Love BMW of Roseville! The service department always get me in promptly. They re friendly and thorough. Laura is awesome! I also adore Peter Storm, who is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about all cars including BMWs! I love him so much that I recently traded my M440i for a new X4M and couldn t be happier. My only complaint is when I had my car serviced yesterday they didn t offer to wash it (it was very dirty after a road trip). At Principal BMW in San Antonio (where I just moved from) they always washed my car after service without even asking! It s a nice perk that makes customers feel valued and special. These are high-end cars and this extra service would make this dealership exceptional.

I just relocated to the area and had my car serviced here. It was so quick, took about an hour & they shuttled me to the mall while I waited. They sent me text updates & offered to leave my keys with the sales department if I wasn t fine shopping. So far my best service experience the staff at BMW Roseville.

This service center is always welcomingand actually listens to any concerns. OnThis visit, I needed a return of a softwareproblem addressed. My advisor, Chris, andhis team researched the newest BMW technology to update my 2020 X3 softwarefor optimum performance. They let you know that they really care that the car isoperating in peak form. I'm very appreciativeand happy with my service results.

I made an appointment for an alignment and once I arrived to the service center, no one came out and asked me anything or if they could help. I wasn t sure who to talk to or where to go, so I just wandered around the area trying to find a front desk until someone came up and asked if they could help. They were nice and got me started on the process.I then waited for over 2 hours for just an alignment that I had an appointment for. I understand that automotive work can t be really fast sometimes but that long for just an alignment is too long especially when you re paying $235 for it, it s all labor no parts.Would like to see better customer service, specifically when someone arrives and they could be pointed where to go. Then faster turnaround times for work.

Jeffrey was my Service Advisor. He did an outstanding job of walking me through the services for my car, before and after. Did a great job of price matching on tires and delivered my car on time and as promised. Definitely a 5 star rating!

I have always had great service from Roseville BMW. I purchased my car there in 2012. They have taken care of it from the beginning. As a new widow when I purchased it I was very vulnerable. They treated me fairly and with respect. That respect and concern have continued.

Nghia at the BMW Roseville Service center went above and beyond to take care of me! He has a loaner car ready to go and got me in and out in 20 minutes! Had my regular oil change service and also got new tires put on. All went smooth as can be! I m very happy with my service.Julie

Casey was great. Answered all my questions and was available and responsive. Was a disappointed that at a high end car dealership after getting our car serviced, they did not take it through the wash after since we got our brakes and rotors done though. But service and knowledge from our Rep was great.

The entire Roseville BMW staff are great. The staff that check in with you when you pull in really set the tone for the visit with their professional, energetic and welcoming greeting. Honestly, dropping off my car at BMW feels more like checking into a really nice hotel

I've only ever had great experiences at this location. The staff that greets you when you arrive is great, and the service is even better. I've been able to get my appointments during times that work best for me and I trust that the work is done right and I am not getting tricked into paying more than needed. The service advisors here are very professional.

My service agent Nghia Nguyen went above and beyond for me. His experience as a service technician was valuable in assessing my vehicle and recommending things beyond what I originally came in for (tires and oil leak). He also worked closely with my insurance adjuster to get the claim on my shattered sunroof paid and the work done to my vehicle as quickly as possible.

The routine maintenance service of my 2021 BMW X3 SUV was very good. I have no complaints. The entire work was done in less than an hour and a half. Kudos to the BMW of Roseville Team!!

The Service appointment phone number goes to some call center where they don't have a clue, but when I showed up for the appointment the service advisor was great.Only make appointments directly with a service advisor.

I scheduled to have my brakes replaced as I was previously informed that my brake pads is at yellow zone. I was happily informed that it s not yet time for replacement. The service consultant noticed that my wheels were not aligned and recommended having alignment done. He also reminded me that I have coverage for wheel scratches and that I can have the scratches smoothed out. He also gave me the number to call for that. I felt that my service consultant was looking after my best interest.

Darren met me when I arrived and explained in detail what would happen during the service. He notified me promptly after the service was completed. I was very satisfied with the level of courtesy and professionalism he displayed.

BMW s are really nice cars but I will never purchase one from this place again because of their service and lack of any kind of human character. They don t care about you as their customer. I wish I could give them a zero instead of a one star. I waited 5 plus hours to just get a check that would not print. I had to take time out of my day to come back weeks later to sign paperwork that was not filled out correctly and then I was not even given copies of what I signed which at the time I was told the desposition fee for ending the lease was taken out of the equity I had in my car. I then found out nope that s not true. This by far is the worst place to get a car. Plus there phone system will just keep having you go in circles.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I frantically called BMW Roseville at 1:30pm with a battery emergency - family flying in that afternoon. Within 1.5 hours, I was back on the road. Amazing. : )
