After receiving notice of a recall repair, I scheduled an appointment. It was very easy to get a time and day that was convenient to me. We dropped my car off at the service center and the repair was done more quickly than I anticipated. The check-in and checkout process went very smoothly and professionally. Overall it was about as good a service experience as you can get .

First & foremost I would like to say thank you once again to the staff & members of AutoNation Subaru. Back in December I purchased a 2024 Subaru Forester Sport for myself, my first Subaru ever. This was the best hands down buying experience ever thanks to the Sales Manager Sonny Gaea. This man really knows his products and the needs of his customers. Along side him I worked with his associate Elena (saleswoman). Forward a couple months now being March of 2024 I contacted Sonny to work with him once again for a purchase for my son. My son Jordan is in the US Army & was home on leave until he goes to his next duty station. Again Sonny & Elena were there to close an awesome deal for myself & my son to drive the car he wanted. We ended up leasing a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek. Thank you so much Sonny & Elena & AutoNation Subaru for the Great customer service, an awesome car buying experience once again and the laughs along the way. Very Professional. Subaru has a great brand a great team in Roseville to work with. Thank you for serving a member of our military... Much appreciated!

Recently purchased a 2024 OBW and we love it! We went in 95% knowing what we wanted, just not when or from where. Colton and his team were able to give us an amazing APR and a great trade-in on our Jeep Grand Cherokee. We didn't feel pressured or guilted at all... Nothing but outstanding service all-around!

I wanted to share a great experience at an auto dealership. The dealer is AutoNation Subaru Roseville, and the salesman is Cory Phelps. Initially, I was looking at the features and trim levels of the Outback. Cory took his time to explain the features I was interested in and was very informative, friendly, and never pressured me. His love of cars in general and his personal Subaru was evident in our conversation.My wife and I decided what we wanted and made an appointment with Cory to discuss buying the car. We arrived early, and one of the friendly employees let my wife drive the car. Cory arrived and we got down to business. I was pleasantly surprised that monthly payments were not discussed and the dreaded 4 squares never came into play. We had some tense negotiations, but Cory never lost his smile or his cool. He fought hard to get the deal done and we reached an agreement! I have purchased at least a dozen cars and this was the best experience ever. If you are looking for a Subaru you will do no better than AutoNation Subaru Roseville and Cory Phelps. You might not reach a deal, but you will have met a great guy!

Multiple staff members helped me throughout the whole process. One staff member chatted with me a ton while we were going through the process even though he wasn t part of the sale. The finance manager got me an even better APR than I expected which was super nice. Overall it was a great experience and I got a great certified preowned Subaru Outback that I love!

Worst experience selling a car. Freedom Moore told us to come in for a 7pm appointment. Had to run around to try to find anyone to help us. Finally tracked down Amber to help us. She had us sign a bunch of forms and said ok it will be twenty minutes. 1 hour later we were told the office is closed so we can t cut a check. They wanted me to leave my car I had signed away with no check ! This was at 8:05. I said I am not leaving without a check. Then they came back thirty minutes later stating they had us sign the title in the wrong place. They wanted us to write affidavit no fraud intended . I then wait another thirty minute and then another manager Sonny explains to me that I can take my car and title bur I can t have a check. I explain we have already cancelled our insurance when we signed away the car. Now my car is sitting at the dealer, I can t drive it and I have no money. Total amateur hour in this place. Going to finally try to get my money back and steer clear of auto nation moving forward. 2 hours we can never get back.

Picked up a new Forester from the Subaru dealership in Roseville, cannot say enough good things about these folks! Zen was professional, accommodating, and very friendly, he went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase! The gentleman that handled the finance aspect, Bradley, was also fantastic, they both helped me get a great deal on my favorite new Forester, and I would hands down recommend this place for anyone looking to get a new vehicle!

Cory had the car I picked out waiting for me and ready to test drive. I ll note it was raining so it was very kind he had it under the covered area so we could walk around it not getting wet. Everyone was so nice and it didn t take hours, I am loving my Ascent!!!!!

Came in for my 180K service, very extensive & expensive, but I keep the maintenance up ony outback. Cody is my service advisor, top- notch, offered me a loaner, kept me updated on status and my car runs like new. I travel 45 miles to this dealership for servicing because I get honest servicing with parts & fluids designed for my car. From arrival until you leave you are made to feel important and treated with respect. Loyal customer.

The team at Roseville Subaru was very knowledgeable, kind and welcoming. Our salesman Zen was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions for the car we were interested in. After we purchased the car, he followed up a couple of weeks after to make sure everything was well with the car. We were very happy with the service we received and would buy future vehicles at this location again.

Cody did great! Prices were reasonable for my oil change and tire rotation. Autonation Roseville Subaru isn't close but I've had great service by them. I recommend them for no pressure sales and so far great service.

Bryan was my service specialist. He was very good and obviously experienced with this type of support. I truly trust Subaru Roseville s commitment to service excellence. I appreciate the video tour throughout my cars service time. They caught a significant issue that they then corrected in a reasonable and timely manner. And, we were able to see what they were seeing. There s a greater amount of confidence for us with this approach to our car s operational integrity.Thank you.

