regan was especially compassionate when I had to reschedule my drop off due to my cat passing away and she spent extra time talking to me about animals and pets and just really tried to lift my heavy heart (which she did). Everyone at Caliber Collision treats you like a person instead of a business transaction and they don't give you the run around with anything and took care of everything for me including my rental pickup and drop off as well as handling the insurance aspect. With a difficult week and busy life, Caliber took care of my car and me and I didn't have to deal with the extra task of getting my car fixed. I can't express enough how satisfied I am with my experience. Oh, and my car looked brand new when I got it returned to me, including vacuumed car mats!!!! Very friendly staff. Front desk lady was welcoming and they keep you up to date on the status of your vehicle. I was able to leave my Enterprise rental at the location when my car was done so that was a nice surprise. My car has some other damage on it not related to why it was there in the first place and I would definitely use them again.

I had an exceptional experience with Caliber Collision, rating it a perfect 10/10. It was my first time having my car repaired, and the entire team was incredibly helpful. They delivered on their promise with a swift turnaround time, and I genuinely felt well taken care of throughout the process. A special shoutout to Charlene, who consistently kept me informed and even surprised me with new floor mats. Outstanding service all around!

Crystal and Crew were AMAZING.I had to coordinate all my reapirs remotely. Crystal was very communicative before, during the process and after. The car came back looking BETTER than when we bought it from CarMax 4 years ago.Allowing me to remotely sign paperwork was new and easy for me. I really couldn't have had a better experience at any other body shop.Thanks again to the Roseville Caliber Team.

I was referred to caliber by my insurance. I was very impressed, and happy with the way they do the job and handled my car. First off all the people that work here are really nice genuine people. The ladies in the front desk are so nice and thoughtful. Joseph H. helped me with my car the whole time. They were always communicating with me about everything. They got my rent a car and took it when I got my car back. Regina is amazing too. I would 100 percent recommend this place to anyone that needs work done on their car. When I got my car back it looked so good. They even cleaned the inside and out. Love this place. 10/10 recommend.Service: Painting

This is a streamlined operation from start to finish. They make signing in easy and keep you informed every step of the way. They finished when they said they would, and the repair was great. I hope I'll never have to use them again, but if I do, I'll go to them.

I ve never been so informed about the progress of any of my vehicles like I was with Caliber Collision. The process from start to finish, to include getting a rental car was the smoothest I have ever experienced. I hope for my cars sake, I never have to, but if needed, I would seriously only want to have it serviced at Caliber Collision. Due to the service, informativeness, hassle free process, time it took from start to finish, and job quality.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with a business. The customer service was exceptional and they worked extra hard to make sure it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. It was an accident that took me there but what an experience I got. It was the best place to be after the accident. They made me comfortable with .what was going on with my car, what are they're going to do, etc. Especially Hayden; he explained everything, even helped me with my rental car. He called me twice a week and told me, how was everything going. He was a very detail oriented person. He listened to me . What were my expectations . He wanted to make sure my car was in good condition.I would like to thank Matt, also. Taking care of my car's front bumper. They helped me after care information, and Hayden found places that I could get paint touch up for the car.I think Best place to take you to any vehicle to get fixed. I would love the service and lady at the front desk, I am sorry that I forgot your name. You are amazing.I recommend everyone, don't look at any other places at all, if you want an excellent care and service.Thank you .
