I won't let anyone other than Brake Masters roseville work on my car. They do excellent work friendly they go overboard to make your experience with them enjoyable. They are like family.. Keep up the excellent work we are blessed to have you in our life..

I went in for brakes and rotors. They gave me a great deal. The quote was a little high and I couldn t afford it. They accommodated me due to safety. They really helped me out. I will definitely be going back for all future service. They did get oil on my driver seat but it s all good. Simple fix. Thank you Amelia and Brian. I will also recommend others to you!

I got here early it was a little bit of a wait but they provide great service, very knowledgeable of vehicles, amazing Manager Turner always on top of the store. They let me know what was wrong with my car and showed me to explaining the problem. So that I can take better care of my car for future references. I will definitely come again

I usually don't leave one star reviews but this business deserves it. Don't bother scheduling an appointment since they are basically worthless. I had an appointment for 8 AM and 3 hours later my car still wasn't been pulled into the bay. There were several who arrived after me that seem to know the manager who had their car serviced first ahead of me. I asked the front desk when my car would be taken a look at. The person at the front desk mentioned it would be the next car pulled into the bay. It was not. Made me wonder what else they would lie about. I ended up asking for my keys and am planning on taking my car to another mechanic. Do not get your car serviced here. You will regret it.

Scam alert! My normal mechanic was booked out more than a month, so I figured I could go to a local shop just to get my breaks done. Fairly easy job on my F-150. Boy was I wrong! This shop is a scam. Not only did they want me to do over $3k in repairs on a fairly new vehicle, they then would not honor a coupon from their own website for the break job. I won't ever be back to this place! They are scammers! I watched them try to rack up multiple multi thousand dollar jobs as I sat there. Don't go! Trust me!I have since taken my truck to Ford. Ford verified that there was nothing leaking from my struts. They also verified that my brake fluid was not changed, even though I paid for it. They also verified that OEM parts were not used, even though I was told that brake masters only uses Ford OEM parts when dealing with heavy trucks . This place is a total scam!!!

I have done business with this particular brake Masters for about 14 years. We have four vehicles and anything that had to be done they got it taken care of with no hassle. Always loved the front desk folks. Just great people.

Great Staff led by Amilia! My mom and I have been taking our cars there for some time now for routine Maintenance and have had great service every time. When I had to get the brake pads replaced on my Acura Amilia took the time to show me the ins and outs of my brakes and explain why certain repairs needed to be done.As long as I am in the Roseville area ill be going to Amilia and her crew!

The team at Fairway Brake Masters is awesome. I've been going to them for years with multiple vehicles. The only time I was disappointed, Amilia (Manager) went above and beyond to make it right. They are honest and their prices are fair. They did a great job! I was a bit nervous not going to the dealership. Amillia put my thoughts at ease. She was very informative and explained the warranties etc! Even gave me a breakdown for my next visit for my auxiliary battery replacement. The only reason for 4 stars is d/t turn around time. But, they had a computer system shutdown and a few other things that were out of their control. Amillia did make it better by at least explaining to me the reason for the unexpected turn around time. Very pleased with this shop in Roseville on Fairway and I will be bringing my Range Rover there again soon!Thanks guys!

I brought my 04 Ford Excursion to brakemasters in Rocklin, CA. for a vibration under load, the nice fellow called me back and said that it will be about $2500 to replace the rack and pinion. I asked if this will fix the issue and his response was (we have to start somewhere). I came in to pick up my vehicle and laughed at the guy, my EX doesn't have rack and pinion and drove off. I took it to my buddies shop and it ended up being a U-joint (as I suspected). My buddy also noticed that my rear brake pads were almost metal to metal (my bad lol) but BRAKE MASTERS didn't even check my brakes. The only reason I brought my truck there was for convenience since they're down the street from me. Never again. Too bad I can't choose 0 stars.

