I went Pete because I was having alarm issues. He immediately stated that the alarm wasn t responding to the fob. Since he could no longer get a similar fob, he refused to honor the life time warranty on my alarm system (alarm and fob ). However he suggested I go on line to locate a fob and he even offer to sale me a new alarm system for $250.00. I asked that he meet me half way, his response was that he couldn t lose money. So, he refuse to honor the lifetime warranty. Bottom line I don t have a functioning alarm system. So my next step is to file my complain with the Better Business Bureau and the California Consumer Board. Mine you, l like Peter, very personable, he failed to honor the warranty( I presented the original receipt to him with the Lifetime warranty written on it. Would I have him install another alarm system, I think not.

Friendly staff, no bubbles, clean up ok after working on you vehicle. Took 4 hours on a Tues but I do have a Prius and they need to cut 10 windows tint out. If paying with card they charge almost a 10% fee, even if it's a Visa. Only thing I didn't like Is the fact they cut their own tints and not machine cut. With that said, there were very minor cuts on the plastic trim of my vehicle. The tint does not go farther into the door. I would not return because I prefer machine cut tints. They had to redo one of my window because the cut was not good, leaving a huge gap. They tried to tell me the plastic on my car is very hard ... but I showed them the other side where they did the cut well. Then they agree to redo mine. Make sure you walk your car before leaving.

Just got my tint sone today. 15 all around and up front. Looks extremely clean and second to none. Very happy. Will recommend them to anyone in the future. I wish there was a 6 star option.

Very very busy. Unfortunately I have friends who had bad experiences in the past 3x, but I found out too late. Luckily I'm less picky too? I do have a very old car to tint. Owner Peter is very easy to speak with, and very helpful. Most people, including the owner, gets front 35% (side windows), and back 18% (side windows and back windshield) = $200ish. Backs are legal but you must be cautious if you're living in a dark neighborhood cause it's difficult to see at night if top dark. 18% is usual for many ppl, but I was going to keep it safe, cause we do drive thru dark areas, or for camping. We also got the front windshield visor ($40) to help with shade. I have a very old car so we aren't too picky on things compare to others.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!I've been coming here and been referring people here for over 17 years. I got my window tint done a little over 12 years ago when they had "lifetime warranty".I chose this spot because of this lifetime warranty & how well they do on tint. But now that my tint in messing up they didn't want to honor their "lifetime warranty". They're also extremely RUDE.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I ve been going to California tint since the 90s it s always quality window tint and you can tell quality window tint by the way it looks once it s installed in your car and by how long it last I appreciate you, Peter for the hard work in a great service and the surprise that you surprise me with today thank you thank you

Past 10 years I've been coming here to tint my car because it was always clutch and quick. I've brought 4 cars here. I've always recommended place to people till Friday when I called. I wanted to bring Saturday 9am first thing. I asked politely how much for two windows and he said a price. Then I told him there is a window that needs removal and replace. Once I told him that, he rudely told me he can't do it at all for me. He said he won't be able to do it even tho I'll be the first client. I mean if you mean business and want business you would do anything to keep yours customers happy. It was just one window removal. So he told till next week. Since he told me this, he lost me as a customer and passing a good word. I took my business else where the next day and they took car of me even tho they had appointments, they went ahead and told me to come at 3. Later that day they texted me to come in earlier if i wanted too. Customer service at it's best. Super friendly and on point. They were faster then California Tints.

My family and I have been bringing all our vehicles here since the mid 1990s. Love the quality, love the service, love Peter's excellent customer service. Come as soon as they open to make sure your vehicle is done that day because there's always a line when this place opens up for the day.

Everytime I have brought my cars for service. I am always happy with the work and customer service. Jay is awesome helped me out with my car stereo on my last visit. It is busy and there might be a wait to be honest. But the customer service provided will always have me coming back. Thank you to everyone at the shop.

I've been coming here for my past couple of cars and I've always recommended them to friends. However, it seems like their customer service and quality has gone down. I had my car tinted and after they were done, I noticed lots of water/solution streaks running down the interior of the doors. I also noticed bubbles in the tint that looked like dirt was trapped under the tint so I let them know and they just tried to squeegee it out.I waited a week to roll down my windows and the driver side window tint was instantly lifting off. On a Saturday, I brought my car back to them since they have lifetime warranty to ask them to fix it. I got there around 8:45am and they were already open, but when I asked if they could fix it, they told me they don't do repairs on Saturdays. I don't like nearby and work Monday through Friday so I had to get my wife to bring my car in. I've taken my previous car here on a Saturday to get the tint fixed before and they did it. I understand that Saturday is probably their busiest day and they don't make money on a repair so they want to only work on new customers, but I think that's bad customer service. My wife bought my car on Monday at opening and they didn't start working on it until around 1:00pm when she went back to check on my car.I'll most likely be looking for a new tint shop for future needs.

they have a great service and great pricing and they are very popular in the area so if you want to get your car tinted there in certain days you better be there before they open to get a slot. Their popularity definitely speaks for the good customer base they have a from their great service

Got my car tinted here a couple years ago. Still in excellent condition.The guy who helped me was great. Prices are reasonable.Pro tip: Arrive early! I mean very early before they open. They're very busy on the weekend (Saturday).They're closed on Sundays.

Great service, very professional. Quoted me a great price and they finished the work ahead of schedule. Give them a call you will be very pleased. Also got a warranty included and no additional cost, so all good and peace of mind.

The service was great and the price was not over rated. I brought my car to be tinted during the weekdays which is not too crowded. They do other things also such as installing alarm, rear view camera, etc.

Just had my new Ford Mustang GT done. He was quick to respond to my call and let me come in that same day. I had my car back before I got off work and it looked BEAUTIFUL!! Very happy with his work.

Over the last 15 years, I ve been a customer and have had every car (a total of 8) tinted here. They do great work. I ll keep coming back for as long as they remain in business.

EVERYONE, I mean everyone in this area gets their car tinted here. The quality and price is definitely the best bang for your buck in this area. Be ready for a wait when you arrive, they stop taking cars after 1PM on the weekends. I recommend coming early at 9AM and getting in line before they open. Your car will be in good hands.

I've taken all my cars here (4 in the last 10 years) and every single time the work has been superior! I have never developed bubbles, peeling, fading or anything else from the tinting. And the work comes with a guarantee! If your gonna get your ride Tinted Come here! Will be there tomorrow to get my 2017 CR-V done.

This place is great and very popular. Prices are very reasonable. If you plan to take you vehicle here on a Saturday (and you want the work done ASAP), you better be there before they open. But if you're not in a rush you can leave your car and pick it up in the afternoon.

We have been going to California Tint for years. Brought all of our cars through here. Anyone who asks is always referred here by us. Peter is a great person with an awesome team. He really care to make sure are taken care of.

Always a pleasure going to them. accidentally blew out the fuse in my bluetooth and went to them for a new one. Jason was super nice and was very helpful and careful in installing my bluetooth. Had my car tinted here 5 years ago and it's still perfect! Very fair prices. Been sending friends to them. Wish they had a place in orange county.

Peter is my go to guy for tint. My oldest car is 2002 and the tint is still like new. Also I have had Jason install audio upgrades for me. He is very knowledgeable, does great work and is reasonably priced.

These guys tinted the windows on my 2015 Toyota 4Runner and it came out awesome. These guys are way faster than they tell you, they told me it would be about two maybe two and half hours ( it was raining too) and they were done in about an hour.
