These guys always take good care of my car and the services get done properly, I have followed up. I'm usually one who prefers to do my own maintenance. But since the AR is new, these guys have definitely shown trustworthy results. See Daniel, one of the service advisors. He's honest & down to earth, no surprises.

Service advisor Dan was very friendly and respectful. The texting communications with link to click for authorization on vehicle repairs is super convenient and easy to use. Pictures also included on updates. The only reason I didn t give 5 stars is because the prices are on the higher end. (But pretty much everything is more costly in today s economy nowadays) Overall great customer service which is very important.

The dealership is clean and John Avitia did a good job of understanding my concerns and writing up what needed to be done. This was my second visit to repair/replace the Air Intake Heater Relay (per a recall) and they had to replace the Relay again (no fault of the dealer). The dealership requested that I leave the truck overnight so that a cold start could be done to insure the relay was working properly. I appreciate them going the extra mile to make sure everything was working properly. The service department is very good, but very busy. Auto Nation should seriously consider expanding the service department and overall size of the dealership.

Daniel Dare, our Service Advisor, was amazing! We dropped my car off the night before. First thing, the next morning he called me to confirm what we were requesting to be done. Then called later with additional recommendations. No pressure to do more, only offering an estimate on the work I requested. He even emailed me pictures of what the mechanics were also recommending and why. Great experience!

Not the greatest service experience. A "Shifter Service" message is what brought me into the dealership. I also asked to have the driver side windshield sprayer replaced.On the plus side - the car was repaired.On the minus side -- Check-in took an hour and was chaotic.- I had to initiate contact to get status updates on my vehicle.- The process took seven days.- The windshield sprayer didn't get replaced.

Our service advisor was pleasant and helpful. The work was done same day and done right. The challenge was that our appointment was scheduled almost 2 weeks from our original need. I will go there again.

I called to ask how much to replace spark plugs on Jeep commander, I keep getting transferred to different people. Even the service advisor could not give me an answer but then he finally said about $1200. It does notmake sense. So disappointing so I left message to the managerGood thing Kerry Saunders called me back and told me the correct charges for replacement

Jen at AutoNation Ram in Roseville exhibited Outstanding customer service, and above all, Communication!!! Never once did I have to wonder where are we with repairs to my vehicle ?? The communication tech used is best by far. As far as my repairs to my vehicle, several items were covered under an extended warranty by Ram trucks. Other repairs came as a suggestion after a multipoint inspection was completed. The truck now runs, drives, and operates as it should. Great dealership here local and near my home in Rocklin.

Bought my 2023 Ram 1500 Rebel there. Took it in for first Oil Change, Tire Rotation. Saturday Morning Service was way backed up. Plenty of employees did not have to wait long until I was helped. Dropped the truck off took about 2 hours. Everything went smooth.

Went in for the 120K mi service on my Ram. John A. is an ace service advisor, he kept me appraised of the process and repairs required after the inspection. Greeted by GM Jim R. Comfortable waiting area, friendly and helpful staff. Worth the drive.

Had a water leak on my rear window frame. It was a bit out of warranty. They were able to call FCA and get it covered for me, and were able to deliver it to me ahead of schedule. So far no leaks, and we just had a huge storm. Thanks, will be coming back for service.

I contacted my Service Manager and asked to get in ASAP to have my right headlight lamp replaced. They got me in next day, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, Jeep has engineered the headlights in such a way that you cannot replace the headlight bulb without assistance from the dealership and the cost was ridiculous $348.00 to replace a headlight bulb. Hard to believe but true.

Towed my Jeep to AutoNation on 2/3. On 2/6 I received a call from my Service Advisor, Daniel @ 11:30 am. He told me the part was no longer available, but that a used part was found in Pennsylvania. David kept saying the part would not be 100% guaranteed. After him repeating the 100% guaranteed several times, I asked what would the guarantee be. He said he would find out. He came back on the line and said there would be no guarantee at all. He gave me the price, and I agreed to the repairs with zero guarantee and authorized 2 additional diagnostics to be performed. Daniel called back @ 2:29 pm, left a message to return his call. I tried returning the call three times before he called me back. In the second call he stated AutoNation has decided not to do the repairs, with zero explanation. They would not even do the diagnostics on the other two issues. I am out $498.00 for nothing. When I brought that up to David, he replied that they did the diagnostics and found out what the problem was. Our code reader did that already. I would strongly discourage taking vehicles to AutoNation. I wasted a week in this process for nothing. Found a new aftermarket part that anyone who can remove bolts can install, which includes a lifetime guarantee.

