A few weeks ago I was in an accident, where someone backed into my passenger door while I was at a stop sign.Thankfully my insurance came through quickly after the party finally admitted fault.Today, I got my car back from a local auto body shop that did an amazing job restoring it to its original condition, and in the process I was able to pocket 400 dollars off the initial estimate. And, they went even further to replace my driver side latch and align my driver door after someone had rammed into it (separate incident), without any extra cost.I'm posting this to show my thanks and gratitude to the local business and Wong for being honest about the work

If I could I would give them zero stars. I would not recommend this establishment for anyone. I was very dissatisfaction with the service provided and the quality of the paint job performed on my car. The entire process has been marred by unprofessionalism and a lack of attention to detail, leaving my car in a worse state than when I brought it to the establishment. I brought my car to this establishment to repair a minor scratch and get a fresh paint job on the side door of the passenger side . I was assured that the work would be done. When I arrived to pick up my car I was appalled by the shoddy workmanship and lack of attention to detail in the paint job. They had just done a Mickey Mouse job to my car. The color did not match with the rest of the car and I noticed that they had just painted over the scratch trying to blend it in with the paint, yet clearly still visible to the naked eye. When I spoke to the owner he stated and admitted that he did not personally inspect the work done by his employees before handing the car back to me and agreed to redo the work and reassured me that it would be done correctly. I decided to leave the car with his assurance that my car would be fixed liked we agreed in the beginning. To add to my frustration, when my daughter and I came to received my vehicle back, I discovered two new scratches on the back located on the bumper that were not present before. When I brought this issue to the owner's attention, he denied any responsibility, leaving me with no resolution to this additional damage. As a customer, I had trusted that my vehicle would be treated with care and expertise. In addition it seems like the owner of this establishment does not inspect the work done by his employees there is a clear lack of oversight and quality assurance. Regrettably, the quality of the workmanship has fallen far below my expectations, and I was left deeply dissatisfied with the service provided. To make matters worse, now I will also have to spend even more money to fix the damage that was done at this establishment and hope that the same thing doesn't repeat. My biggest regret was not looking at the reviews on this establishment on Yelp has.
