Buyer Beware! Message to the owner!I wish I would have read the reviews before I trusted this business with our car. The Assistant Manager Jered is the most incompetent leader I ve come across in business.We were in desperate need to have our tire plugged due to a screw causing a leak. I spoke with Jered and he said the charge was $40 and $20 was due to mandatory balancing. Most of the tire shops in the area plug tires at no charge and if they do they don t require balancing. So out of desperation we said forget it and went along with it. Big O at this location patch tires not plug!I called a few other Big O Tires in the surrounding area and the Folsom location doesn t charge for fixing slow leaks, balancing is not required as well. So I asked Jered about the charge and he got angry that I asked. I asked again In regard to transparency. Which is my right!The individual that patched the tire was a nice kid by the way but lacked the experience to balance the tire. Jared went over to help him finish the job. When we got our new car back the rim was scratched pretty bad and I pointed it out to Jared and he said they didn t do it! He wasn t willing to take a picture nor offer any solution. Mind you, I have 3 other rims without 1 single scratch. So obviously it was a metal on metal situation. I told him I didn t agree with his assessment and he was not willing to talk to me any longer. He didn t accept accountability, he assumed I didn t want to pay because I asked him how did he come up with that assessment. He told me to get out he was calling the police. He had another employee call the police for no reason. He then said I could pay which I had no problem with. I paid for the service!He then told me to get off his property which I did, I parked on the street and waited 30 minutes for the police and they never came. How about that for an experience? I would not recommend this business to anyone as some of the other reviews speak for themselves!

Amazing shop an staff at this location.I came in with a blown tire and rim an the service desk was very transparent with me about the entire process from start to finish.I had called many other shops in the area and was reccomend this place an they stepped up an got a new rim,tire,did a full inspection of my suspension and a alignment etc all in just a few hours.I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for great work done with full transparency.

Awesome people, awesome prices, awesome attitudes, awesome service. Repaired my brakes after another national service station failed to honor my appointment that I had made.I called these guys and talked to Thomas. He got me in the same day. He and the team got my brakes fixed, both front and back. They got me in and out in just a couple of hours, and now everything's fine.

I bought a Groupon for an oil change two days ago. After I left I heard metal scraping... I did not know what was wrong with my car.When I got home I found that the metal piece under my car that protects it from people messing with my car only had two screws.. it was scraping on the ground.Where did all the other screws go? It was not like the is before I brought my car?Why did the guy who change my oil not warn me of this? It could have come off on the freeway and cause a major accident.Who does this? Who works on your car and does not disclose this?I am planning on contacting the Bureau of Automotive Repair to report them.This is terrible and a complete lack of professionalism and care.I SUPPOSE THERE IS A REASON THEY HAVE LOW STARS.I HAVE TOLD THE LORD WHAT THEY DID TO ME. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT.DO NOT GO HERE... THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CAR. THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE THEIR MISTAKES... ITS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

I've waited over a week to receive my tires. Scheduled an appointment to get them installed and was told it would take 1-1.5 hrs to install them. It took close to 4 hours of waiting for installation. This shop over-scheduling clients and not considering people's times and schedules. I've asked why it's taking so long, and all I was told was that I could wait or reschedule. Which makes no sense since I was a already here .

Went it to see if I could get my oil changed with a Groupon I purchased. The work crew was warm welcoming and kind. I came without an appointment and asked if I could be squeezed in. They advised me to ask the man at the desk. When I went in the man at the counter was very rude and told me I should have read the voucher which stated I needed an appointment. I very politely asked if I could please squeeze in now and mentioned the support staff was willing to assist if possible. The attitude and demeanor from the boss was so unwelcoming I actually felt scolded for asking. He seemed to hate his job and wanted to make sure everyone else did too. Unsure why he opened the shop and was servicing Pts prior to their 8am opening time if he was unwilling to have common curiosity at that hour. As I left he called the whole crew into his office over the loud speaker which made me feel terrible because I could only assume it was because I got them into trouble after saying they were willing to help when they (unknowingly, I arrived very early) had a full schedule. I'd rather eat the $30 I spent on the Groupon than have to deal with that disrespectful desk clerk again. Really unacceptable experience. Not upset I needed an appointment, I thought that may happen but I didn't expect to be treated like a nuisance when I wanted to be a customer.

Great people workin' here. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything I didn't come in for. I had my my brakes bled and pads replaced. Rotors resurfaced, and tires swapped, all in one day. Thanks folks!

I received exceptional customer service from this big o location. Kenneth was over the top in keeping me apprised of my vehicles status and the tires I purchased are great. Great prices as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you, a very happy customer, Michelle C.

On a warranty replacement for a tire I just bought this year, I was charged 57 just to put it on. The tire was obviously bad or put on poorly - I blew out the side, I didn't run over anything. One of the people at the desk got all smart with me and told me they could just give me the tire and they didn't have to put it on when I was frustrated to have to pay to replace a faulty tire under warranty. The reason for the 2* vs 1 was that they at least replaced it quickly and the other people that helped me were at least polite.