The Roseville CDJR is the best location hands down. I was very nervous bringing it to the dealership since I had a terrible experience at the Sacramento location. It was a night and day experience. My service advisor Kolin was amazing and kept me informed on my vehicles status regularly and even made sure I was taken care of on his day off. I will make sure to recommend this location to all my friends and family and have them ask for Kolin if he is available since I know he will take care of them 100%. 5 stars!!!

Recently I had a very bad experience at Roseville Jeep dealership. I have a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. It had a cracked head gasket and was still under warranty. They kept my Jeep for 2 months with no rental. Their excuse was employees calling in sick, not enough employees and the inspectors from the warranty company were supposed to do their inspection within in two or three days and it was two weeks. This was the most stressful 2 months ever. I lost 2 jobs because I had no transportation. Terrible experience!!!

Fortunately this was a factory recall so I didn t have to pay for it. Otherwise it was painless. I dropped off my truck in the morning and picked it up after work. I had already completed all the scheduled maintenance so there was nothing else to do. I did ask them to reset the ccv filter service message on the dashboard. They did not reset it.

Not exactly the best customer service. Had an appointment they couldn t fulfill. I would ve been sitting around an extra hour or two, before they could even start. I get the oil changes and tire rotations for free, but I m sure I m not going back.

Took 2 weeks to get an appointment on Feb6th to get my trucks malfunctioning display/control/radio replaced ! Service advisor said autonation dodge dealer charges $489 for diagnostics - that s gouging practice! Took a week for mechanic to verify panel was broken, & parts would take 3 - 6 weeks to get. I have extended warranty & adjuster wants to inspect truck (obviously doesn t trust dealer). It s March 1 and still waiting for truck to get fixed!

Appointment was set for a recall for my fuel pump with apparently a call center that was new to the business. The service advisor told me that the appointment should not have been set as the parts are not available until sometime in March. Did waste part of a morning driving there and then got stuck in the line and could not get out for 30 minutes as the lanes were packed to the entrance. This is not normal for the dealership as they are usually very well organized. The service advisor was professional and apologized for the mistake in scheduling.

AutoNation performed the necessary work on my Ram 2500 Emission via a software update. The tech did an inspection of the vehicle and promptly updated me on the results.Prior to leaving I was told if I needed a ride they would schedule an Uber to bring me home. That was a first!

Unfortunately, all good things come to an end. Since my service writer Don H. retired the service department has diminished to a dealership I will no longer come to. My Charger has no way to adjust the rear alignment and now because of it I'm wear through tires. How is it when a vehicle is built and something that is not adjustable and is not performing as designed, not be a manufacture defect? So what I took from Daniel D. is Dodge sells defective vehicles and that is OK with him. Moreover, I purchased a PREMIUM Auto Nation extended warranty that was to be a bumper to bumper warranty but not does not cover the this issue. It was to extend the manufacture warranty that covers everything under the shell of the vehicle including electrical to 125000 miles. I know it doesn't cover paint and general wear and tear on the outside of the vehicle but everything underneath was to be covered. That is obviously false. It was my intent to purchase a new 2500 diesel truck but for the fact they do not stand behind their warranties or their word, I have decided to start looking at the GMC. I would really reconsider buying any dodge at this point and for sure not for Auto Nation in Roseville. I was asked to call the GM Jim W and have not received a return call.

The staff was great but after paying $175.00 for an oil change and tire rotation I had to go buy my own windshield washer fluid so add another $12.00 to what I already paid. I would suggest going to JIFFY Lube they at least fill up all your fluids.

Brought my car in on appointment first thing Tuesday morning. I was told I would be diagnosed by later that day. I received no call and followed up the next morning and again was promised early afternoon I would get a call and didn't. Followed up the third morning with a call and it still hasn't been diagnosed and was told someone was going call me. I inquired about a free rental car now that the week allotment time i set aside to be without a car isn't going to be enough time, no fault of my own, and was given a hard NO.lol Why do people use this overpriced shop if the service level is so subpar??? I cant be the only lucky person with this type of experience?!?!?!
