I just wanted to come on here and write this review to let everyone know how Walker and Ahmed went above and beyond for me and my son. I was stuck at a parking lot last Monday during the storm with a dead car battery. I called my road side assistance company and they sent a third party to help me out. The person that came out told me they couldn t jump start my car and I needed to purchase a new one for $340. I had my 4 year old in the car, and this person knew I was stuck and didn t have any other options. I refused to pay because I knew he didn t even try to jump start my vehicle. I declined to purchase the new battery and he left. I saw that Auto Zone was a 3 min drive from where I was and I called and spoke to Walker and explained my situation. First words out of his mouth was don t worry we are going to help you, we will not leave a mom and her kid stranded, especially in this weather . Walker literally sent one of his employees over to jump start my car, Ahmed. My car started, after the first try, and I drove to Auto Zone to personally thank Walker and to purchase the new battery. Not only did they save me hundreds of dollars, they saved me from having to tow my car, and from so much stress having to figure out things with my 4 year old with me. This is above and beyond customer service. I can t thank them enough!!!

After signing up for the loyalty program and getting the app I decided that going forward I would exclusively use AutoZone for my auto parts needs in the future. My first experience was replacing all the brake pads on my daughter's car. I ordered and paid for the pads on the app and within an hour I was notified they were ready to be picked up. Other then a little attitude from the store employee who was obviously having a bad day, the process was seamless and definitely faster and easier. Within a few days I discovered that one of the coils in my truck was bad and needed to be replaced. The AutoZone I previously used near my house didn't have the coil but another in the next town over did so I ordered and paid for it. After waiting longer then the previous time to be notified my part was ready I contacted the store and asked how long it would be before I could pick up my part. The person who helped me on the phone told me he would check and after a short hold told me they didn't have the part in stock. Confused I asked how that could be since the app said they were the only ones that had it. He said they showed they had it too but checking where it should be found that they had part number DG511 instead of DG508 which is what I needed. He said their hub had the part and it would be at the store the next day. I told him that I only ordered from them because they had it and I needed to do the job today. After placing me on hold to confer with the manager he came back on and said my part had been picked up from the hub after all and I could come pick it up. After hanging up I immediately received an automated text message saying my part was ready for pick up. Because of rush hour traffic it took over a hour to drive and get the part. Getting back home I removed the old coil and when I opened the sealed bag to get the new one out I discovered that it was different then the original and could not be installed or even used. Checking the number on the bag I discovered that someone had taken a black Sharpie and altered the last two numbers on the bag to make it DG508. Getting a magnifying glass I could see that the original number on the bag was DG511. After calling customer service I returned the part to the store where the manager proceeded to tell me it was an honest mistake. He acted like it was no big deal, like it happens all the time. No accountability, no apology and no acknowledgement of wasting my time. Ended up going out of my way again to a competitor and purchased the right part. Look at the pictures and you tell me if it's a honest mistake. I can't think of any reason why someone would alter the number of a part on the packaging other then to commit fraud. Please look at the two coils in the second photo to see that they aren't even close. Deceptive business practices, lies and fraud is what you'll get at this AutoZone. Uninstalled the app and will NEVER use AutoZone again. Please look at the pictures to decide if you should use them. There is more to this story that I'll be sharing with the BBB and the authorities. Took 2 days to get my money back...

Every time I come in to this specific location the service is always inadequate to say the least. The employee s have no knowledge of anything and they never help out customers in the fashion in which they come in. I can t count how many times I ve been next in line and yet I m always looked over. It s honestly ridiculous especially when I ve already done everything (like calling ahead of time to have loaner tools set aside) and yet service is still under par. Mind you there s never an unreasonable amount of customers at once. Do better autozone.List of these poor employees- Tyler- Walker

The associates are always friendly and helpful. I have been doing the brakes on my wife s Lexus for the past 10 years. The lifetime warranty on their brake pads are the best deal. I will keep buying parts from Autozone.

Unfortunately Google does not allow the same account to write multiple reviews for the same business. Luckily, another account will do then.Once again, Braden to the rescue. After a particularly bad morning and afternoon, I stopped by to pick up some oil for my car. Went back outside and lo and behold, I locked my keys in my car. Embarrassed, tired, and frustrated, I walked back in and asked if anyone could help me out. Braden quickly grabbed a tool, came out to my car, and after 15 minutes of trying to maneuver through about an inch and a half of open window, he managed to get my car open and kept me on schedule for the rest of the day. Their customer service is really on point and it's always a pleasure to see them time and time again. A new Autozone opened up recently that's a little closer to than Braden's place, but I think I'll be making the extra drive just for the service.

Excellent service! The guys helped me with tools to repair my broken headlight. They had everything I needed to complete the job right in the parking lot. Batteries are so expensive, but the cashier reminded me that I had $10 credit on my rewards account! Every bit helps!

I don t usually write reviews, hence why this one is special to me. Over 4 months, I ve come to this place with two different cars but we will focus on my current one. Oil light came on and so I headed over. When I explained my situation to Braden, he graciously offered to help me check my oil and find a new 5 quarts of oil for it. I am a careful individual. Always asking questions, I like things being explained in depth to me, as well as getting projections for the future. Braden did just that. He answered every question that I had without making me feel stupid (they were pretty stupid questions), and every explanation was crystal clear without confusion. Turns out I had oil leaking somewhere and he went through what my future options were. He didn t try to overstep and sell what I didn t need, he simply helped in the most friendly manner I ve experienced, and was honestly a pleasure to work with. I had come here previously for cleaning supplies to do some detailing in the car because it was honestly filthy when I got it. Again, Braden was the one to help me and he took the time to go through which upholstery/fabric cleaner was for certain messes and stains. Got home, used the one he recommended, and it worked like a charm. The customer service here is pretty amazing and it s always a pleasure to stop by when I need to.Side note: pretty sure his name was Braden. Might ve been Brendan. Regardless, that guy is pretty awesome.

