Avoid this place!!! Worst experience ever!!!I went this morning to do the oil change and engine air filter.They drop oil all over the engine.To take out the engin air filter, there are 4 screws. Only 1 screw was back at the right place!!! I could touch the filter with my finger.I called them, and the manager said to come back or go to any other Valvoline to fix the problem and "I am sorry boss".I went then to another Valvoline in Hesperia, 14949 Bear Valley Rd , 92345, and the manager Rico helped me to fix the problem ! Thank you, Rico, again.

These people are the BEST!!!!!!! I was randomly there because my tire pressure light was on. The manager helped me out with warmth and wouldn t even take my tips Will Definitely go there for next oil change!

I went here to get a simple oil change and they suggested I also needed a new battery. I agree to the new battery. When finished I got in my car and was unable to leave. We found out that they had incorrectly put the battery in and thus blowing out my fuse when I turned on the ignition. It was comical because they mocked the previous mechanic who installed my previous battery, saying that they installed it backwards. They ended up towing my car to a real mechanic to fix the mistake. They had my car for over 24 hours. Luckily they were able to replace the fuse. A week later I found out I had been driving without working tail lights - it was wired incorrectly which was a simple fix but incredibly annoying after everything that had happened. They were helpful and apologetic but the whole situation was a huge inconvenience.I'd recommend getting your oil change at Valvoline but I wouldn't trust them in doing anything else.They didn't even offer a refund or any measly discount!

Friendly and courteous staff. I've been coming here for a little over a year now and they've always treated me like royalty. I even bring my daughter's vehicle here to be serviced as well. You won't be disappointed!Just want to update this review: July 2023 - Just got my car serviced this morning and if Google allowed another set stars, I'd light up this Valvoline's account with more! They've been consistently great!It's worth the extra investment in your vehicle than those cheap oil changes from mega retailers. Your car is your legs around town... you should keep it as healthy as you keep yourself. Nice work Valvoline!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Great service and friendly staff members. I'm deducting one star because after checking and verbally confirming that my tires should be set to 35 psi, I drove home and got a low pressure warning and found that all four tires had been set to 30 psi. Honest and fixable mistake, but definitely an annoyance.

Decent taked like 25 min. Watch out for tire pressure they left mine at 32 when my psi on my tires are 51. And messed up my right tire and axle cuz of that. They offered a free oil change but doesn't cover my new axle and tire. It is what it is. Psi levels is an ongoing situation here be very careful.

The service at this location was great and everything was done in about 20 minutes. Being able to sit in your car and wait is a great perk. Only thing I didn't like was the price, a little pricier than other service centers.

The service was really fast I was amazed The woman that help me was Janet and the guy was Adam very professional oil change and windshield wiper change my Jeep can't thank you enough cause I'm very thankful 15 min was the time I spent but for my Jeep it was a lifetime p.s. Thank you 15 mins is better then 3 hour wait money well spent

Everyone here is very kind and helpful. Some of the others have young guys with cocky attitudes. I really don't like dealing with it. But the people here are very professional and friendly and helpful.

I need to change the oil in the car and i didn't know trustworthy places to go change the oil. Then i was at ross crossed the street and send the valvoline oil change and we thought its was good idea stop at remolded valvoline. Then we drive up and for the oil change for the car and then work fast by calling out what being done and then the manny walk us throw steps the of check list and what needs be done with car lights and tires needing air and oil. Highly recommend Valvoline oil change.