Pathetic customer service in short past. Requested new tire, not running well under WARRANTY be replaced. They refused, owner never replied to complaint letter. Contacted national hotline, twice told someone would contact me in Florida offices. No reply. Terrible place to trust and they did not honor warranty problems.GO somewhere else. Went to another local company and they found tire in question was installed inside out. Outside of tire was reversed an inside on outside. Complete joke, neither idiot caught this mistake. Both manager and rep complete jerks.

Great experience! I was helped by Brian and he went above and beyond any expectations. Not only was his customer service spectacular, but he helped to find me the best deal and the best tires for it after looking through the system for me in full detail. I feel like I was treated with my needs on a golden platter and my car was treated with respect and handled with care. I would highly recommend to others and go back in the future for my tire needs! Always a good experience at Big O Tires in Roseville. I come here for my regular oil and filter change and tire rotation. They do a good job of checking for regular maintenance and Advising when items need to be replaced for worn. But be careful up sales.

I was treated to a free brake inspection which resulted in a full replacement of pads on all 4 and rotors on the front. I knew in advance that could be the case so I wasn't surprised. The store manager was so very thorough and helpful. I truly appreciated it. I highly recommend this establishment for your brake needs and while your at it maybe the tires too.

I brought my truck in and spent $1500 on tires and an alignment. Just for my truck to change lanes by itself and start to wobble over 55. So I get out and check not only is my alignment ripping hard left, but I noticed a lug nut almost off, hanging on by a thread, on my rear tire. So I brought my truck back in for a realignment, and to get it figured out. They said my alignment was off a full degree and it s fixed and ready to be picked up. As soon as I get home, I walk around the truck to find out that they didn t even put the lug nut back on that I had sitting on my center consul for them. I would go to another store or a different company. I do not recommend these people to anyone.

Excellent selling of Michelin tires by Tyler and perfect service by Darius! Had to mention them, both, because of their professionalism, courteousness, and efficiency. They answered all my questions fully, gave me a detailed report on the wear of my old tires, and also made sure my spare was in good working order. They were way above the service I've encountered at other tire stores. Great doing business with them and will recommend them to others.

I had bought a battery at a different place and was told they couldn t install it, the sales person recommended this shop to me because they are fairly priced. Stopped by and explained my situation and they were able to install my battery no problem. They were very understanding of the situation and took care of it. Thank you!!!

If there is a service station/ store that has a more well oiled running staff than this place PLEASE show Me!!! From the Manager Darius to My cashier/ tech KP, to My oil change tech EVERYONE here is very nice, informative and You can really sense the tight knit relationship they all have together. Felt welcomed from th moment I stepped through the doors this morning. Recommendations were very well explained and not up sold so they make more money. I walked away knowing I can fully trust this store and it's staff whenever I need automotive expertise. If 100 stars was applicable I'd give it! Highly recommended

Excellent customer service! My warning lights came on for tire pressure while on my drive back from Tahoe. The guys immediately took the time to check my tires and adjusted them with the right pressure. Thank you Big O Tires!

A big thank you to Ken Pease, the service manager. Above and beyond excellent customer service! My warning lights came on for tire pressure while on my way to an appointment. He immediately took the time to check the tires and get them filled with the right pressure. The best Big O tires shop!

I bought 1700 worth of new michelins here. The tires are great. But when I got a bolt in a rear tire and needed help they said theres nothing they can do today. I said wait so you have 3 guys here, there is literally nothing in the bays. Not one car. Im the only guy here and you close in 20 minutes so you cant do it today? He said I can try downtown sacramento they re open an hour longer.Really? Im Staying in sac so I did go to the big o there. They took care of me no problem. The guy said when I arrived so you were already at a big o? And they wouldn t stay for you? Shook his head and said wow. Thats ridiculous. Clearly he appeared embarrassed and not proud to be part of a company who tolerates that laziness. He restored a little hope for me in big o. Roseville sucks though.In reply to owner comment below:I have no idea what you just said, no clue what that means. Im a glass half full guy always looking for the positive in situations so here goes - thank you? For helping me understand what empty words filling space means... I was taken care if by the guys in downtown Sac. They did a great job, they were super busy banging vehicles through there like they knew what they were doing. They found two holes ordered me a new tire and I was in and out in 20 min. One guy completed the work. Even had time to answer questions and educate me on michelins. Please don t take this the wrong way. It comes from a good place and i would like to see you do something positive in response to my comments. And Im sorry to tell it like it is but he difference between my two experiences today is one thing. Leadership. One store has it, one store does not. I know its hard these days to find talent. Maybe if you wait longer it will get easier.

Greatly appreciated as I was working away from home and working in Roseville California. I observed the other customers as well and they too where in and out of the big o tires building in a short period of time. Again I really want people to understand and acknowledge Jared P. & team member / technicians really took great care of me and truly and highly recommend this location for their services! I came in for my appointment oil change, brought a coupon I had but didn't need it they already applied one for me before I could show them the one I brought. Didn't take long and I was back on the road. But what I appreciated the most a couple days later I got a random text asking how my car was doing. Something so small made me right this review because it's something like that effortless text to make sure everything is still going smoothly. To ensure my safety on the road . I don't know if every place does that but if your in the area I'd suggest going here. Fair prices great service no complaints thanks again
