I had to leave my SUV for a few hours for an oil change and requested that when they were done, to please lock it all up so nothing gets stolen. There are signs stating that they are not responsible for theft of items left in vehicles so I specifically requested they keep it locked in the parking lot after being worked on. I went to pick up my vehicle when they called when completed. I walked from the direction of the gas station next door and went to check my vehicle to make sure it was locked prior to going into the office, and it was not locked !! I opened up the doors and the rear hatch and nobody in the garage even challenged me or asked who I was and why I was rummaging through the vehicle. I walked over to the office and told the guy at the desk and he simply just blew me off ignoring my complaint. Then he went and got the key from the garage area and asked me if that was my key. I told him I wasn t sure and asked him if the tag on it was assigned to my vehicle? I mean, don t most keys pretty much look the same? He then got nasty with me and then had the audacity to tell me that he was just trying to be nice. I stormed out very heated because of my SUV not being secured by them after oil change was done and the unapologetic and uncaring attitude. This proved to be pretty poor customer service and I will not return for any other vehicle services to this location.

Very professional and just decent, honest people. Cory was on the phone with me every few days with updates and although the car ultimately wasn't fixable within my budget they were honest about it, didn't fix anything I didn't ask them to, and were even kind enough to hold the car for a few days until pick-n-pull could come take it. If and when my next car needs service I'll definitely be back.

Everyone in the shop greets you, is kind, and happy to see you. The # 1 and most important thing they do is Listen to you. They pay attention to detail, Thank you for fixing my car, I will refer to AAA Riverside Auto Shop with Highly regards.

Prices are out of hand and they suggested $3,000 of work for my Nissan. A private mechanic fixed my car for $600. I believe they do good work, but they are also sucking up as much money as they can.

I am so happy I started bringing my car here! My service advisor Cherie was so on top of it and knowledgeable. She was so friendly and really made me feel like a friend and not just a customer. My experience here was absolutely the best and I won't take my cars anywhere else. I highly recommend!

Quality of service has declined since AAA took over from Kniesel's. Scheduled an appointment for 1:00 on 1/20/2023 for a standard oil change. The receptionist asked me if I planned to stay while the service was done. I said I would come back when they called. I called them at 4:15 to see if the car was ready. The guy told me that they had just finished. 15 minutes later I received the service check that detailed other recommended work. Some was quite serious but I never received a call or email like Kniesel's would have sent. When I picked up the car, I asked to speak to the manager. Told he wouldn't be available until Monday.Going to look elsewhere. Too bad. Was a Kniesel customer for more than 5 years and have been a AAA member for over 40 years.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Do not sign up for road side assistance, my car broke down in my driveway leaving to work and took over 4 hours to get the first available technician after about 3 different updates saying another hour, another hour. Horrible service if they can t keep up with the demand. Either offer a service you can provide in a timely manner or don t offer it at all, such a waste of my time and money.

We pulled in because it was the first driveway after our tire went flat. Without even asking, an employee came over to help us change it out with the spare. This random act of kindness was very much appreciated! And we will definitely use them in the future.

Needed a mechanic that had been trained and certified to get our salvaged title checked for our insurance. They were very thorough. Sent an email with a link that showed all possible recommendations of future service needed. Very impressed! Even the Honda dealer didn't have the proper certified mechanic that could help us. I would use them again!

I had an oil change done at the Roseville location this weekend, and I was amazed at the professionalism and attention to detail that I received from Spencer and the service team. They were full of appointments, but still fit me in and took time with my car to check everything over. A few maintenance things were brought up, but I didn't feel pressured. I appreciate that they inspect major parts of cars, and even take pictures of their findings and send a full report after the oil change. This alone made me a new regular customer. I appreciate the honesty and customer service, as I have been to several places where the business is not run right at all. They even rotate tires free and give a free carwash coupon after each service. My mom has been going there for years and finally convinced me to go and I'm glad I finally did!

Let me tell you something, this has been by far the best car repair experience ever. They were nice professional and kept me aware of everything and told me all my options, helped me with a rental car and when I got my car back it was all clean. Only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the engine bay was a little dirty from previous oil change and radiator flush I got. But top notch place!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

These guys are great! I have taken several of my vehicles into their shop for repairs and or maintenance. Recently had 4 tires installed and an alignment done. Always friendly, honest, and competent. This place is great! Danny runs a good ship up front navigating phone calls and the arriving customers. I had been disenchanted w dealerships since I moved to the area and gave these guys a try. ABSOLUTELY always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I recently went in a 7400 mile road trip and they made sure my car was ready for the trip. I had a correspondence with the during the trip and brought the car in when I returned. We've got a little work to do on the car now, but let me tell you - the car wash in the end is worth every dollar of service! It sparkles inside and out - and there's no dust left on the dashboard! And, the coffee is good, too!

Excellent service. I was greeted immediately and introduced to a Service Advisor who had transferred from the Citrus Heights location. He understood the service I needed and promptly prepared an estimate including the coupon I had. Coupons are a definite factor in my returning to Kniesels in addition to the excellent service they provide. My auto was ready about 15 minutes before promised and the Service Advisor attempted to reach me by phone to notify me. When I went to get my car, the Advisor explained all the costs involved to my satisfaction. I do recommend Kniesel's to my friends here in Sun City and I will return when I need service in the future.Ken Woodland

I took my Ford Ranger to Kniesel's Auto Service to have the heater core replaced. David, my service advisor gave me a thorough breakdown of the cost involved in replacing the heater core.When I picked up my Ranger, it was washed and ready as promised. Being a retired mechanic, I was skeptical of the quality of their workmanship as I had never had work done here before. I was totally surprised of what I saw of the finished repair. You could not tell that my truck had even been torn apart.I would highly recommend Kniesel's Auto Service to anyone that asks me for a good auto repair shop..

