I have had two smogs done with this establishment. I had a 12:30 pm appointment for the first one. I arrived early and was told that work was backed up and the tech was at lunch. Why have an appointment then, I thought. Duh. I did my next smog as a walk-in, which is what they recommend. It went OK. They do charge 2.99% surcharge when you use a credit card, which makes me unlikely to try them for any work other than smog. If I had pricey work done, I would not want to be carrying around a bunch of cash to pay them. I resent this upcharge in this modern world of credit cards. Will they take a check? Probably not.I will use them for smogs as I live close by.

We were very happy with the overall service of our brake repair. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in getting us back on the road quickly. Our brakes feel great and we are confident that they will last for many miles ahead! Thank you for a job well done!

How hard is it to replace a window? Brought my VW in for a drivers side window replacement when I finally got it back it wasn t put on the track right when I brought it back in they said the mold was bad which of course wasn t true considering there was nothing wrong with the window beforehand had the car there for another 3 days they said it was fixed sure enough the window still whistles and is still not placed on the track properly.. whoever this window lady is needs to be fired

Put a part in the car during oil change without asking for approval when I was waiting in the waiting room. Also, now add a fee if using credit card. Not a problem but since it is a new policy they should tell you when you call to schedule about it so you can bring cash or check.

Great local shop! Staff is friendly, and prices are fair. There is nothing more to ask for from your mechanic. Highly recommend making an appointment.

They are hard working, trustworthy, and will tell you to pay cash or check to avoid an interest/ usage fee. My whole family uses this garage and they have saved a lot of money.

It was really crunch time and I wasn t sure how fast and proficient Jones auto could get my vehicle which is considered a classic situated to travel over 2000 miles from California to Ohio. I put my trust in them an god and safely arrived with no issues!!!!! I m very thankful for the work Jones auto put into making sure myself as well as my wife three children and mother in law arrived safely to Ohio!!!! Thanks for your hard work to ensure my safe travel! These folks are very dependable and honest!!!! Unfortunately I moved as you have read, but I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the kern county LA county area!

They were great guys the plastic on my car was coming off as I was driving through. They put in two replacement screws and got to us as soon as they could. They were great people and extremely honest they didn t want to charge me since it was quick and easy work. So I just tipped them since they showed great professionalism.

Brad and his mechanics did an outstanding job getting my 2011 Ford Ranger running better. Had taken my husbands truck to another mechanic and they did a BS job on it and told me they couldn t find the computer because they made no more. Brought it to Jones Auto Repair and they were able to fix what the previous mechanics couldn t do! I am beyond pleased with Jones Autos work. They did an amazing job! I appreciate their help and on top they had great customer service! I loved the way they were able to help me and answer any question I had. I don t think I am going to trust anyone else with my cars other than Jones Auto!!! Definitely recommend!!! I give them an A++

These guys were awesome in every regard!!! Needed lug studs on my civic, day before thanksgiving, snuck me in and did service super fast and gave me a better price than ever expected, everyone was super cool and polite. Cheers all
