We were on a road trip from Salt Lake City to San Francisco when we realized we had bare threads showing on one of tires. We made an emergency pit stop here, expecting to be waiting for a while. While we were discussing how we were going to have to change our plans, they informed us that they had finished already. I timed it, and from the time we checked in, to when we drove off out was 13 minutes. 13! Needless to say, they were very helpful, and extremely fast helping to make sure our roadtrip continued on without much, if any hassle.

We were very pleased with the customer service we received. We were warmly welcomed, and taken care of right away. We were helped by Cyprian, and he made us feel like we were in great hands, he took care of us and went above and beyond. His kindness and helpfulness went a long way, you have 2 customers for life.

Very professional. I went in to have my driver side rear tire checked. It had a screw in it. They patched it for free for me and did a quick inspection, and found that my bolts were swollen on. So I had to buy a set which cost 51.00$ They charged no labor cost or anything just the price of the bolts and installed for free. It was a set that covered all 4 tires. Gregory was awesome. I will be back if needed.

I purchased a set of performance tires online and had them installed earlier in the week. That experience and wait time in itself was exceptional. Trevor verified my purchase and got me taken care of in less than an hour.However, based on my personal needs, I needed to exchange the tires I originally purchased to a different performance set, this time an all-season. I made the purchase online and they arrived the same business day. I came in to make the exchange, and Cyprian was the associate who got me taken care of. His service was also exceptional and he made the process completely painless. He verified all of the information before getting final approval from the manager on duty, Andrew, for the exchange. They had the car on the rack and the tires installed again less than an hour after my arrival.Very pleased with both of my experiences this week and their willingness to get me taken care of with my vehicle and both sets of performance tires. It was a great reminder for why I brought my previous two vehicles to them as well. They rise above their competition.

Shop is pretty busy being right next to all the other car related businesses nearby, but they were super quick and polite and made everything very simple. Great reliable tire changes every time. There's a nice little stone bench outside to wait on and restaurants and shops close by to walk to while you wait as well.

I've worked in a similar Tire shop for over 13 years so I know good service when I see it. This place offers not just good fast reliable maintenance service but fantastic customer service too which is above 5 star rated. You could see from the staff, the passion they have for their job and that's reflected back to the customer. Got me in and out quicker than fast food in a mcdonalds drive thru, with top notch service. Price is decent too. Definitely be coming here again. Fully satisfied!!

Quick, Convenient, Friendly and Great prices. Free rotation and air check. They wanted $60 across the street to do the rotation. They are Discount Tire in Texas. Traveling. Highly recommend.

Excellent place for tires. Ty greeted me right away even though it was really busy. That s a good sign right out of the gate.Picked up a nail, and they repaired the tire for free, put it back on, and put the spare back for me.Just moved to Roseville, and we ll be back!

Awesome people, great service and very polite. They helped me put enkei wheels on my Honda Odyssey. Turned out great. Really took good care of my wheels and my car. They used hub rings and torqued down the lug nuts.

I live 45 minutes away, and despite having tire shops much closer, America's Tire is where I go.They do a solid job, can get almost any tire, and they always take care of me.I've even had to return a set because I was unhappy with the particular tires, and they were great about it. Got the right tires and I was happy.Unsprung weight matters, by the way.On my Titan pickup, I tried going with something different than the usual Hankook Dynapro ATM's, and got a tire 4 pounds heavier. 44 pounds vs 40 pounds.Felt really sluggish, and my mpg went from bad to worse. Ride suffered too.Back to the Hankooks, and the truck felt right. More sporty and stable too.Just got another set from them on my car today, this time Continentals.Happy so far, and they helped me by letting me know I had 2 slightly bent wheels.They will continue to have my business, and I wish they had a closer location.I started getting tires from Discount Tire in AZ in 1997, and I've bought tires from other places, but I always had the best, most professional experience with Discount Tire and America's Tire.This is a company that understands the concept of customer retention.

Typically very happy with americas tire and their service. But guess i have a little bad luck this week. They didnt have my tires in stock so i had to wait for them to come in. Had to come back another day because the tires came in so late. When i came in for my appointment to actually have my tires done it was a full hour and half before they pulled my car in. Then another hiccup with swollen lug nuts and nearly left missing a valve cap. Didnt leave happy but i got what i needed done and the service was ok. They should really have water for people in the lobby.

I drove by to get my tire air pressure checked because the gas station s nozzle was broken, and it released a lot of air from my tires as a result.I was able to just drive in to the tire air check lane and they took care of all 4 tires. Nice people, you can tell everyone is just there to genuinely help you out.

TREVOR!!! Trevor our advisor lied about wear on the tires. He tried to sell me tires I didn t need. Also told me my tire I went in to fix was not fixable. So I took it up the street and they told me the tread on the rears were fine and fixed the flat for free and sent me on my way. TREVOR IS GOOD FOR REVENUE NOT REPUTATION!!!!!

Jeremiah, manager, and his team are so efficient, polite, and give out such a great vibe! I got the tires I wanted with a quick turn around time. They took the time to look up my previous tire warranty and were honest with me. Everyone at the shop was cheerful and eager to help. Fabulous service!

Have been a customer for years. Excellent, fast service.They go out of their way to make things happen.I was waiting on a tire order, one of the agents was willing to wait on hold on the weekend after hours to follow up on delivery. I asked not to do that. The tire arrived on Monday. I came in, my car was in the bay within few minutes.Save yourself the trouble. Pay a little more, go with America s Tires.Have never had a negative experience at multiple locations.

Went to get 2 new tires.Got my car back with 2 deep, paint missing scratches.Salesman clam they used rounded tools.Salesman clam they didn't do it.Didn't even offer any kind reimbursement. Just told me to cover it up with touch up paint. How can u do this to a Type R.

Great service, would recommend an appointment just to expedite things but they do accept walk ins. Be aware it can get busy on the weekends.

Your team scratched 3 of my wheels today installing the tires. Not cool!Update: they worked with me on doing a claim through America's time to remedy the issue.

Great service and quick! Greg helped as the store opened. Very helpful and knowledgeable! Tony got the vehicle serviced with 4 new tires within 27 mins. Wow! Awesome service! Awesome team!! If you need tires, this is the place.

I arrived at the store at 4 pm on Friday afternoon on memorial day weekend . I was helped immediately and my truck got four new tires in under an hour. I will continue my 20 year loyalty! Keep it up!

We ve put four sets of tires on our vehicles over the past 5 years or so here, and I ve always come back to this location. Everyone has been professional and the service is always fast and efficient. Found a screw in the left front tire of our Rav4. We haven't replaced the tires on this car yet, but have been a faithful customer with our other cars. They fixed our problem with no charge! Very happy and we were on our way in 30 minutes.
