So far, 2 of our vehicles have had the oil change service. Customer service has been great. My vehicles were returned to me approximately when promised and the waiting area is clean comfortable enough.

Brought my truck in for service on 3/7/24. The work required more than one day (Friday-Saturday). While my truck was being serviced, my second vehicle started experiencing major misfires. I called Sharayah and explained the situation. She was extremely helpful and made arrangements for the essential work on my truck to be completed within a few hours, so I could exchange the truck for my other vehicle. She arranged for my other vehicle to be evaluated first thing Monday morning. By mid-morning on Monday, my 2nd vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up! BMR puts customer service at the top. Appreciate their willingness to make sure I had a vehicle to drive and for completing the repairs on both vehicles in a timely manner!!

Always a great experience at the Roseville BMR Napa Auto Care Center! The quality work, on time performance, reasonable price, personable and knowledgeable staff, and comfortable and interesting waiting area is what keeps me coming back for all my automotive services!

I have been a loyal customer for many years due to the care that is given to my vehicles by the staff at the Roseville location.From the minute you walk in the door until you leave you are treated as though you are the only customer of the day.Personalized service is the mark of a great business.

BMR Auto Care have the best service and the best customer representatives behind the counter I have ever dealt with when it comes to the mechanics of a vehicle. They are knowledgeable and helped me to understand the diagnosis of my mechanical issues and also find an affordable solution. I have been to both the Riverside and Antelope shops and the service, and the staff are both the same in how they treat the customer and the quality of the work, which is outstanding. I highly recommend BMR for any issue or any make and model vehicle because they also guarantee their work.

I'm new to the area, I was looking for a place to take my corvette to. At Dreams and Drivers, this was the recommended place. I am very impressed with the shop. Clean, courteous, and very approachable. Answered my concerns. Maybe the race car air will transfer to mine.

I selected this shop from a referral list provided by Costco Tire Center. They were wonderful getting my Hyundai SUV in for an alignment and oil change at reasonable rate and fantastic service!

I was searching for a new place to get my oil changed because the place I always go to is far and the wait is always hours. I found a special offer for this location so I gave it a try. I was pleased that they made me a same-day appointment despite the fact that I called later in the morning. The showroom is SO clean and has great accommodations. All of the employees were nice and didn't treat me any differently for having a coupon or for being a woman (this is so common for me elsewhere). I was so shocked that my oil change only took about 30 minutes, and that included a complimentary list of minor inspections on the car as well as tire rotation! I will happily recommend this location to others as well as continue my patronage here.

For many years I have had my vehicles serviced by large dealerships, that all changed today. After frustration with a lack of basic customer service from the large dealerships I decided to look elsewhere for my vehicle service needs .I had heard about BMR NAPA AutoCare from friends so I decided to give it a try . Staff was amazing , friendly and professional .The work area was organized and meticulously clean. I was extremely pleased with BMR NAPA AutoCare and plan to return for additional service as needed.Services: Tires, Oil change

In a world of less-than-honest auto repair, this place is such a relief. The work is always done correctly and honestly. Everyone who works there has been friendly and knowledgeable. If I don't understand a problem they will explain it without being condescending. The whole facility is extremely clean and there is plenty of room and seating if you are waiting for your vehicle. I never take my car anywhere else now. I highly recommend it!Update: Still the best!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

I visited town, and my car had a problem with the radiator fan. I called and visited several auto shops where can take my car in a day or two, but it was very hard to find it. BMR was very nice and kind, they listened to my story and tried to fix as soon as possible. The price was lower than the dealership, and much faster than I expected. I really appreciated what they have done.

We've been customers with them for years and they have always been upfront and honest with us with every vehicle we've taken to them. They will let you know if there my be a minor issue, but it can wait and they won't push you into the decision on the spot. They stand by their work, I recommend them to anyone.

Charged me $108+ and ridiculous labor time for a $27 oil pressure sensor available from the local dealer, and were not interested at all in attempting to keep a new customer for life. I will take my vehicles elsewhere for better service. I recommend you shop elsewhere for better customer service and not get ripped off to repair your car!

I went here for a job interview. The clerk at the service department greeted me. I asked for Bill McAnally and stated I have an interview with him. She was professional as she took my name and stated she will let him know I am here. I looked around as I waited. As soon as you walk in all you see is memorabilia and trophies, just as a race car place should look. The interview went very well, he truly expressed how he likes to take care of his customers and how important they are to him. I even got to see the garage it was very clean with it's white floors and organized. I would bring my 2001 BMW 330ci there to get service. I would highly recommend.

Always excellent service from a very knowledgeable service rep. along with great work by their professionally trained technicians. BMR has always done a superb job of performing the work on time and within the quote for the work, along with diagnosing the issues accurately so the work is done right the first time.. They have never requested to add work that wasn't needed and the finished product they have provided me with has met or exceeded my expectations every time.Thanks.....

Top notch. Very knowledgeable staff. Honest service and a beautiful facility. This is the best shop in town. I highly recommend them and I will not take my 3 vehicles anywhere else. The shop speaks for itself. Do yourself a favor and go check it out.

I had a service request that few shops would touch. Service transmission and install high capacity trans oil pan that I provided. I requested they try to find a transmission dipstick mount to anchor the dipstick on the engine. They did all of the requests and modified a bracket to work. Everything works great! These guys think on their feet. Racing mods are done in stride. The service writers understand what you are talking about. Most shops won't touch aftermarket parts. Price was right.

I don't know why you'd get your car fixed elsewhere, their prices actually compete with shops that overcharge and the quality is as good or better than dealerships