My service rep was easy to talk to. She provided advice for additional needed service options beyond the standard 6 months service, and stayed in touch during the actual service. In addition to the mechanical service, the car was washed and the interior was cleaned. I m happy with the results.

I followed the instructions from an email from Subaru of America to install an update to the Starlink system. It downloaded but installation failed and I ended up with a blank, unresponsive screen. I was due for an oil change anyway, and was able to book an appointment online the same day. Prices were reasonable especially with the 15% off coupon that had been mailed to me. I like the videos and written summaries of the inspection. The service advisors, Anthony and Cody, are personable, courteous, and experienced at explaining what goes on. My Starlink system is working again - no extra charge.

I recently purchased a 2014 Crosstrek XV from AutoNation Subaru in Roseville. My contact at the dealership was Cory and he was amazingly patient with ( all) my questions and concerns. I live 90 miles away and Cory was accommodating to my schedule and took photos of the car for me, and sent them to my phone during my workday. I had a great experience with everyone at AutoNation Subaru The process was quick ( think the test drive was the longest part!) and I was very happy very personable professionals there from sales, to finance and everyone else I spoke with it s worth the email and drive and also a shout out to Mike in Service who promptly returned my voicemail about the service history of my car and his explanations of the devices and recommendations. Great experience and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new / pre owned Subaru.

The first time I went here I had a great experience, but this last time I went it could have gone better. I dropped off my car at 12:30 for simple things like an oil change and tire rotation. The technician sent me a video of my car and said it needed a new battery at 1:23. I proceeded to try to call the service advisor multiple times to get more information on the battery, as I just dropped off my car, but I wasn t getting a response. I finally went back to the dealership and it was 3pm. I just decided to talk to the manager as my service advisor still was busy. The manager was nice and made things right, but I was still overall displeased that I was left in the dark about my vehicle.

The sales person never disclosed that there was only one key/fob with the car until she handed me the keys after all the paperwork was signed. I asked for the second key and she said there is only one but I can purchase from Honda for about $200. I called Honda and they want $550. When complained she said she could not do anything. I asked for a manager and she gave me his email but it has been 4 days with no response. This is very unprofessional because there could be somebody out there with a key to my car that could get in it or steal it, and there was no disclosure at the time of purchase. I feel as though this car dealership just wants to make a sale and does not care about customer service or repeat business. I will never come back to the store and I will not recommend it to anybody looking for a Subaru or a used car. I would not recommend AutoNation to anybody to deal with they are just a large corporation that does not care about their customers.

Love my Crosstrek. Did not love the two and a half hours + I waited for an oil change. The people I encountered were all very friendly and polite. I think when you make the appointment, you should be informed of the wait time. Especially when they ask if you are dropping off or waiting.

Excellent service that is prompt and easy to navigate. Heather is especially helpful when I go for service. The waiting room is one of the best with plenty of seating for working or relaxing. Roomy area with good wifi, power outlets, and chilled water. The time breezes by.

Clean place and a nice waiting area. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because I went in to get a key fob for my 2003 Impreza Wrx and they said I'd have to make an appointment to sync it which would cost me. That wasn't what I was told when I ordered it.. The parts department told me that they could help me sync it to my Subaru when I picked it up the fob and that wasn't the case. The parts department wasn't rude but over the phone was very short telling me "nope, we can't do that" instead of stating that I would have to make an appointment. They also did not call me right away when it came in like they said they would. I had to call and follow up with my fob I ordered. Felt like the customer service could have been much better. Maybe the service tech was having a bad day.

I m really grateful for Subaru. Corey helped me get my first brand new car and I anm in love with my Crosstrek! Every time I go in for a check up, Cody brings me a lot of knowledge. I love that they send you videos of your cars health while working on it. This is a great place.

I had a really great experience at AutoNation Subaru Roseville! The whole process was seamless and everyone was so friendly! Multiple people came and introduced themselves to us and were very down to earth. My primary associate was Zen and he was so helpful. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured or judged. I highly recommend requesting Zen for your visit. I've had my Subaru for a few weeks and it is really fun to drive. There are more features than I could ever remember and the ride is safe and smooth. It is the perfect car for my housecalls and my dogs. I'm really glad that I chose to go with AutoNation. Thanks, Zen! I'd go there to service my cup holder, if I needed. lol :D

Servicing at the Subaru Dealer at the Roseville AutoNation site is always a pleasure. Our service rep, Cody Pickinpaugh, is very friendly and efficient. If the service needs will require a long time, Subaru Roseville provides Uber service to local restaurants making the waiting time pleasant. The entire experience is top notch!!

I can't say enough about my service appointment at AutoNation Subaru Roseville. It was easy to make an appointment, and the service tech went over the process before we started to make sure that everything that I wanted/needed to be done on my vehicle was considered. I was given updates while in the comfortable waiting room, which had free wi-fi. The staff was cheery, courteous, and professional. I was able to work while waiting for my car, while enjoying a free assortment of beverages. I will definitely consider AutoNation Subaru Roseville for my next service appointment.
