I was sending my ES300 Lexus to American Tire Depot to do multiple tasks this morning. Mine is in year 2000 reached 20k. I met this guy Albert, who was very responsible as well as being professional in quoting and explaining things to me. I am single mom, does not have much time and money to go erro and trials, which I was being played low ball many times. This time I was very careful to check out my what kind of services the store does. It turned out the staff seem to be very conscious and hold to their standards. They did the alignment, oil change and tire replacement for a package price. Holly jolly! May God bless them! Bless those with true heart to help people to live their lives in a righteous way.

Highly recommend! My boyfriend and I went in at 4:30pm for new tire replacements on all sides, not knowing they closed at 5pm. They still decided to take me in and work on my car right away! The service was awesome and flexible. The person who helped us out (Albert) went out of his way to make sure my car was taken care of right on time! Not only that, he was very generous to lower the overall price and gave us a great discount. If you are looking to get any services done on your car, don t hesitate to go to The American Tire Depot in Rosemead, CA. They will go above and beyond to make sure they re customers are happy!

My experience at this establishment started with a minor delay during check-in for my 9AM appointment. However, upon stepping outside, I noticed they were short-staffed with only two mechanics handling over five customers waiting. Despite this challenge, within 15 minutes, they informed me about a irreparable hole in my tire s sidewall. I requested to see the tire, and they were more than accommodating, explaining why it couldn t be fixed.I opted for their decently priced tire replacement service, which cost me around $220 for replacement and balancing. Despite the busy morning, the staff efficiently replaced my tires and even returned my lug nut key promptly. I highly recommend this place, especially if you re looking for quick and reliable service. Booking a reservation online can streamline your experience. I was in and out between 9AM and 10:20AM, impressed by their commitment to workmanship and customer satisfaction.

I had a great experience today at American Tire Depot in Rosemead! They applied a coupon for my oil change service and it included extra free things like a tire rotation and vehicle inspection! It only took about 1 hour for them to finish everything! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

I'm from NJ, so there aren't too many of these around there, but it's a lot like Goodyear tbh. It's a standard general car repair place, no more expensive or cheaper then any other. I got an oil change and one ReaLLy cool thing the associate did there was use an online coupon that I was not aware of. I'm not sure if that's standard or just something nice they did, but it definitely earned them a star.

came here because I had a screw in my tire. Albert fixed it super fast and even gave me a tire rotation for free! I also compared their tire prices and they re the best in the area.. i ll be back as my wife needs new tires soon, thank you!

Albert was super nice about my alignment and even gave me a few coupons to reduce the price. Even though the tires I needed weren t in stock, they were able to pick them up from their warehouse and install it same day. Great service and price

Had to do one of all our favorite things this week...get some new tires for the car while hoping to find a good price somewhere.Yelp to the rescue again. Initially contacted another tire shop for a quote but American Tire got back to me first. They messaged me on Yelp really quick, like within 10 min of my quote request.I did wait to hear back from some other quotes but American Tire was definitely competitively priced & so I made an appointment for the day after next.When I got there I let them know I had an appointment & after they looked at my tires, they let me know I'd most likely need an alignment. I already knew this but I did end up spending more than I planned because an alignment was not included in the initial quote I was given. Not the fault of the business through since the job was detailed in the quote I was given while messaging in Yelp & I missed that an alignment was not there.The guy told me my car would take about 1.5 hrs & it probably took 1 hr 15 min max. I think most of us feel like we always end up being told at these places we "need" more stuff done on our car & we have to spend more. This was not the case here. No pressure.They are located right on on the corner of Rosemead & Marshall, across the street from the Target Plaza. Parking is very easy since they have their own park lot.The interior is quite spacious, has A/C & some chairs for those of you will have to wait for your car like I did. Pretty much all you need in this scenario.

The guys here are amazing. I came in thinking my truck needed to be left overnight, but the manager said to me that he can have my truck ready by the time they were close. He was not wrong. Got the job done promptly. Highly recommend this place for brakes and tire repair and protection. TOTAL PROFESSIONALS. Love you guys. Thanks again for all that you did for me. I'll be back for more work on my truck.

