The last thing I wanted to do on my New Years weekend was spend time in a dealership buying a new car for my daughter. I'm very clear and direct when I purchase a vehicle, yet most dealerships go right past the most basic part of providing a great customer experience by failing to listen to their qualified buyer. I have to say, the team at AutoNation Subaru of Roseville exceeded all of my expectations. No haggling, no hassling, no attempt to sell add-ons I clearly said up front I didn't want. Thanh and Brad showed me nothing but respect and commitment to listening to my needs. In all, I was in and out in less than 90 minutes with a great deal on the exact car I found on their site.

Heather was fantastic. I had an appointment, but my car would not start so I had it towed in to AutoNation Subaru Roseville. Naturally, I was late. Heather was reassuring and said the battery was dead. She had it replaced and had the scheduled maintenance done. From a bad start to an efficient battery replacement and regular service, it was a great end from a bad start in the day. Thanks to Heather. No fuss, just did what needed to be done.

Making my appt was very easy. Upon arrival my advisor (Cody) was on top of it! He went over what I was there for and got my car to the techs quickly. He gave me an estimated time which turned out to be pretty accurate. Cody found me in the waiting room gave a run down on how the service went and made recommendation for future services. No high pressure! He even asked me if I wanted my car washed. You betcha! I had a very positive experience overall. Thank you Cody and service techs for taking care of my car!

First got in contact with Freedom regarding a trade-in. AutoNation always seems to be the most reasonable with what they'll give you for your trade. I had a horrendous experience with Subaru Elk Grove, so it was nice dealing with Freedom. He put me in contact with Nick, who is newer to the job but absolutely awesome throughout the process. I would definitely recommend people to shop for their next Subaru at this spot.

On my second Subaru and I've always had my service at AutoNation Roseville Subaru, at first for the location but over time because of the honesty, fair value and great staff.I am confident the technicians are very familiar with my vehicle and appreciate the inspection video they text me while I'm waiting.The amenities in their lounge make it very comfortable (the coffee machine is amazing) and there's always snacks. I typically bring my laptop and work remotely while waiting for my car but they also offer Lyft at no charge if I needed a ride home.I can't say enough, the Subaru "vibe" is for real!

One of the best service centers that I have ever experienced. Service advisor Raj is one heck of a nice guy. We bought this new Outback because the previous vehicle we owned (another brand) got 2-years of free service with purchase and I always had to re-do the service (Retired mechanic). I inspected all the work AutoNation Subaru performed, all fluid levels perfect, tire pressures correct, lug nut torque perfect...etc.. Use this center with confidence, great staff.

Wonderful people! Great service. I can drop by any time, for any reason, and they always take care of me. I bought my car from them 5 years ago and just finished my 60k mi service. They have been with me every step of the way. I love my Subaru and I love my support team.

I have always had good service. My old service writer left and the new person that took over was great. Heather constantly kept me informed of the status and even called me the day before to discuss my needs. Best Subaru in the greater Sacramento area.

Always great service and done in a timely manner. Raj always takes care of my car needs. They always provide a ride home when I drop my car off or if waiting in their customer lounge area, it's comfy and they provide some tasty coffee or other beverages. I''ll always bring my Subaru here. Only thing that would change that is if I move out of the area.

I ve always had a positive experience at Auto Nation, Roseville. My recent visit was no different. My advisor for this visit (Raj) was able to schedule an alignment and get me in and out the door in just over an hour. This was on the Saturday before the New Year. I imagine I got really lucky with timing as this dealership is generally busy - all the time!Excellent service! Welcoming check in, clean and spacious waiting area.

We recently bought a Forester and it needed some touch up on the paint and resurfacing of a couple rims. The team at Subaru was fantastic. They fixed the dings and repaired a tear in our leather seats. The car looks great. What a great experience it has been working with these people.

I purchased a used hybrid flawlessly. I went in pre-approved and a better rate was actually found that saved me much more money and gave me a lower car payment. There were a few minor items I noticed after purchase that were immediately addressed and fixed without any cost to me. I'll definitely go back when I'm ready to buy another vehicle

I brought my 2011 Outback into Subaru Roseville for an oil change, a multi point inspection, and to replace my brake light. I received more than I anticipated in care and service for my car. Jason went above and beyond, and really took care of me and my needs. He thoroughly explained everything to me, had all issues I raised fixed and taken care of, and had me out the door in 2 hours. Wonderful service from everyone involved.