I started coming to Kniesel s in Roseville in May 2018 because of a friend s recommendation, and I m so glad I did. The service has never been less than exemplary, and their Guardian inspection has proven invaluable. Every discovered issue, diagnosis, and suggested work has been thoroughly explained and documented (with photos!). Always professional, willing to really work with tricky schedules, and open on Saturdays! Pricing is very competitive and reasonable, and they even wash your car for free (or provide a free voucher). I ll never go anywhere else as long as I m in the area.

I'll cut to the chase: This is my new vehicle maintenance shop for the foreseeable future. I was pleasantly surprised by the care and completeness of service on my truck. I started my relationship with Kniesel's - Roseville, in December 2012. From day one, they have been exceptional in the level of support and service they provided to me. I had major repairs needed in my first visit, and I was nervous about starting with a new repair shop. The staff at Kniesel's, starting with Dane C., was welcoming, supportive, and provided a wonderful service. They completed all my repairs at below their estimated costs, which was a blessing for me at Christmas! I took my car in recently, and once again, met with a wonderful level of support. I know I will continue to bring my business to Kniesel's. I tell everyone I know about them, and have no problem sharing how wonderful and professional they are. Thank you Dane C! I needed to do my 90K maintenance service on my Trailblazer and a friend recommended Kniesel's to me, said that they were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I walked in and immediately noticed just how clean the place was, typically when you walk into an auto body center all you can see and smell is grease, not this place. Everything from the front desk to the magazines on the tables were well organized and neat. They ran a diagnostics check on my vehicle to let me know what needed to be replaced and what was still in good condition. I was given all of the cost up front and even what the manufacture recommends I have done to my car. My car runs great and If I ever need to take it to an auto body service center, you bet I will go back there. Thanks guys for a job well done.

Needing to have both of my vehicles repaired on the same weekend is something I was not happy about, but knowing that they were in good hands was a relief. Jason took care of me with honest advice, great communication and flexibility. Having brought my vehicles to Kniesel s before I knew what to expect great service, quality repairs and fair pricing.

Took my wife's 2008 Lexus RX350 in to have the rear struts replaced. They were very honest about the cost upfront. While they had my car, they emailed a comprehensive safety report. They found a leaky steering rack. I decided to have them replace it since I have heard noises coming from the steering when turning sharp. The repair was completed when promised. The car was washed. The Service Adviser (Scott Smith) was pleasant to work with. The car runs great. I can definitely feel a difference in the steering and the way the car rides. My wife is very happy with the results. I would use them again.

I received a "Happy Birthday" coupon for an oil change at Kniesel's. I know they've been in business for quite some time, but I've never been there. I made an appointment and was pleasantly surprised! Jason was very nice and I was even given a cupcake! Start to finish I was in/out in 45 minutes. Great job! I will definitely return. :)

Professional . They did an oil/filter change on my 97 Jaguar, and an inspection. Did not treat me like a pariah when I told them that I was having my Jag expert friend do any repairs they recommended. Totally opposite of Duncan s. Kniesel s emailed me their inspection report, complete with photos.The oil change was pretty reasonable.Services: Tires, Oil change

I called a few places to get quotes on services needed on my car before calling Kniesel's. From the initial phone call, they were courteous and forthcoming about the necessary work needed on my car. They were thorough and very friendly. I was happy with the work done as well. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future!

On a Thursday I had a simple oil change and made an appointment for 8 am in the morning the next Friday. Mark was very helpful and made the appointment for me. On Friday Jason helped me and got right to the oil change at 8 am. A reasonable 45 minutes later I was ready to go and what was so impressing was both persons that helped me knew what needed to be done and there was no confusion because one person helped me. the folks at Kniesel's are engaging and know the business which is refreshing. this was my first visit and my experience was such that I will not hesitate to return as my vehicle needs service.

Used to go to Rocklin for my auto repair needs....until one day my car happened to break down (faulty alternator) and the AAA tow truck driver said I would get a free tow to a AAA recommended shop. The driver said Kniesel's would be a good place to go to have them repair my vehicle. We determined the Roseville location would be the most convienient for me. I was skeptical of course but didn't have much choice. So we went....and they took very good care of my vehicle. They even found some issues that the other shop had missed. That was three years ago. I've been going there for my repair needs ever since. I look back on this as a happy accident. I have found a competent, reasonably priced, and clean repair shop close to home. Jason is my go to guy for auto repair needs. He takes the time to explain to me the issues with my vehicle and is quick to honor any special requests (I've taken my car there straight from the body shop and they are careful not to complementary wash the new paint job :-) and they will give me a coupon for the car wash so I can go when the paint is dry). Bottom line I've never regretted taking my vehicle there. They are always willing to give me a ride in the shuttle whether it be to go home or go to/from work. Kniesel's is an excellent dealer alternative, their prices are competitive and they will not try to sell you a new car every time you go in.

I went to Kniesel's for a standard oil change. Honestly, only choosing that location because I had a coupon. What I received was far better than a standard oil change. Jason was professional and polite and the service was done quick and efficiently. I was stunned by the high level of customer appreciation at this location. They did a wonderful job and I will definitely be returning!

Was thoroughly pleased with the service and work done on our BMW.Had the radiator replaced with genuine BMW parts and at half the cost & time the dealership wanted.Trey was helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and keep us informed.