I had an amazing experience today with American Tire Depot. I noticed a nail in my tire when I got home from my 12 hr night shift, and I needed my car to be back at work tonight again. I came in very tired, and Albert and his team gave me quick and great service. I am so thankful to them for the way they helped me out.

I was traveling cross country and on my way back home had battery trouble. I found these guys on Google and were not only able to replace my battery in half the time they quoted but pointed out my tire tread was drastically worn out on the inside. I may have gotten a flat tire or worse in the middle of the desert. These guys and gals are a God send and will recommend them to anyone!

Sales person upfront was not very respectful. Upon entering the lobby, he didn't greet me or or say hi, there was nobody in the lobby except me. I asked for a tire replacement because I had a flat last night. He said okay but did not bother to give me any eye contact and kept starring the computer. After the technician inspected my car, the sales person tells me I need four new tires and quoted me $1000 for four Michelin Defenders. I asked him if they priced match and he said they guarantee the lowest price. Then I showed him the price from costco ($714 total after tax and installation and he didn t want to price match or lower the price at all. They had 6 empty bays today but sales gentleman didn t bother to make any effort to earn my business.

I appreciate this American Tire Depot. I was in the area and saw that I had a nail in my tire. I did a quick google search and found this location. They patched it right before closing. I arrived later than I expected and I still got serviced even when there was a couple of people ahead of me. Amazing customer service!

Sale man refused to buy/ place order the tires their own website and stated that he won t install the tires because it s not recommended, even though the sizes are correct. I guess they just want to work on the tires brand/price that they have more incentives and profit.

Albert saw that I pulled into the lot with a flat rear tire and immediately offered some air to get me through the next day. He always provides options and is honest with what he recommends. I appreciated the team squeezing me in the last hour even though I had more than 1 tire to replace. Thank you guys.

9/27Came in for a set of new tires I ordered online and on the website said free services so I clicked the alignment one just to see what my alignment was at the guy at the front desk said this is the total with the alignment I said well I wanna have it done some place else the alignment and he said we ll might as well not check it here then they have signage inside and all around about free alignment check doesn t say you need to do the alignment my estimated wait time was 2 hours he said before they could even touch my truck I said ok no worries I got all day and within 20 minutes they had my truck in the lift that I appreciate but why say 2 hours doesn t make senseWhen i purchased the tires online it said for the life of the tires I can get them rotated and a few other things that s the only reason I choose to go threw the installer they recommended next time I d have somebody else do itThen he asked me about the warranty 50 per tire I wasn t sure if i wanted to get the warranty just yet I didn t get to see any terms or conditions either so I didn t know and on the receipt says the offer is valid for up to 30 days he said no that s the decline of the alignment I did decline the alignment only because he said there s no point in doing the free check if I wasn t gonna get it done but the offer that I declined was the warranty but he said no that it s not valid for 30 days when the receipt does say that the. I called online and they sent me to speak with the same manager and he said no it s 2 weeks and i told him but the receipt says 30 days and he s like ok we ll are you gonna decide in 30 days and i said we ll maybe idk I m just curious if that s how long i have to decide and he said whatever the receipt says I rather not deal with this store im also thinking about getting the warranty just don t wanna go back to this store

Tire pressure alarm alerted me to a puncture in my back tire. I had the spare to swap in, so I showed up the next day, unannounced to my local American Tire Depot. Albert took my name, number and fob and said he'd take care of it. Within a couple hours, I had a repaired tire fee of charge and was sent on my merry way. It doesn't get much better than that! Thank you, Albert!

I went here for the slow leaking problem of my car tire last Saturday. In less than an hour, they helped me fixed the tire. And it's totally free of charge! How awesome!!! 6 days has past, no more leaking for my tire at all. I will strongly recommend American Tire Depot Rosemead to all my friends and families!! They are fast, reliable and affordable.

Amazing service. I came in to fix my tire it was flat and had a nail. The service was great and fast!! Was out of there within 30 min on a Friday! No charge at all! I totally recommend this place.

My friend recommended this place after my tire needed replacement from an accident. I m glad I listened to them! It is open on weekends and the staff are very helpful. They installed new tires quickly and have affordable prices. Would definitely return if I needed anything else and would recommend to others. My car is running smoother than ever!