This Brake Masters have been maintaining my cars for years. I always get good service and this time was no exception. Amilea even found some coupons that saved me a little money too.They took my newest discovery, a 30 year old Honda Del Sol, and made it safe.Service: Auto brake replacement

I went into Brake Masters because I thought I heard squealing in my back brakes. I went into the store and waited for a couple of hours while they checked out the problem. Indeed, I needed brakes. And rotors. I didn't expect to spend the entire day sitting there. Granted, I had no appointment, but it appeared that the many other customers who came in after me had no appointment either. I'm not sure if they have an appointment system, but if they don't they should. And if they do, it need revamping. They aren seriously understaffed at this location. I waited there for my car to be finished until almost 4:30 in the afternoon. A total wasted day, except for the fact that I got my brakes fixed. My only other experience with Brake Masters was very positive, so that's why I went back. I'll never wait again that long for my car to be fixed. Four stars given only because the work was done well.

I had an appointment , the staff was friendly and helpful , they called a few hours later , they said what needs to be serviced or replaced , they told me the price (was a good value), they told me when to pick it up, and all was EXCELLENT !!

Wish I could give zero stars. Made an appointment nearly a week in advance. Dropped it off in the morning. 20 minutes before they closed we called to get an update and they said they hadn t even looked at it. So we took the car home after leaving it there all day without them even touching it. They had nothing to say, other than they re busy. Very poorly run, stay away from this location.Service: Brake service & repair

I visited Brake Masters at 8am for a brake service without a prior appointment, and requested for the work to be finished by noon due to my personal commitments. Despite confirming twice that the work could be completed within the timeframe, they failed to deliver as promised. After waiting for two hours without any updates, I had to follow up, only to be told that the inspection was still underway. The results were communicated to me at 11:30, and I was assured that the work would be done by 12:30. However, when my wife arrived to collect the vehicle at the agreed time, she was informed that it would take another 30-45 minutes. The service was finally completed at 2:30, severely disrupting our schedule.This experience reflects a disturbing disregard for customers' time, which is quite disappointing.

What a waste of time. I made an appointment to have my brakes checked and serviced. I get there on time. I'm getting checked in and the gal asked if I was dropping it off or waiting. I said I would wait. She said it might be quite a while. I said, but I have an appointment to which she replied, yes but we are very busy. So what's the purpose of making an appointment? I had not made arrangements to be picked up and I didn't want to sit there all day so I left. And just to add an exclamation point to the whole experience, I picked up a rock in my windshield on the way home!

Had a wonderful experience with your shop, customer service is amazing and the shop is very clean. I had an alignment issue with my daughters car which you fixed. I asked them to also check the belt because when the car is running it s making a squeaky sound. They called and said that one their mechanics was a BMW expert. They diagnosed the problem and they fixed it. We picked up the car and the squeaky sound was gone. After driving the car alone and getting back into the car later the sound was back. Called the following morning took it back they changed the belt just to be sure and said the sound was gone. Same thing happened again. The sound came back. I m planning on calling again today to see if they can figure it out. Hopefully they can resolve the issue. So as of now I give a 4 star rating and hope to return with five star rating.

We have 2 identical cars and both are 2019 models. I brought my car here and my other family member brought their car to the other Roseville Brake masters. The work performed at both is good and no complaints there but her is the ISSUE:We both got identical quotes but my brake job final bill was aproximentaly $100 more. When i asked about it... I was told that i got upgraded Pads. I did not ask for this but when they called to get the ok to move forward it was presented as this was my lowest cost option and it wasn't. I was not to happy and iIam a fair business man to i stood my ground untill i was givin the brake job a e estimated cost. Just be aware to ask many questions or you will get upsold and not realy know whats going on. I did get a good warm feeling and nice reception from NICO but when i went to pick up my car he was not there and the other Manager Mike was very hard to work with. Hope this guy reads this and realizes that his tactics should be more desirable. Id like to go back and give this place a second try as everyone with the exception to Mike was awesome! I would revise my rating if my next visit improves!

I can not believe how amazing this place is, they took us same day and were very affordable, I will forever go back to Brake Masters on Fairway! Thanks Steve and Bill and all of the crew at Brake Masters!
