Excellent service! Brought in my BMW 7 series that had a coolant leak. They found the leak in the radiator, ordered the part & was in the next day. Jared also sent me pictures of what was going on. Also my trunk would not open due to me having a stereo shop do some work. They latch broke & Bertini s fixed it. Everyone is really nice & cares about your vehicle. Highly recommend!

Always friendly and communicative. I've been bringing my VW here for a few years. I no longer live in the Roseville area, but still make the effort to bring my car here for service because I know I can trust the service and count on them.There is a library, art gallery, Vernon Square, co-working space, and coffee shops all in short walking distance to spend the time during service. I've been driving for 20 years and this is the first car mechanic that I feel good about bringing my car to. Highly recommend.

Impressively honest mechanics and very knowledgeable. I came in with with issues that other mechanics had no idea what to do with and these guys figured it. They gave me very straightforward answers and solutions and had no intention of running up a bill on me.They can be trusted with your german car.

I highly recommend Bertini s when your vehicle needs service. They do great work and stand behind it. Most recently, they replaced an unreliable battery in my Mercedes at no charge. Yes, the battery was under warranty, but they provided this service one day after I contacted them and both parts and labor were covered. Your can trust them to do right by you, too!

I feel very lucky to have found this business. It is such a gift knowing you can trust what they tell you and know they will do a great job. Jared has always been not only extremely professional but personable and so knowledgeable as well. When I pick up my car it s sparkly clean (how cool is that?!) and I have a great explanation of whatever service or repair was needed. I won t take my Mercedes anywhere else. With them taking care of it I hope to keep it on the road for many years.

I moved back to the area a little over a year ago and I was referred to Bertini's by a friend and I'm glad I was. Imports are expensive to work on but this is the first place I haven't felt ripped off after a service. My advisor is up front about issues, costs and timeframes for when I should bring my car in and for what services. I've had multiple services done, under the hood, suspension, oil changes, breaks, etc. For reference, I have a 2016 BMW 228i.

Jared Cason's Outstanding Service at Bertini's German Motors!I recently visited Bertini's German Motors for the second time, and once again, Jared Cason delivered outstanding service. My first visit, which was for a battery replacement, was equally impressive. Despite the short notice during my recent visit, Jared efficiently addressed an urgent issue with my GLK350, including a brake and oil change. The added bonus of a washed car was a pleasant surprise. Jared's consistent professionalism and attention to detail make Bertini's German Motors my go-to for automotive needs. Highly recommend!

I had a concerning gas smell coming from my Mercedes. Called Bertini's among a couple other places. Jared was the only one that knew what it could possibly be just by talking to him over the phone. Dropped my car off for a diagnostic and oil change. He called me later said what was wrong and cost. Didn't hesitate to have them do my repairs. I'm happy with how honest and cost of my repairs and turn around time. Definitely recommend them . Thanks so much for being quick honest and keeping me safe.

I brought my Audi Q7 in for a oil change. Being new to the area, I wasn t sure where to bring it. But I found them to be very honest and professional. The Jared and the crew at Bertini's run a "dealership-type" service department - clean, courteous, professional - at lower pricing than the authorized dealerships. They invest in technology so their website is easy to navigate and schedule appointments, with service writer software that saves time and keeps customers informed. Had an excellent experience with Bertini's. Was on a 5,000 mile road trip and had a wheel bearing that was starting to fail. They were honest about the severity of the problem (maybe didn't need to be repaired until I got home) and I chose to have work done. Completely fixed my car's vibrations and noises and they gave me a list of other parts that are wearing down to be fixed when I'm back at home.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I've been a customer of Bertini's for 20+ years. They are great at quickly diagnosing the problem and providing a fair repair estimate, then, following through with excellent repair work. I highly recommend taking your expensive German made car to Jared. He will take great care of you. This shop is awesome! I haven't actually had any work done here but I got lucky enough to break down (coolant blow out) right in front of their shop trying to get Tina car show next door. They went out of their way to find me some old coolant and water they had in the shop, let me use their hose and knife to fix my car. Made it to the show and home without a hitch! Anybody I know that needs some German motors work done I'm sending them their way.

We're always so please with the excellent, efficient and honest service that has been given to us since you starting servicing our BMW when the Factory Warranty had expired. We know it's been a number of years, but don't recall how many. Thank you for always being professional and courteous. This type of customer service has long been and almost of thing of the past. There's not been a time that I haven't felt welcomed and reassured when I call or walk into this business. I feel 100% confident that I've been given all the correct information regarding my car as well as all of the options available to me. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners this last visit and I can see why her team is exceptional in every way - they had a great teacher. Jared and Chris are amazing in the front and I appreciate the knowledge, the expertise, the professionalism and advice that Jared provides. I don't get to really see or speak to the guys in the back but I know they are just as amazing by the way my car drives. Thank you Bertinis for always taking such good care of me and my family.

Chris and the crew are great! They are fast, professional, and get the work done without any problems. They are also informative about any doubt or question(s) you have. I took them my first German car and they always kept it in tip too shape although I frequently forgot to take it when they told me to. My 2nd German car and Bertini is my go to spot to service my car. The rates are affordable and fair.

2018 Audi Q5 needed 2 year service. Had a heart attack at Audi Dealership service prices. I have worked next to Bertinis for years. Looked them up and read rave reviews so booked a service with them. I was promptly greeted and car was ready when promised. They even did some topping off of fluids at no charge. Saved hundreds of dollars using this shop. Highly recommend.

I got a quote for a clutch install and their prices were very high. I was quoted just shy of $1300 just for labor as I had already had the parts. I was told that they prefer to not have customer provided parts and I feel the labor quote was raised considerably to punish me for providing my own part. I already had a single mass flywheel in my car which is a very common conversion and chances are they would have ordered the wrong parts plus I have lifetime warranty on it by purchasing it myself from fcp euro.. 3 years ago I had a clutch installed for $660 in labor. I continued calling around and found another reputable shop that specialized in German cars that's been around for more than 30 years and had it done for $640, almost $650 cheaper! I would avoid this place at all costs. A privately owned shop that would charge more than the dealership blows my mind.

First time I've been here but I've been recommended by multiple people. Superb work! First off they aren't cheap, but no German car repair is, but what you get is quality with them. They didn't overcharge, they're straight forward and broke the billing down really well. They even washed my car, maybe even waxed it. Car smelled better than when I gave it to them and they were working under the hood. Now that's service. When my car breaks down again like all good bmws do, I'll bring it back.

My wife and I can't say enough about Bertini's. We were new to the city of Roseville and I was looking for a reputable shop to service our BMW X5. After yelping a few shops in the area we chose this shop. Our contact person was Jared who spelled out what work they would perform and would contact us if they found anything else that needed to be addressed. Upon finding a couple of bushings that were broken they contacted us electronically (email & text). They have a great system for updates, description of work and for agreeing to perform the work. just a smooth way to do business in today's busy world.

Friendly staff and mechanics. Fair pricing and honest. I know a little bit about cars and mechanics, and they seem to trustworthy, quick and jonest with shop time charged. They are busy, they try their best to accommodate, but busy probably because of what I said above.

This place has amazing service. I brought my BMW 335i in that was salvage title. They fixed all the Hack job repairs that it had. I also Had an unrelated electrical issue the next day and Jarred the service guy went above and beyond to come out and fix the issue himself. If you have a German car? I highly recommend this place. Talk to my boy Jarred he really knows his stuff and will take care of you.
