My Prius was missing a 20mm bolt that hold the plastic bracket at the bottom of the car. Took my car here to have the bolt installed. Only took them 5 seconds to put the replacement bolt on and they charged me $10. I was extremely shocked, but paid him anyway.By all means, DO NOT bring your car to this place. They will rip you off. Not only that, owner was super rude. There are plenty Mechanic businesses around this area that will treat you with respect and will charge you with reasonable fees.

Only place I trust .The old folks and some still go to Phillip. Very honest all who go there will tell you .Best prices .And they catch the problem they don t take thousands and come to find out that wasn t the problem.My sister just went too and she said just a light .They cleared sign at no charge told her to come back if it came back on .Truely honest this is why he has so much business.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They overcharged me to change my tire and put the spare on. It s my fault for leaving the wheel lock key at home but the mechanic told me it was gonna be a lot of work because of the wheel locks then he pulled out the same wheel lock socket that I have at home that I bought for 10 dollars and changed my tire in 5 minutes. He charged me 40 dollars Thanks for taking advantage of me. On principle I would not give this place my businessUpdate: just to go off what the owner replied. His shop charged me 20 extra dollars because they had to use a 6 spline socket (which they had on hand) instead of the standard 21mm. That s price gouging simple and plain! Shame on this guy

Always did right by me. Philip is a very nice guy, prices are reasonable and like that he is open Saturday and Sunday, I can get the work done without messing up my work schedule. Thanks Philip!

Philip was really kind. I had front end damage from a collision and not much money to fix it. He worked with me to make a minimum repair for me. He got things back together without me having to pay so much to unnecessarily make it look new and break my bank. Niiccceeee guy and good fast work. I had my car back the next day!

Do not go to this place. My BMW had the break lights on. So I drive it in to fix it, without deeper checking he said it is the break light sensor. So he had his people replace the break light sensor for me. Took more than two hours, the sensor cost about $20 I looked it up. Even with a discount he still charged me $150. Then right after I drive home, the break light came back on again! They did not fix the right problem! I just spend money on something that I do not even need fixing. I went back to them, they said they can t fix it, because they do not know much about BMW cars. That s the stupidest thing I have ever heard. If they do not know how to fix it then say that in the first place, don t waste my time and money!!! Never going back there again!

This shop is very difficult to work with. the owner is very unprofessional. They do not answer calls or emails. You call to ask questions and he dodges them and rushes you off phone to not assist. I am very shocked they are allowed to be in business. I wish I could give 0 stars.

This place will charge you low, then tell you things are broken here and there. Years ago, I was in college and didn't know better, came to Philip. During the repair they said i needed this done, that done. Then all of a sudden, they said they broke off one of the nuts on my front tire and i asked, you guys broke it and i have to pay for it? i didn't have a choice, either pay or i'm without a car. look at their Yelp reviews, i'm surprised so many 5 stars on google.

Do not go there !! They scam customer initial price and charge double the price after repair !! Also bad customer service !! I never go there anymore !

I drive across orange county through over an hour of traffic to see Phil. Why? It's not because of his amazing charm, lol he's actually not too chatty and very dry. But what he lacks in charm he makes up with in his work. Phil is honest, and fair. He's really good and a great communicator. Been going to him for years.

Been coming here for years. Friendly and down to earth people. I'm leaving out one star because sometimes you need to give them that extra push, but other than that, this is a great auto repair.

Had repairs done. They did the job awful. Had to take back 4 times and still haven't fixed the problem. Everything else but the main issue.

Fraud, shoddy, accessories repair quality is bad, after repair, the car and get dirty, and, in general, is three words: very poor!
