They have been super helpful. Our car broke down on a long trip and the tow truck driver brought us here as it was a safer area than where we broke down. They have gotten right to the job so that we can continue our trip. They got us a lift to hotel where we're staying while the car is being fixed. It's a big job and it's helpful that they got to work on it.

They honored my warranty, even though they didn't have to.For Context:I had AAA install an new engine 3 years ago on my 94 Toyota pickup. Cost a good chunk of $.They gave me a 2 year or 20K mile (whichever comes first) warranty. Its been 3 years and 7K miles since then (so warranty was expired) and I saw an engine leak.I took it to "Matt" and they checked it out and identified the leak. Even though they saw it was passed warranty, they leveled with me and saw Ive only driven it 7k miles in 3 years.They worked with me and honored the warranty as best they could by only charging me for the parts and covered all the labor.- Matt didnt have to do this, but he did and I greatly appreciate it.This level of courtesy is why I ONLY take my truck to AAA auto centers.Thanks guys.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Excellent service beyond my comprehension. The front staff and the auto repair staff ; MATT and KRISTIAN, were very professional and thorough in their diagnostics. MATT kept me posted on the progress and made sure that I got my truck back before the promised date. Exceptional service. Reasonably priced and quality work. Exceptional guys and thank you very much again.

Kristian and the crew have taken care of my vehicles for a couple of years now at Roseville Galleria AAA. It doesn't matter who picks up the phone on their end, the team always make sure my concerns are heard and addressed in a timely fashion. Misleading Experience at AAA Shop: Inadequate Explanations and Poor Customer ServiceMy recent visit to the local AAA shop for a routine AC checkup and an oil change was marred by a baffling lack of transparency and subpar customer service. The shop's inability to provide clear explanations for the charges left me deeply frustrated and skeptical of their practices.The ordeal began when my wife initially brought our car to the shop and called me during the explanation given by the front desk staff. Over the phone, she relayed a shockingly high quote of $346 for the supposed necessary services, which included an AC checkup and an oil change. I was taken aback by the inflated cost, considering the routine nature of the services.Upon arriving at the shop with my wife to pick up the car, I realized that I was now directly involved in this disheartening situation. The front desk staff insisted that we pay $239.05, and upon reviewing the bill, I was confronted with the following charges:AC Checkup Labor - $239.051243YF - $16.44A/C Dye/Oil - $19.95The charges for the AC checkup labor, 1243YF, and the A/C dye/oil were presented without any clarity or proper explanation. Despite our repeated attempts to seek clarification, we never received a satisfactory explanation for any of these line items.In fact, the staff's inability or unwillingness to provide adequate explanations for these charges only deepened our frustration. The lack of transparency and clear communication cast a shadow of doubt over the legitimacy of these charges.While we eventually paid the $239.05 bill, our experience at the AAA shop was deeply unsatisfactory. It highlighted a severe deficiency in the shop's customer service and their failure to provide customers with the information needed to make informed decisions about their vehicle maintenance. We strongly caution others to exercise caution when considering this shop for their automotive needs. Transparent and honest communication is paramount in the automotive service industry, and our experience serves as a stark reminder of its importance.

Christian had an employee who had sprinter experience diagnose my van quickly and realized it needed to go to the Mercedes dealership for repair as the issue was likely covered by the warranty. His manager helped leverage his dealership relationship to get me an appt in 2 days as most of the dealers around were backed up for 1-2 weeks to even diagnose it. I was on a 2 mo road trip and needed the van ASAP so I am so grateful for the team's help! Thanks

I took my '05 Sebring in, (wouldn't start) and after a basic diagnostic Christian explained I'd blown a fuse. He said we could do an additional diagnostic to see why the fuse went, so he did that. My starter was spiking and I needed a new one. I was given all information in an easily understood manner, and my repair was finished on Wednesday, (in on Monday) 2 days before I expected to have it back. I had quite a bit of work done on my truck so it was there for a couple days. I appreciated my advisor, Mark McDonald, keeping me informed on what they felt needed attention soon, cost, amount of time at the shop, etc. Plus the waiting area, restrooms are kept clean and comfortable. Personnel were friendly, and helpful. A big plus is it s next to the mall if you re waiting and just want to browse around a bit. I m happy with the service I received there.