Subaru Roseville service is amazing! They did a perfect job on my 36K service for my 2021 Crosstrek. They were even nice enough to hook me up a ride back to my place so i would not have to wait for a few hours in the waiting room. I would recommend anyone to service their Subaru here.

Never had a bad experience with Subaru Roseville. They are helpful, honest, and kind. I always work with Heather because she's so helpful. I recently had Raj, and he was just as amazing. Both helped me use the best coupon available for my service, and really helped prioritize the work that needs to be done on my Forester. I NEVER feel upselled or presented bogus issues. Everything is supported by video proof from the technician. What I appreciate most about Subaru Roseville is everyone's honesty. Knowing you aren't being taken advantage of and having quality work done with warranty is worth every penny.Subaru forever

March 7th I had to cancel my service appointment because my 2021 Outback wouldn t start. I asked to speak with the service manager Mike V., of course, he wasn t available. Four times I called and left three messages for Mike and also an email. The fourth time I called I thought they were connecting me to Mike but instead I got Raj, my service advisor. Well, he had no advice just excuses. Here we are a week later Mike still hasn t called.I called Maita Subaru explained what was happening. I spoke with Jake(?) and after trying a few things my husband got the car started.We took our Outback there for the oil change and tire rotation they were done in forty minutes. At Roseville for the same service we would be there about two hours. Big difference!!The only reason we started going to Roseville Subaru is because it is closer to where we live. Well, now we will drive the extra miles and spend the money on gas to be treated right. I m sure no dealership is perfect, but they should at least have the courtesy to return calls. I will NEVER recommend Roseville Subaru for purchasing a car or for service. Never!!

2024-2-27 Subaru Impreza AutoNation Subaru ServiceAverage ratingThis appointment was unusual because of the long wait for check-in and picking up my car. For both the wait was 20+ minutes even though I had asked attendants why I was waiting so long. Even had time to go to the Restroom.My Service Advisor was very apologetic for the long wait, and kept his cool knowing that I wasn t happy. In addition, Service failed to check my oil level, but spent time checking my transmission oil. At check-in I had indicated that oil light had been coming on intermittently. Subsequently, I had to fill to proper level myself oil level was at low or below oil stick indicator. This was also unexpected, since AutoNation Subaru performed an oil/filter change only 2 months prior to this visit.

Promptly greeted on arrival. Service needed was well explained while still understanding that I have a fixed income. Was told wait time would be 1.5 hours and was the service was completed in that time frame. Comfortable wating area.

I was ready for a new car. I saw Auto Nation Subaru s web page and saw a car I liked. When I called, I had the good fortune to talk to Amber Taylor. With a short, focused talk, she invited me down to give the car a try. It was exactly what I wanted. After a generous trade-in offer for my old car, I was ready to go enjoy my new car. Amber was great while she shepherded me through what is usually long and tedious process. A short time later I was ready to go, Amber even helped to transfer my belongings from the old car to the new. Thanks Amber and Auto Nation Subaru!

Raj was my service advisor --- he was professional and accurate with the cost and time it would take for the intended service. Pictures were taken at the start of the process. Raj gave me options I could select (30,000-mile service). There was no pressure to select one option over the other. Raj gave me periodic updates on the service. Subaru Roseville at the Auto Mall provides a video of the vehicle --- the mechanic videos the exterior, under the hood, and under the vehicle and gives a verbal analysis of the status of each system --- sent to your phone near the end of the servicing. The mechanic test-drives the car and washes it. I give Raj, the mechanic, Subaru all an OUTSTANDING and s THANK YOU.

AutoNation Subaru service department is fair and efficient. The service technician takes video of the engine and sends it to you while your vehicle is being serviced explaining what is being done or what needs to be done. The team at the service desk it s always polite and friendly, especially Heather.

I have owned multiple new vehicles and have had maintenance and repairs done by many dealership shops, and Autonation Subaru is far beyond any of them in regards to service. It was an outstanding and fast experience, and to ice the cake they sent a video walk through of the inspection detailing all of the fluid levels, tire tread depth, brake pad thickness, and more! Highly recommend their shop.

Great dealership! Service Center was helpful and they offered a complementary Lyft so they we didn t have to wait for our car the entire time. Only bummer was that they didn t fill our tires. Overall it was a good experience!
