I have always had excellent experiences with their Service Department, since I purchased my civic in 2020. Their customer service reps are always knowledgeable and quick to look for any discounts my vehicle may qualify for. I have never had to wait longer than a few hours for any maintenance done. I also greatly appreciate their complimentary quick review of the vehicle for any extra maintenance that may be required. I also felt that it was a great bonus that tire rotation is free if your tires are purchased from them. My recent service advisor was also exceptional, as he was kind enough to change the batteries in my key fob without charging, which was a tremendous help! I highly recommend working with this Honda dealership if you are a Honda fan like me.

The automated appointment service was easy & fast. I was lucky enough to get my car in same day as needed. Once there, Samantha came to greet me & was friendly & knowledgeable. Gave me her business card so I could directly communicate. Through out the diagnosis process, they had a system where I got updates w/photos & info on what was going on. It was great! My issue was resolved & got my car back in the same day. I highly recommend Roseville Honda & Ask for Samantha the advisor, she is great at her job, kind, funny & organized!

The only reason for not receiving 5 stars is because when I called for a quote someone told me $350 and the day of my appointment I was quoted an estimate of $800 so the fact the I was grossly under quoted before my appointment I felt deceived because this first quote strongly swayed me to choose you over another company. I do not trust your company any more. I feel you will purposely lie to me to get my business now. Otherwise, everything else was great and David was very kind and offered me a 10% discount since I was wrongly quoted.

My wife and I recently bought a brand new 2024 Honda Pilot because our little family was growing. AND This was one of the best car buying experience we ever had.A week before we bought our brand new Pilot, my wife and I came to Roseville Honda to window shop for fun. Then we met this awesome staff; Wright Hagerty. He welcomed us with a smile, showed great knowledge of cars and most importantly, not once did he made me and my wife feel pressured to buy a car right off the bat. We kept in touch with Wright for a whole week and on our big day, the staff was able to work out an awesome deal on a brand new 2024 Pilot that we just could not refuse!We definitely recommend Roseville Honda for your next car purchase experience! Most importantly, ask for Wright Hagerty. He will take great care of you and treat you like family. Who doesn't like that?!

Electrical/not starting issue with my Pilot. Turned out to just be the battery. Took the car in at end of day one day and had it back first thing next morning. Appreciate that there was no attempt to upsell, e.g. suggest full diagnostic- they identified the problem and fixed it. Service is outstanding!

Service was good but feel like advisor was padding the bills. Differential oil change at 20000 miles ? Never don t that before but was told needed it. Brake oil changed too? I want to keep warranty good so did these services . Extra $300 .

Was a little scared after reading reviews but had an outstanding experience at the dealership service department. Had bought a CPO from them and there were a few cosmetic issues that needed to be fixed on the due bill. Once scheduled, I showed up and they had the car for an hour then told me it would take the paint guy overnight to get the job done. Gave me a brand new loaner for the night and when I arrived the next afternoon my car was in pristine shape. Paint, new side mirror, and all rims repaired from curb rash like new! Will return when services are needed.

I had Civic Honda for 16yr, and currently have CRV Honda going on 9 yrs. I have always use AutoNation Honda in Roseville for service on my cars and truly not been disappointed. They take care of me every time. This is an honest review, and I don't give out complements lightly. Thank you, Roseville Honda! The service staff is nice but the place seemed very unorganized. We brought our car in to have it repaired after an accident. Unfortunately the car was a total loss. When we came in to retrieve all the items out of our vehicle, it seemed to be an inconvenience to the staff. First of all, it s still my car, they watched me retrieve my personal items like I was stealing my own stuff. They had to unlock the car for me and open the trunk. Then they stood next to the car waiting. It was a very uncomfortable situation. Then the Custer service person told me that one of the mechanics would give us $500 for the car. What an insult. The car was actually a very nice vehicle and they have no idea what the car is worth. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

First Honda I've ever owned and already my favorite vehicle yet. I had a great experience at this service center. From the ease of online appointment scheduling, to being able to wait in their lounge while my car was speedily serviced. I would recommend Honda and this service center to anyone.

Above & beyond a normal car purchase experience. I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. AutoNation Honda in Roseville made the process easy. I recommend you shop online on their website, discuss the deal by phone and simply go in to purchase your vehicle. Save yourself time, haggling and trouble. I'm telling everyone at work to go see Clement at AutoNation Honda in Roseville.

Oil dripped to the garage floor after the service completed due to the oil spill over during the oil change service did not get wiped out properly. It took two days to get the oil drip completely gone. Service technician needs to properly wipe out excessive oil spill when happens. Overall, the service is satisfactory.

Recently purchased a Honda 2013 Used CRV EX-L Sport AWD from Auto Nation Honda Roseville. Post purchase the car needed some service work done based on its current condition at purchase. My advisor James, and his service team did an outstanding thorough inspection of the car and took care of its needs the same morning of my appointment. The service lane was prompt in getting me processed and I was kept informed on what services were needed for my vehicle. James and the service department team made me feel like a VIP!! The AutoNation Honda Roseville Service Center provides wonderful service to me every time I need to visit. Samantha is a knowledgeable, effective and efficient advisor to work with and I am glad to know I am in good hands with her and the techs working on my Pilot. The waiting room and free wifi are a plus, as well as the free water bottles and hot drinks. It has always been a pleasure to come to this service center.

I wanted to express my dissatisfaction of your service. You don't offer shuttle service for you customers. We don't want to wait for 5 to 10 hours to pick up the vehicle. You already charge us a lot for the service you provide upon that we have to spend $100's for UBER. Well this is just for one time. Assume you don't fix the issue the first time and never ending back and forth. Sorry you are loosing "a" customer. Sure I know you have more "customers". You lost a sale when I called to purchase a vehicle from your location because no one answered the call. Future Honda got the sale.
