All my Battery needs are here. Great staff. Super fast service of my car battery install. Took about 10 minutes once I decided on the battery. 4 Year Warranty. Competitively priced. Everything is more expensive these days. Worth it here. Highly recommend.

My car battery connection had oxidized, and the battery ran low on power. I decided to replace the 5-year-old batter.I went to Batteries Plus for their low price and free installation.They had the battery needed in store and check out was quick. They started to install the battery right away.The replacement was a bit more complicated as the oxidized connection was stuck on the battery terminal and would not come off. They worked on it until they got it off, cleaned the connection and added a new battery. It didn't work the first time and they cleaned the connection again.They clean the car after their work. They were very careful with the job.I'm thankful for their service and availability.The car starts as new, and the battery has needed power again.

This is one of those great stores I enjoy visiting because it s a nice break from buying everything on my phone. I enjoy supporting local businesses and they really know their stuff when it comes to lighting.They had a very hard to find a lightbulb that we use in our kitchen and it s so nice to know that they are available locally when they can be out of stock on different websites. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Needed a car battery. The ease of purchasing it online and scheduling a free installation appointment was effortless. Didn't take long at all to have the battery installed and I was on my way. Happy customer here!

Great customer service. Very friendly, professional and patient. Had all the answers to my questions. The person I worked with installed the electrolyte solution in the batter.y for my quad w/o asking and then gave me instructions so I would know when it was fully charged. Also I bought the wrong size initially. They took it back easily with my receipt. First time I used BP and they far exceeded my expectations. Definitely will be my go to store for batteries.

They may know their stuff about batteries, but don't take your phone there to get it repaired. Manager Jeff still has not returned my call even after stopping by there two times. If you have a claim through Assurant, choose another location.

Dishonest employees!!!! Do not allow them to work on your equipment! I took my watch into the Roseville location for a battery replacement. They had a new employee working on my watch who used a clamp to secure the back of the watch which cracked the crystal. My husband spoke with Jess and he said they would send it to a jeweler for repair. We waited 10 days and received a call that the watch was ready for pick up. My husband picked up and they told him they bought us a new watch since the original watch wasn t repairable. Great! I try it on and it doesn t fit my wrist. Something was wrong. We called them and they told us they bought a new used watch off eBay that was in better condition than my original watch. This is just dishonest! Why not be up front instead of making me think I was getting a new watch. I went and bought a new watch that was close to my old watch and asked to be reimbursed. They don t want to do that. The replacement cost $65. Not that expensive but they want to give me a much smaller amount. Never leave your jewelry with anyone .this is bait and switch with lots of lies mixed in. They are not trustworthy. You broke it you are responsible for that. You are not a jewelry store and should not attempt to repair jewelry you broke.

Was very happy with the service I received. Was pleasantly surprised when the young man who brought out my battery at the curbside pickup, installed my new battery for me. He even offered for me and my dog to go inside the store where it was cool (108 deg. outside) while he put my new battery in for free!

I needed my keyfob battery replaced....again. :{This time I went to Batteries Plus on Pleasant Grove in Roseville. I was in and out of there with a new, working battery in less time than it took the guy at the car dealer to replace it. The young man (now I sound old, but I didn't pay attention to his name!) who helped me was very friendly and efficient. I've only been there a few times, but always get good, friendly service.

I ve purchased more than 7 batteries from the location in roseville on pleasant grove, as well as battery jump starters and other misc items - over $2000 spent in this store!When my expensive AGM best of the best battery died (literally as soon as the warranty was up) they basically told bad luck to you , and offered to sell me a replacement. I tried to give them a chance to make it right, asked them to understand it from my perspective. But they were uninterested. I think sometimes people lose compassion and understanding when they see the same thing all the time, desensitized to this situation, and then stop caring.Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. Somewhere that actually cares about its customers, not to mention offers the exact same thing for nearly half the price.

I call this store to see if they had this battery on stock. He told they didn't have it and to call another store. I asked if he can search for a store that might have it, he said he had not way of doing that. so I did call another of their stores and they said that the store I originally called it showed they did have that battery. I called back and the same guy put me on hold indefinitely and after listening to their pre recording for more15 minutes I hung up. Extremely poor customer service.

Outstanding customer service! Jackson and Carson are amazing! Very high-end quality products as well. Back in 2017 I needed a new battery for my 14 Harley Davidson Limited. I was very hesitant to try batteries plus as I ve always stuck with OEM dealer equipment. I m very pleased to say the battery replaced today was five years old and still was not having any problems. I replaced it just to be safe. The staff at this location is amazing. The prices are outstanding. I saved 15% just by buying it online and then picking it up. And yes they are high-quality and work really well and Harley touring bikes. I LOVE Batteries Plus!

When Sears at the Galleria left, I needed a new go- to for car batteries. I chose batteries+, and I'm very satisfied. I bought the battery on their website with a10% off coupon, and then scheduled a slot to have it installed for me. They were prompt and professional with the installation. I'll be back.

Horrible customer service. All the employees have attitudes. Brought a phone in to fix the screen and they completely locked the phone up so it had to be erased. Lost all data that wasn't backed up. Had the exact same phone fixed at other places without a problem. Won't be coming here for anything again.

Excellent service. Quick and someone was ready to help me almost immediately upon entering the store. I had scheduled an appointment to fix our phone screen. The process was simple and my phone was fixed in under 1 hour. We also had a back up key made for our truck and the person who helped us made sure it worked before we left the store. Every associate we dealt with was friendly and made it easy to get all we needed to get done, done. Thank you, Batteries Plus Bulbs!

I get all my batteries here. Their customer service never disappoints. I've had them check my batteries for their lifecycle. And I love when I need a battery replacement, I just pull up, go in, purchase a new battery and they come right out and replace it for me. Have never had a bad experience here.

Had to have my battery replaced in my iPhone. Every place I called was days out, I was able to get my battery replaced the same day, in less time and a great price. Great customer service, care and price!

Highly recommend this location. Excellent customer service from employees. You can purchase the item online (they have great discount codes available!) and pickup in store. They'll even install the battery for you! Wow!

Friendly, fast, courteous service and good prices. I had ordered the wrong battery for my Sprinter, and they were able to swap it without difficulty or expense. The install was a little complicated, and they were great about it.Highly recommend this business and the young folks who work there.

Painful. Didn't have what I needed. Ask them to order it. They couldn't. Supervisor didn't seem to know much and was a little snarky and dismissive... Questioned my needs and acted like the whole thing was stupid... I've had better service at a similar store on greenback near sunrise Mall... I won't bother going in this place again. Thank them for their efforts and received no acknowledgment. Stock was low and parking situation is ridiculous because the line for Chick-fil-A was blocking the only entrance... I give up... should have saved myself the 20 minutes...

I ordered online, and after about fifteen minutes I receive an email that my order was ready to be picked up at the store. Please continue with the prompt turnaround. The reason I ordered from you is because per your website, the merchandise I need was available for pick up at the store nearest my location, reasonable price, 10% discount on online order. Then after a few minutes of my online order, I received an email that my order was ready for pickup. At the store, I was greeted and helped by one of your associates. I was out of your store in a few minutes. I liked the ease of ordering online, convenience of pick up at the store nearest me within an hour of ordering. If my next experience with your store is as fast and convenient as this first one, then I would search your site first before other sites.