I went in and a younger person was extremely helpful. However the other person acted like they didn t want to be there. Multiple questions were met with laziness and being redirected to leave him alone, more or less. He was older and it s unfortunate that it could be poor training or just a part time employee. I m not sure the reasoning but do not be shocked if your met with this.

Went to Auto Zone on Foothills Blvd in Roseville on Saturday August 26th at 8:30 AM. I was the only customer and there were to employees working behind the counter. I went to Auto Zone because the website says their employees will help analyze why your cars check engine light is on and offer suggestions for parts to correct the issue. I told the employee that my cars check engine light was on. He handed me the analyzer and told me I had to check it myself because he's not allowed to do it. If that is correct Auto Zone needs to change their website to indicate that. I won't be going back to that Auto Zone ever again.

Regina went out of her way to help me get my complicated warranty situation sorted and I ended up buying more stuff than I needed because it was a feel good experience. Even with the part being delayed a day it was a great experience. Ethan Z was also stellar as he kept his patience with me as I was certain about the warranty. He was so helpful and friendly reminds me why I keep coming back to this store.

Worst employee has got to the guy that sold us a radiator today and gave us the WRONG ONE!!!! probably the same guy that told my boyfriend it'd take 8 hours to charge a battery and to come back the following day. Looking for inconvenience go to this store they've got that down pat.

I stopped by this Autozone for a headlight replacement and was taken care of! Braden P. Was very helpful and did a SUPER FANTASTIC job with assisting me on replacing my headlight, I couldn t have done it without him! Highly recommend getting parts from this location!

I liked the A-1 great staff. So helpful. I felt a happy vibration in the store made me want to buy more and visit more. Next year they are moving to a new area near. It was inspiring. I worked on my car maintenance and had fun.

Always been a great store for general parts. Underpaid Staff really try to understand your vehicle, not your feelings if not in stock. I believe Corporate needs to step up and update their catalog with better manufacturers and availability. We always will need our neighborhood parts stores

Great customer service, needed a battery, mine was dead and still under warranty, they replaced it no problem. And did it for me, installed and everything.Super helpful, seemed a little short staffed but epic service! I would go here again to get my auto parts no question.**Highly recommend**

The assistant manager at Autozone on Foothills Blvd store saved my day!! Sadly when I returned to my car after breakfast it was raining. On the drive home I was shocked to see that my windshield wiper blades were missing. I pulled over and found that someone had taken the blades off and left them in cowl section under the hood of my car. Turns out a special tool is needed to put the blades back on. I drove to Autozone to find out what could be done. The assistant manager took the time to solve my dilemma and I am safely back on the road in the rain. He was nice, patient and committed to helping me through a difficult situation. Thank you Autozone. From a forever customer in Roseville, CA.

I drove my wife s car to this AutoZone this morning since it wouldn t start without jumpstarting. I thought maybe it was a charging problem. Rick Faveau came out and carefully checked and tested everything, fixed a loose connection, ultimately diagnosed it as a sudden battery failure, sold me a new battery making sure I got my $56 credit back for my old one that died earlier than expected, and personally installed the new battery for me with an extra cap to make sure it fit properly. Excellent service. Would totally recommend this Auto Zone.

Regina, and Ethan had great customer service! Greeted me when I came in, and helped me find what I needed fast and easy. I would recommend dealing with them, they made my experience wonderful and I couldn t ask for better customer service. I will definitely be returning!

Came in yesterday after helping a stranded trucker get a new battery and was blown away by how kind and professional every worker at this location was, this place is the gold standard for customer care and service and I will definitely be back, thanks again guys!

I had to get a new car battery and went to this AutoZone as it is very near me. Teri was the employee helping me. Teri went above and beyond. First she found me the correct battery, and then helped put it under the hood for me. That turned out to be no easy task. She persisted until it was correctly installed. Then, she stood there while I started the car. The car was not starting up properly, so she checked another part which really needed changing as it was blocking the air flow. So she found me the correct part for that and installed it.I drove home a happy customer and will not hesitate to go to this AutoZone in the future if needed.

No one there knew the ampere hour capacity of the batteries they sold, but I could look them up online and the store has great selection, plus 2, 8, and 15 A battery chargers. A 60 AH 12V AGM battery was $190 and the 8A charger was about $100 (but it did know AGM vs. flooded cell charging}.

My vehicle's battery was dying today. I was in a hurry since I just stopped there on my way to work. Johnny was able to fix and replace my battery in 20 mins. It was quicker than I expected and happy with the service provided.

Great staff at this location. I barely had any knowledge of car parts but the staff here helped me get all the parts compatible with my car. They also helped with the machine borrowed to diagnose the warning light to know the error codes and suggested the parts which need to be replaced.

Came here yesterday to get a new windshield wiper and went into the book to try and figure out which one I needed. Roy saw me looking and immediately helped me out by letting me know he could find it much faster in the system. After finding out what size windshield wiper I needed, he was knowledgeable in the different types of wipers. After purchasing, he even helped me install it which would ve taken me a solid 20 minutes to figure out on my own. Thank you, Roy!

I love this place!!! Every time we come here the staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful. I really know nothing about cars and they are soo patient with me and always find me what I need for the best price. We will come to this location every time!!!