They have always been great about getting work done quickly and keeping in regular contact with me as repairs progressed. Isn't there any honest mechanics anymore? Completely over charged me for a part that should have been 50% less at most. Labor took twice the recommend time. They ordered the wrong part and then gave me a faulty estimate. They refused to honor any of my AAA coupons. Furthermore they didn't even code check when they finished unless I paid there $180 fee. This review is specifically for Kai at AAA in Roseville, next to the galleria. I called around to other auto shops to ask for an emergency fix on my car after my engine check light came on, to no avail. I was left waiting for 5+ minutes without any answer, but when I called AAA Kai answered promptly and with a great attitude. He was very honest with me and very committed to answering all of my questions. He gave me the best service I ve ever received from a mechanic and saved me hundreds that the other auto shop was trying to overcharge me. Kai gave me a great deal with an even better attitude. Because of Kai I am now a committed AAA member! Please give Kai a raise or promotion, people like him are what make the service industry truly meaningful.Services: Engine repair, Auto maintenance

AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! This shop is beyond incompetent. My Transmission failed three times under their watch. They rebuilt it twice and both times it failed within 6,000 miles. On the third failure, they expected me to once again pay to have it rebuilt for a third time. No quality Transmission shop should have your Transmission fail three times in less than 12,000 miles. I don't know how this place is even still in business. Save yourself the stress and nightmare. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else!!!! Absolutely horrible mechanic shop!!!If it's too late for you and you have taken your vehicle there and you are left with your vehicle in worse condition than when you took it there, take them to small claims court. They can't keep getting away with this!!! Warn your friends and family!!! The Bureau of Automotive Repair has been made aware of how this shop operates. Inform them immediately if you feel you've been taken advantage of.Service: Transmission

Once again, AAA Roseville Galleria saves the day. We've had a couple of emergency problems with vehicles over the last couple of months, one major and one minor but still important to us, and we are so happy with how we are treated and how quickly the problems were handled. Possibly the best experience I have had with auto service. They were respectful, listened like I had a brain cell or two . Polite,cheerful, competent , paperwork efficient , timely and informative regarding repairs and accurate estimates on time and costs . I was truly impressed as I have had many bad experiences in the past. Maybe, just maybe auto repair doesn't HAVE to be all guesswork and gouging after all. I highly recommend Roseville CA Galleria at the mall 3A service center. Thank you Mark and Pedro especially for being so kind!!!

Large facility for Repair & InsuranceThis facility is convenient and accommodating. The staff are amenable and cordial. The only issue, and it's no fault of a popular facility is the lag time from Appointment to Fulfillment: 2+ weeks.Do not come here expecting immediate service for a vehicle, you must make an appointment, and it will likely be at least 2 weeks out, even for an Oil Change. Albeit will definitely be less costly than most other oil change service companies

Great, friendly service! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation.. cheaper than the dealer.. The process was easy and car as done when they said it would be. They did not try to up sale anything! Told me about a minor problem and said to take it to the dealer as it is still under warranty. I will definitely go back.

Just received a email from AAA telling me they just opened.With a over priced oil change rate, I honestly do not see me stopping there. I could get a lower rate almost anywhere else.I have always received free brake inspections elsewhere. But AAA Charges 9.99.Sorry AAA you claim to save us money, but apparently you haven't got the memo your rates are not there.I will stop by some day and verify all their prices. But so far I don't see any savings.After that I will update.My rating is based on my email from them. And over priced rates.

I brought my truck to AAA Auto Repair, for an oil change and tire rotation, and was very disappointed ! I made an appointment as recommended by them when I called for some info. I arrived to a very chaotic scene. Most behind the counter seemed a bit frantic. One guy started to help and passed me over to someone else who got a phone call and passed me to a third guy. Paperwork was done I was told my oil change and 40 point check along with tire rotation would be done in a little over an hour. When they said it was ready it was a such zoo at the counter. The guy that checked me out was already on to his next thing before he was done with me. I had to ask for info on the truck and paperwork about what they found. I never did get the right papers. initially I was told all was just great with my truck. I asked about the tire rotation and was told all tires were filled to 41 psi ( clearly on the door it stated 35 psi for my truck). I ask about the low pressure tire warning on the truck and he looks at paper again and says two new tires are recommended. I ask which ones he says both on right side. I get in my truck low tire pressure warning is still on. Tire pressure on my tires is 25 psi, 35 psi in two tires and 40 psi in the fourth. When I took the truck in the front left was low. When I picked up the truck the left front was still low. Odd after a rotation........hmmmm. Furthermore I found a nail in the front left tire which I'm sure is the cause of it being low.I can understand being busy but each customer should get their turn. The guy was literally looking at other peoples paperwork and customers instead of finishing his appointment with me.So, because of being totally rushed through and the obvious lack of tire rotation ( sending me off telling me it's all good and I have a nail in my tire) I will not be going back.Word of mouth is a companies best advertisement and this mouth doesn't have anything good to say about AAA Auto Repair Center , Roseville.

When I arrived to drop off my vehicle at the repair center, their system was down. I didn't complain just waited patiently and they had me sign for the work and I left. I specially asked for a conventional oil change (based on the $19.99 coupon price.) Several hours later they called to tell me to come get the vehicle, so I did and the guy ringing me up said it would be $43. Confused, I said, I was told you would apply the coupon. And he said, yes the coupon was applied, you saved almost $30. I was still confused, and he said very matter-of-factly that they did a synthetic oil change because that is the ONLY oil my car could take. They never CALLED me to let me know that was the case, they simply did the work (which is actually illegal). And the guy was very rude, as if I should've known this information. It was my first time getting an oil change on my car, as I've only owned it a few months, so I had no idea it only took synthetic oil. I felt like I was treated like I was stupid for not knowing. It is unlikely I will be back for any services.

I had an unfortunate situation happen with my car one Friday evening. Resulting in my car being towed to the Roseville AAA Repair Shop. Long story short, the damage was to extensive and I ended up junking the car.It was a horrible and unfortunate situation, that occured at the worst time possible. The customer service at this repair shop is phenomenal. I was a pretty "high maintenance" customer and Brandon was so extremely patient and understanding, that's very rare these days.If you need repairs or maintenance done on your vehicle in Roseville, take it to this place and ask for Brandon or Nate. They are honest, knowledgeable and fair. The customer service is truly second to none.

We were frustrated by our experience at the repair center. As others have stated, it seemed disorganized. My biggest concern is whether it is an "honest" repair center. They told my mother she needed $600 worth of work on her brakes. She took her car to her dealership today. They recommended the rear brakes be replaced for closer to $200. I hope this was not a case of taking advantage of an 85 year old female.

This place is not a good place to bring your car for any kind of service I brought my car In because there was a noise behind the dashboard it was a sensor for the heater there is 3 of these sensors behind the dashboard 2 are behind the glove Box They Diagnosed and said it was one behind the dashboard they repaired it They had to pull out the dashboard and it cost An arm and a leg 4 weeks later I get that noise back they diagnosed it was the other one behind the Dashboard They replace that 1 too again with the Same amount of labor charge I'm A retiree from the General Motors corporation in Fremont You would think that they would go ahead and replace the 2 behind the - at the same time the cost of the sensors are nowhere near the labor cost At the same time they also repaired the power steering unit which I am still having trouble with it leaking the fluid out they will not stand behind any of their than 2 fine ways to take more of your money Trust me people Costco for a new set of tires and found out that they had a repair service and I chose one called BMR nap auto on analog wow amazing repair jobs Even if you go in for an oil change not only will they top off your fluids but they will also check every time to see if your breaks are OK Eh they will check your tires and rotate them if need to at no cost At 1 point I thought AAA Was a great place if I could give him less than one star I would But I can also highly recommend BMR Napa auto repair you will be abase by how they will tell you things you need and don't need

They do excellent work, the people are very knowledgeable and friendly .. but to get that, you pay for it! You do get a great warranty on the work!
